“Tania was a great for our 8mth old pup. He was a rescue and had been at a foster home so he was just fully settled into to his forever home with us. We were worried he would feel abandoned again when using Rover, but Tania and her family (and family pets) kept him feeling loved and entertained. It was only a few days but he was happy and just bathed when we picked him up. Tania was very easy to communicate with before and during his stay. We did a quick meet and greet before with the dogs and they all got along great. She kept us updated with photos and did a great job. Would recommend her without hesitation and would have our pup stay with her and her family again if/when the need arises. Thanks Tania!”

About: My childhood cat developed several health issues in her senior years (Kidney Disease, Arthritis, UTIs), and I helped care for her through monthly vet visits and multiple medications, giving me first hand experience with the extra patience and attention senior cats often need. My family also added a friendly tuxedo kitten to the bunch and my boyfriend has a shy cat as well. So I am comfortable interacting with both outgoing and more reserved feline personalities. My mother taught us about natural remedies we could find in nature to help cure or heal us over time. One memorable experience was when I saved a beloved cat from what we believed was antifreeze poisoning. Drawing on what I learned from my family and my work, I created activated charcoal using black coal from the fireplace. I mixed the powdered charcoal with warm milk and carefully forced it down my little cat's throat. Thankfully, I was able to save my cat, Taco 🌮 😺, who went on to live for many more happy years.

I previously volunteered at the humane society. I personally have had dogs, cats, and many other types of animals. I also have two of my own: an Australian Shepherd and a Bernese Mountain Dog, both whom I have raised since they were 8 weeks old. Through them, I have lots of experience in puppy training and recognizing that each pup is unique and has different needs. I also have experience caring for cats. My childhood cat developed health issues in her senior years, and I helped care for her through monthly vet visits and multiple medications, giving me first hand experience with the extra patience and attention senior cats need. My family also added a friendly tuxedo kitten to the bunch and my boyfriend has a shy cat as well. So I am comfortable caring for cats with outgoing or more reserved feline personalities. I understand that every pet has different needs, and I always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they're in my care. In these cases, I can absolutely make exceptions. Every pet has their own routine, preferences, and unique needs so I will take the time to follow your care instructions closely. Whether that's sticking to a feeding schedule, administering medications, or going on walks, I will make sure your pet's routine stays as consistent as possible. My goal is to help your pet feel safe and give you peace of mind knowing your pet is cared for and loved while you're away. About: I've hand rereared kittens and puppies from 3 days old to house broken. I have had reptiles and all kinds of fuzzy animals, I haven't met anything I didn't love immediately. I can give medicine and keep routines while providing plenty of updates! I am a stay at home mom so I love getting a chance to step away and love on another kind of baby! “Tania was a great for our 8mth old pup. He was a rescue and had been at a foster home so he was just fully settled into to his forever home with us. We were worried he would feel abandoned again when using Rover, but Tania and her family (and family pets) kept him feeling loved and entertained. It was only a few days but he was happy and just bathed when we picked him up. Tania was very easy to communicate with before and during his stay. We did a quick meet and greet before with the dogs and they all got along great. She kept us updated with photos and did a great job.
