They are beautiful dogs and so protective. I always helped my grandparents all the time with the dogs. If a boarding stay must be ended for safety reasons, care may be converted to drop-in visits at your home for feeding, potty breaks, and companionship whenever possible. 🚗 Premium pick-up and drop-off For added convenience, I offer pet transportation as an optional add-on. I can personally pick up or return your dog along my existing daily route, allowing you to leave your dog comfortably at home without coordinating an in-person handoff. If a pet displays aggression, extreme fear, severe anxiety, or behavior that makes a visit unsafe, I will still make every reasonable effort to ensure their essential needs are met, including food, water, medication when safely possible, and potty access. However, I may modify or shorten the visit if continuing would increase stress or create a risk of injury. This is never done as punishment. It is a safety decision intended to prevent escalation and protect everyone involved. Any significant concerns will be clearly documented and communicated to you. 🛏️ Crate or confinement requirement for boarding For boarding stays, dogs must be comfortable resting safely in a crate, exercise pen, gated room, or behind another secure household barrier. This is a firm boarding requirement. At night, during meals when separation is needed, and anytime dogs cannot be directly supervised, boarding guests will be safely confined. This gives every animal appropriate space to rest and ensures all pets remain secure while I am sleeping, showering, completing household tasks, or briefly away from home. Crates and gated spaces are always used as calm, neutral resting areas, never as punishment. If your dog normally uses a crate, pen, gated room, or another confinement routine at home, please share the details with me so I can keep their stay as familiar and low-stress as possible. Dogs do not need to love being crated, but they must be able to tolerate safe confinement without panicking, attempting to escape, or injuring themselves. If your dog is not currently comfortable with any form of secure separation, boarding may not be the right fit at this time. In that case, drop-in care in their own home may be a safer and more comfortable alternative. This is non-negotiable.

About: Biggest dog lover! Grown up with dogs my entire life, I currently own a senior yellow lab named Copper 🩵 he’s my best friend! Very experienced in lots of different breeds and temperaments. My pup Copper is my soulmate and I know yours is too, I would be so happy to care for them 🫶🏻 I work full time as a neonatal respiratory therapist and have 3-4 days off per week. I am looking for something productive to fill my time and honestly nothing sounds better! I live on 5 acres with a fenced in yard! We also have a pool that’s available for playtime on hot days! About: I have loved pets all my life, but decided to do this full time after I retired. I am free most weekends if you need to get away and feel like your fur babies are in safe hands. I am retired an can watch your fur babies during the week or weekends. You can leave your babies and know they are in loving hands. I will watch your babies in your home, where they are more familiar. I can feed them, play with them, walk them or what ever else they enjoy doing. I can sit for up to 2 weeks at a time. So go have fun on your vacation and know your babies are loved and safe!! I'm also available for last minute emergencies.
About: I go by He/him and It/its! I've been looking after dogs as soon as I turned 8. I have experience with high-energy animals, as I take care of two at the moment. I have experience administering medication, bathing, walking and tending to the needs of those with skin issues. I am fully available any day of the week, including the weekend, starting 10 AM. However, I am not open on Thursdays until after 5 PM. I do not take requests for boarding at the moment due to the unpredictable nature of my own animals. Though I am open to walking, visits and overnight stays.

About: I have taken care of all types of animals ranging from dogs to chickens, as well as birds and horses, and have grown up with cats all my life. The dog breeds I have cared for in my work experience have been pitbulls, standard poodles, lab/hound mixes, golden retrievers, chow mixes, chihuahuas, etc. I am currently taking a year off from working as a full-time elementary teacher, so my availability has become much more flexible in regards to accommodating future clients' schedules. About: I not only grew up around dogs, but I’ve worked in animal shelters and a pet resort, where I was responsible for the needs of dogs and cats. I earned 44 hours of volunteer work at the Humane Society in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I., where I gave tours to potential dog owners.
