Throughout the stay, Ashley kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind. My Rocky B. was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. About: (¡Español es mi primer idioma, por si se te hace más cómodo/fácil hablarme en español!) • SATURDAYS ARE FOR FREE!! As a seventh-day adventist I observe the Sabbath, so I do not charge for Saturdays. However, I challenge you to use that money to help someone in need!🙏🏻 Drop off by Friday night: 100% off Drop off on Saturday 7am-11am: 50% off Drop off on Saturday 12pm-5pm: 25% off • There is an extra $5 charge for high energy dogs (meaning they require constant/frequent attention). Right now I'm preparing myself for a professional certification so I'd rather not be constantly interrupted and this is the condition I can provide to help you out. • 8 nights or more are $23/night (first dog) • 1 dog + 1 cat $30/night • $17/day (first dog) for 3 days or more of weekly daycare. Daycare is closed on Saturdays. • I encourage last-minute bookings! If your pet is socialized there shouldn't be any problem. In any case we'll talk about the details and I'll see if I can help you out💪🏻 • Important! Please, let me know of your pet's misbehaviors before booking. I'd really appreciate your honesty, especially if it's a last-minute booking. • Both my apartment and the surrounding neighborhood are very quiet and peaceful. There's a lot of green areas AND a small dog park where they can walk (or run) freely! • Your pet will be part of the family while they're here! They'll receive frequent attention and love if they need it or simple constant caring company if they just want that. • Cats are more than welcome! We love cats too—especially my mom. And don't worry about my dog; he has been surrounded by cats since birth, so he simply ignores them. I occasionally need sitters myself so I know how hard it is to find one that's not painfully expensive AND that you're comfortable with. That's why I want to provide the experience I'd love to receive myself: an affordable care for your pets IN COMBINATION with the most approachable and relaxed atmosphere for you as possible, ESPECIALLY if you're going away for weeks and if you have multiple pets! Let's face it. You're only looking for someone who'd simply be there and take care of them because there's no other option. You'd do it yourself if you could! So shouldn't you find sitters that make you (and your wallet!) feel at peace with leaving your loving companion behind? That's why I'm here to help! A pet parent for pet parents =) I am at home every day, all day long—except when I go out for groceries, which takes no more than two hours. Aside from that, I stay present and keep myself busy in the apartment. I cook, exercise, read, and am currently also studying for a professional certification. I don't have any visitors, nor do I go out for anything else. I moved in a few months ago. Here there's only my dog Mylo, my mother and me. • All of your pet's physical and emotional needs will be met—that is my absolute priority, including their absolute safety. • Regarding male and/or bigger dogs, since my dog is a bit picky at first with some of them, it may be necessary a 5-10 minute 'Parallel Walk' at the meet & greet. We'll just walk around the pond in front of the apartment 1 or 2 times. It’s the safest way to make sure both dogs are 100% comfortable before they share a home. Only then we'll know if I can accept your doggie. • Hey, we all want this to work out but if the dogs don't like it, well....that's why we do the meet and greet: to know if the choice fits everyone involved and choose accordingly🙏🏻 • I would NEVER intentionally harm an animal. I'd never lay even a finger on pets (to discipline them) that do not belong to me. • I never give human food to pets. Occasionally, I share certain fruits with my own dog (specifically those that are safe and non-toxic for them) or, occasionally, a boiled egg; aside from that, nothing else. BUT, your pet will strictly follow the diet you specify. • I clean the bowl and pour fresh filtered water daily. • I have set my account available to no more than 2 pets at a time; however, if you wish to ensure that your pet is the *only* one in my care (other than Mylo I mean) during their stay (for your own peace of mind), I can arrange it for a small additional fee. It is worth noting that, regardless of the number of pets present, I guarantee that I can manage their interactions appropriately, as I am always at home. • If the pet has socialization issues to the point I'm not able to serve other pet parents, that might incur in additional fees. • I operate with complete transparency, and my mission here is to serve you—to be your assistant and EXACTLY the help you're looking for right now. I'll provide as regular communication as you need and pictures of your blessing daily. My goal is your peace of mind and their comfort! • I encourage you to ask me whatever else you need to know!
“I had an excellent experience boarding my dog, Bentley, with Elijah. From the very beginning, it was clear that Bentley was in great hands. Elijah provided daily updates with photos and detailed notes about how Bentley was doing, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. In every photo, Bentley looked incredibly happy and comfortable in Elijah's home. It’s clear Elijah truly cares about the dogs he watches. I will definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative boarder!”

“I can't begin to say how pleased we are with Kiley's stay!!! From the ease of dropping her off, to the almost 100 pictures and videos, to the ease of picking her up.... TOTALLY AMAZING!!!! We will use NO OTHER sitter from this point! Amazing service!!! Thank you so very much!”

“Mallory has been a life saver for us. We have an African Grey parrot and she’s wonderful with her.We also have a 17 year old Coton de Tulear named Jeter who is failing quickly. I was afraid to leave him until I met Mallory. She urged me to not worry about hm and she took such good care of him, sending photos and videos reassuring me my pets were in great caring hands. I would HIGHLY recommend Mallory to provide all the love and care your pets need and deserve.”

About: I have decades of experience caring for cats of all ages and personalities, from playful kittens to senior cats with special needs. I'm comfortable administering medications, maintaining feeding schedules, monitoring health and behavior, and providing plenty of affection while respecting each cat's unique temperament. I also understand the importance of a clean environment and am meticulous about litter box maintenance, food and water hygiene, and keeping cats safe and comfortable in their own homes. My goal is to reduce stress for both cats and their owners by providing dependable, compassionate care and regular updates while you're away.
About: An avid animal lover! I grew up with dogs. They loved me just as much as I loved them. My grandparents always had dogs since the time I was born. Their favorite one: German Rottweiler. They are beautiful dogs and so protective. I always helped my grandparents all the time with the dogs. We would have 6 or more dogs in the household all at once, so I have experience with having multiple dogs at once. Additionally, I can teach them tricks such as giving paw, sitting, laying, etc. I have experience from puppies to senior dogs as I know they required different type of care. I'll treat them like they are my own. I currently work full time during the weekdays, but I'm available after 6pm on the weekdays and all day availability on the weekends. I'll be able to provide the care they require. I don't have any dogs at home. However, I do have kids, so I understand the safety and how important it is to have a safe environment. However, currently not offering services to have dogs at my home at this time.

“As a business owner in the boarding and dog industry myself, trusting someone to stay in my home and care for my dogs was a huge deal for me — especially since our dogs have quite a few senior and special-care needs. Jonathan absolutely exceeded every expectation. We are definitely “those” pet owners with a million instructions wanting everything done just right, and he handled all of it with patience, kindness, and professionalism. His communication was incredible. Any time I reached out, he responded within minutes, which gave me so much peace of mind while we were away. It’s very rare to find people you genuinely trust with your home and your animals, but he made the entire experience stress-free. The dogs were well cared for, happy, and all of their special needs were accommodated without issue. Honestly, this experience changed things for us. For the first time, we actually feel like we can travel and enjoy vacations without worrying the entire time. We’re already planning our next trip knowing we have a person we can truly rely on. Highly, highly recommend Johnathan Absolute gems.”

I prioritize their safety and well-being, using secure carriers and a soothing demeanor to minimize stress. Whether it's a trip to the vet or a move, I provide careful and reliable cat transportation you can trust.

“Bruny is AMAZING. I am so attached to my cat also knowing that he has cancer and Bruny gave me peace knowing Rory is ok when I went travelling for Spring Break. I didn't have to worry whether if he was OK because Bruny would always send me updates and pictures of how Rory was doing. When we had our meet-up, she showed her knowledge in taking care of Rory and making sure that everything is set and ready to go. SHE IS AMAZINGGGGG! I highly recommend you booking her. Her personality is the best and she genuinely cares about taking care of your pet. My boyfriend and I just also recently rescued a cat (staying at my BF place) and she donated bowls and food for her and it was the most sweetest thing ever. Seriously, you can't go wrong with booking Bruny! I would definitely book her again.”

Perfect for high energy dogs - Hampton
About: I have owned cats and dogs all of my life and can't imagine my home without them. Animals give us unconditional love, and they deserve the same in return. I have given IV treatments to ailing cats with kidney damage and experience with dispersing meds/pills by mouth. I will treat all your loved ones with the same care that I provide my own. I am retired; I work independently from home and have a lot of free time. I am looking for some fur babies to take care of so their guardians can feel comfortable leaving them. I will treat all dogs and cats like my own and I take their care very serious. If that means sending daily videos or pictures to their guardians to put them at ease, I am happy to do just that. I am happy to feed, water and clean pet areas as part of my home visits. I will scoop litter boxes as well. I take their health seriously and fresh water/food is a very important part of staying healthy. I find no ask unreasonable and will check in with pet parents as often as requested.
About: I have had plenty of dogs since I was a little kid big and small. My passion is to be a vet in a few years. I’m trying to make money to go to veterinarian school. I absolutely love animals. Any kind. I am working part time with my own schedule so I will have time for your pets to play and walk ! Your pets are welcome to stay! I do not have a fenced in yard, but I am an active person and will love to run and walk with them. I have a dog of my own and she is super sweet she just wants to make friends. And if your dog doesn’t like other dogs I can make that work too.
About: I've taken care of animals since I was 19. I've gotten people who asked me to watch their pets, walk their pets, and clean their pets. I'm currently working part-time so I have time pet sit, walk your pet, and if they need a bath or need to be fed I can do a verity. I usually go to the clients house to take care of the pets. I can't take pets at my house because I have a dog.
“I initially wanted to hire her to walk Koda twice daily. I’m glad she suggested he go to her place for doggy day care. I can tell he is having a blast. The family is very friendly. They’ve just earned a regular customer.”

About: ☀️ Summer Safety Advisory ☀️ Due to Florida’s extreme heat and humidity, dogs are at serious risk of heat exhaustion and heatstroke in as little as 10–15 minutes of exertion during peak sun hours. Because of this, all walks during late spring through early fall may be shortened or adjusted for safety and replaced with enrichment-based activities, shaded sniff time, or indoor play when appropriate. Your dog’s health and comfort always come first. 🐾 Pet Care Experience I provide thoughtful, enrichment-focused care that’s tailored to each pet’s individual needs, energy level, and comfort. My goal is not just to “get through” a visit, but to make sure your pet feels safe, understood, and well cared for while you’re away. I have a background in wildlife sanctuary rehabilitation and have served as an adoptions director, which means I’ve worked hands-on with animals of all temperaments, ages, and medical needs. I’m comfortable administering medications ( just not injections), managing multi-pet households, and supporting shy, anxious, senior, or special-needs pets. My approach to pet care is informed by ongoing education in dog behavior, body language, and force-free, reward-based training. I pay close attention to stress signals, pacing, and environment, and I adjust each visit accordingly. Whether your dog needs structured activity, calm companionship, or space to decompress, I aim to meet them where they are. 🦴 Bonus Enrichment Option I also manage one of Gainesville’s top-rated private Sniffspots, The Zoomie Zone, located in Midtown. This fully private, reservation-only yard is ideal for dogs who benefit from off-leash play without the pressure of public dog parks. Many clients choose to incorporate Sniffspot visits into walks or drop-ins as a way to provide safe zoomies, sniff-based enrichment, or low-distraction decompression time. If you’re interested in adding a Sniffspot visit to your booking, feel free to ask. Returning clients can also receive discount codes for independent bookings. Whether we’re heading out for a structured walk, enjoying shaded sniff time, or keeping things low-key indoors, I focus on providing calm, attentive, and reliable care you can trust. 🗓️ Schedule and Booking Process To make sure every booking is safe, smooth, and a good fit, I require a free 15 minute meet and greet for all new clients. This takes place at the location where care will happen and helps ensure your pet’s comfort, safety, and compatibility with my services. -Exceptions Cats and puppies under 5 months do not require a meet and greet -Returning clients can fast track bookings Please schedule your meet and greet at least 72 hours before your first requested booking so we have time to coordinate properly. After your initial meet and greet, you are all set for future bookings. If you move to a new home or apartment, you are welcome to schedule another meet and greet so I can learn the new setup. 🚶♀️ Dog Walks and Drop Ins I batch dog walks and cat drop in visits into efficient routes using flexible time windows. This allows me to reduce travel time while still providing thoughtful, attentive care. Dog care windows Standard visits typically occur between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM Morning visits may begin as early as 8:00 AM Evening visits are available for dogs who need extra flexibility Cat care Preferred visit window is 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM If medications or strict timing are required, I adjust visits to meet those needs Dogs are typically prioritized earlier in the day due to restroom needs, but all pets receive the same level of care and attention. 🐾 Premium Boarding Boarding is a high end, in home service designed for clients who want a fully hands off experience. At this time, boarding is available only to dogs who already have an established walk or drop in routine with me. This helps ensure your dog is comfortable with my home, routine, and resident pets. While boarding with me, your dog will -Live in home as part of the household -Be the only boarding guest, receiving one on one attention -Receive daily enrichment and engagement -Enjoy supervised access to my private Sniffspot for play, sniffing, and decompression -Enrichment may include -Food puzzles such as West Paw Toppl meals -Nature walks or hikes in San Felasco, weather permitting -Field trips to quiet recreational fields when no other animals are present -Most dogs return home happy, fulfilled, and ready to nap. 🚨 Behavior Expectations and Safety The safety of my personal pets is a top priority. Dogs boarding with me must be comfortable around cats and respectful toward my personal dog. If a dog shows aggression toward any resident pets, boarding may be ended immediately. In these cases, care will be converted to drop in visits at your home for feeding, potty breaks, and companionship. 🚗 Premium Pick Up and Drop Off For added convenience, I offer a luxury pet transport add on. I can personally pick up and drop off your dog along my daily walking route No handoffs needed, simply leave your dog at home This service is priced to reflect the time, travel, and personalized care involved ⛔ Important Booking Policies -One free meet and greet is included for new clients -Additional meet ups should be booked as a walk or drop in to cover time and travel -All pets must be listed on your Rover profile prior to booking -You have 48 hours after the meet and greet to confirm your booking before the time slot may be released -House Sitting and Drop In services follow a 7 day cancellation policy If you have questions or special circumstances, I’m always happy to talk things through. In my home, pets and plants are family, and every animal in my care is treated with the same level of respect and attention. I understand that each pet has their own personality and needs. Some thrive on companionship, others prefer play, structure, or quiet encouragement. My goal is to be a steady, calm presence your pet can rely on while you’re away. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or hosting them for a field trip at The Zoomie Zone, I focus on creating a safe, enriching, and low stress environment that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing. During each visit, you’ll receive a detailed update through the Rover Card, including notes on meals, potty breaks, mood, and anything noteworthy from our time together. Occasionally, if your pet gives me a particularly great moment, I may also send a favorite edited photo directly. Unless something truly needs your attention, I won’t interrupt your vacation, work trip, or conference. I aim to be both your pet’s advocate and your peace of mind while you’re away. Safety is always my top priority for both your pet and myself. If a pet displays aggression, severe anxiety, or behavior that creates an unsafe situation, I will still ensure their basic needs are met, including food, water, and potty breaks. However, I may shorten a visit to avoid escalating stress. This policy is in place out of care and caution for everyone involved. 🛏️ Crate and Confinement Requirement for Boarding For boarding stays, dogs must be comfortable with crate use or confinement behind a baby gate or similar barrier. This is a non-negotiable requirement. At night and during times when dogs are not being actively supervised, boarding dogs are safely confined. This allows my personal pets appropriate rest and space, and ensures all dogs remain safe when I am asleep or briefly out of the house. Crates or gated areas are used as calm, neutral spaces rather than punishment. If your dog typically uses a crate, pen, or gated area at home, please let me know their routine so I can keep things as familiar and low stress as possible. If a dog is not currently comfortable with any form of safe confinement, boarding may not be the right fit at this time. I’m always happy to discuss alternatives or help determine whether a gradual transition would be appropriate.
“Although Puddin is 7 years old, this was her first time ever of being cared for in someone else’s home. We have always before had a house sitter in our absence. Nina went above and beyond expectations, picking up Puddin at my office once…and keeping her very late twice when I had after-work meetings. Her communication was excellent and Puddin was happy to see her each time. This was a good experience and I am grateful for how flexible and gracious Nina was for what was needed to make Puddin feel secure and my wife and I feel confident in Puddin’s care during a week when my wife needed to be away at a conference. Thank you, Nina!”

About: Hello, I am an animal lover of all kinds. I have always had a dog and cat among other pets in my life, whether by others or my own. In the past I volunteered as a fur baby foster parent and was fur mommy to a beautiful girl "Chula" 🐶 we adopted in 2000 and sadly after 17 years got her wings. My family and I always include our fur babies in everything, at holidays, sometimes it seemed to be more dogs 🐶 of all sizes then people 😊. I want to help you feel at ease and have piece of mind when you are away by providing the utmost respect, fun and care for an important member of the family☺️ I can provide a loving and warm inviroment with 3 arces fully fenced yard. I have cared for chickens, pot belly pigs, birds am always ready to try more 😁 My schedule allows for plenty of time for cuddles, furbaby love, feeding, walks, outside time, potty time and entertaining, or just lounging hanging out 🙂 I offer the utmost respect to others and fur babies! They will receive love and feel at home and most importantly do everything I can for you and your fur baby to be comfortable. We have 3 acres fully fenced in, so plenty of room to let out energy and playtime 🙂

About: Experienced in most breeds and love to pamper and adore your pet! I will spend time with them and make sure they enjoy themselves while you are away! I am a current graduate student at the University of Florida, therefore I have a flexible schedule and availability to be with your beloved pet longer than most! I understand that pets are a precious part of the family. They deserve love and attention even when you're away. I will be happy to care for them!
“Brenda and her mom took great care of my little boy for the day while I took care of some appointments. He had their company as well as their dog Scooby's. He came home happy and relaxed, and I'm happy to have found a great fit for daycare for my dog with isolation anxiety.”

About: It’s been called ‘Dog camp!’ Longtime family pet owner, multi-dog owner and trained for elder rescue dog care to recovery and puppy-care. The forest preserve is mostly fenced. Several paths run all through the property for dogs and humans to enjoy as a giant dog park. We do these long trail pack walks morning and evening, going out several times during the day, followed by TREATS for potties with good behaviors reinforced. Come play with us including the doggie pool parties! We (Dogs and I) work from home. Morning, afternoon and evening walks around the property are very common, of course with treats! Dogs can hang in the office, living room or outdoors in the yard and driveway watching the birds. Crows we feed protect them. Multiple dog beds allow movement and rest all over let alone covered furniture. Tile floors and throw rugs, but your dog MUST be potty trained. Water bowls are in each room. There is a front window doggie day bed with trundle to monitor all the goings’ on of the front part of the property providing endless hours of fun, cool and warm window watching. A Mostly fenced property and two small, older friendly, active dogs keep everyone company. Feedings are usually 2x a day morning and evening with treats in-between after all have gone out several times, and right before bed. Water is in each room. Toys are around and chuck-its with balls outside. When it’s really hot the puppy pool comes out. The playtime of yard and paths with walks to rest time is common. We don't have crates, but feel free to bring the dog's own bed, blanket and bowls to make them feel comfortable. NO un-house trained dogs or recent rescues will be accepted. We further have a pitbulls policy.
“Paola watched my dog for two days while I was at work, and it was a great experience. On the second day I dropped Angel off, she ran to Paola and jumped up with joy, which said everything. Paola was responsive, reliable, and clearly caring. She also sent updates throughout the day, which put my mind at ease and let me know Angel was doing great.”

“Nicole was amazing! She was extremely polite and wonderful with my dogs. I received updates and pictures the whole time; you can tell she has a genuine love of animals. I will not hesitate to use her in the future!”

“Alexander was AWESOME. At the last minute he was able to dog sit my grand pup Dakota, when my daughter was not able to find care in Tallahassee. Finding trusting individuals to take care of your precious babies can be hard. Alexander sent us pictures and check in several times to keep us posted on her health progress.”

“Sarah was very responsive when coordinating drop off and pickup for our daycare. Our pup came home both days completely wiped out from all of the activity (in a good way). I would definitely book Sarah again if we need daycare in the future!”

“Kimberly was amazing! She took great care of my dog and sent lots of photo updates. Bruno (my dog) has a bit of separation anxiety but she was able to redirect it well by taking him on a long walk and outdoor time, his favorite things to do!”

About: I love Rover! I mean, what better job exists than to get paid to spend time with other people's animals? My name is Dan, and I have been around animals my whole life. Currently I am a cat dad of two girls, but I am also comfortable and familiar with dogs, rabbits, and other animals as well. I currently live in a large three bedroom. The property is out in the country, but only a few miles away from Gainesville, so it's far enough to be away from the sounds and stress of the city without really being in the middle of nowhere. It's not the fanciest place, in need of remodeling, but it is calm, comfortable, and pet friendly. There is no smoking inside. The property is not fenced, so I will be keeping everyone inside, except for supervised walks, etc. I am able to board cats, most dogs, and other animals as well. I work from home in addition to doing this, so when I do have a furry guest, I am home twenty four hours a day. I like to actually spend time with the animals I have visiting, so if you have a super playful dog- or one that just likes to hang out on the couch next to someone- I'd probably be a good match. If I am not boarding anyone at the moment, I can walk dogs, feed cats, etc, as well, as long as you are not too far away from where I live. Things I require: 1. I need to meet your animals first (especially for dogs). 2. If I don't feel comfortable , or I feel like an animal is not comfortable with me, I will not confirm the booking. Animals are just like people, we all have those we like and don't like, so don't take it personal if I decline a booking. 3. I do need emergency contact and vet information. I hope I never have to deal with any emergency, but it is better to be prepared and ready, than to be running around scrambling if something does happen. 4. Of course, I need as much food, etc, as is needed for the stay. Things I offer: 1. Lots of attention. Of course, some animals- especially some cats- aren't really keen on it, and that's okay! But if they are, I love to play with my guests! 2. I don't mix animals from different families. 3. I don't charge extra for extra cats, and I only charge a little bit extra for extra dogs. I have been doing this off and on for some time now, and while I don't have as many clients as I want to have, my reviews are good and solid for a reason. I have my own two cats who take up all my time when I'm not out taking care of other people's animals, or otherwise working. The only time I'm usually not available is if I have already made prior commitments. I treat animals like they are children, because to me, they are. My own two are my favorite people in this world, but I love animals in general. I especially enjoy cats, friendly dogs, and giant rabbits. 😃 I like to treat each cat, dog, rabbit, etc, as the unique personality they are. Some cats, for example, are a little more standoffish than others. The best thing to do with them is to not push them. Nobody cat or human likes someone standing in front of them demanding attention ! Some dogs, for example, are very laid back and really just want to lay next to you and snuggle. Others are always ready to play! I am knowledgeable about safety, and when I am doing a drop in visit, I always keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look right. When I am dog walking, I like to go places that are less traveled, I keep my attention fully on them, and on everything going on around us. When I am with your animals, they are my first and only priority.

As a courtesy, however, a 1 week in advance notice is always preferred, so that way I may plan accordingly!😁 I would prefer to fur-babysit at my client's home just because it is where they are most familiar, and I want them to be comfortable. I love to capture my time spent with them and send you plenty of photos to ensure they are in the best care possible!

I also make time for regular exercise, potty breaks, and one-on-one attention so every pet gets the care they deserve. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed and secure while away from home. I make sure pets are always supervised during playtime and outdoor activities, and I keep my home pet-friendly and free of hazards. I also follow each owner’s care instructions closely, including feeding routines, medications, exercise needs, and any special precautions. My goal is to create a calm and loving atmosphere where every pet feels safe, cared for, and treated like family.
About: Hi there! My name is Jamaura, I’m 22 years old, and I’m currently a student at the University of Florida majoring in Animal Sciences on the pre-veterinary track. I’m deeply passionate about animal welfare and plan on becoming a wildlife veterinarian in the future! Over the past eight years, I’ve cared for dogs belonging to family, friends, and neighbors, as well as my own pets throughout childhood. In every situation, I prioritize each pet’s comfort, routine, and happiness, treating every furry friend like they’re my own. I make sure dogs get the exercise, playtime, and affection they need, while maintaining clean feeding areas, following meal schedules, and creating a calm, structured environment. I’m also comfortable administering medications and managing more complex feeding routines when needed. I love bonding with dogs and my goal is always to provide a positive, stress-free experience that leaves both pets and owners feeling at ease. I'm currently enrolled in some summer courses, so I am occupied Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 am - 6 pm, and on Thursday mornings. However, please feel free to ask if I can care for your pets during those days. Whether it's a last-minute walk, daily check-ins, or extended care, I'm here to provide the most consistent, loving, and flexible care for your pets! When I care for your pet in your home, whether it’s for a walk or a drop-in visit, I do everything possible to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their familiar surroundings. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, needs, and routine, so I take the time to learn what makes your pet feel most content. From following detailed care instructions to noticing subtle behavior cues, I prioritize your pet’s well-being above all else. Whether your pet is shy and needs quiet companionship or full of energy and ready to play, I adapt my care to match their personality and comfort level. Most importantly, your pet’s welfare, safety, and comfort are always my top priorities. I’m here to give them not just supervision, but genuine care and attention, so you can feel confident and worry-free while you’re away.
“Ansley was so helpful walking my fur baby while I was out of town. She updated me daily with breaks and pics, which made leaving my pup behind so much easier for me and for him. She even alerted me to a potential issue with my dog so I could look into it quickly. Would definitely recommend her service to anyone.”
About: I’ve had years of experience with dogs, cats, horses, cows, goats, sheep, poultry, fish, lizards, squirrels, birds, etc. I’ve milked cows and goats. I’ve house sat for many friends, neighbors, and acquaintances. I am a college graduate with Equine Business degree. I also am certified dog and equine massage therapist. I can stay for the day or spend the night any day or time. I can accommodate anyone’s schedule to sit and care for animals, big or small. Animals are my responsibility and they come first. Their care matters most to me. I treat animals as if they are my own. And their daily care is what matters most.
About: I began house sitting in high school for close family friends and neighbors. The first family who trusted me had quite the crew — two birds, a turtle, two senior cats, a dog, and even a couple of fish. Caring for their pets, especially the cats, taught me early on how important consistency and attention to routines can be. Since then, I’ve cared for and walked many dogs while babysitting and nannying, both for short visits and overnight stays. I understand the level of detail it takes to help pets feel comfortable and to give owners peace of mind while they’re away. I also have experience caring for pets with medical needs. My own dog tore his ACL while I was in college, and for months I carried him up and down stairs while managing his recovery. He also had allergies that required daily medicated baths, a special diet, and multiple medications. He was clever enough to try to outsmart me when it came to pills, which taught me patience, creativity, and a sense of humor when caring for animals. I truly believe every pet has a unique personality. I approach pet care with attentiveness, patience, and playfulness so animals feel safe, understood, and well cared for. My goal is always happy pets and complete peace of mind for their owners. I work a full-time schedule during the week, but I’m happy to provide care before and after work and occasionally in the evenings depending on timing and location. With advance notice, I’m also happy to adjust my weekend schedule to fit your pet’s routine. I do my best to accommodate requests whenever possible. I treat my pets as family, and I have witnessed my family and friends care for pets as if they are a child. On days I couldn’t bring my dog along, I trusted the people watching him to do the same, and maybe even add a little extra love for missing his family.
