“Stephanie was great taking care of our two cats! We met up with her to teach her how to take care of the cats and to give her a copy of keys. She came in for her scheduled visit each day and provided a picture of both cats so we didn't have to worry about them. She kept the litter boxes clean, the cats fed and watered, played with them, and brushed them. Above all, our kitties seemed to trust her and enjoy her company. We would definitely ask Stephanie to drop in for us again!”

I studied and graduated as a veterinarian assistant from a votech high school. While In school we worked on dogs twice a week. About: I have had a lot of experiences with different animals. I love being around them and I feel that I am able to watch any dogs and cats I can make my own schedule around what fits best for the customer. I love watching dogs and have done it for a while now for care overnight. I would love to get more into it!👍🏼 When taking care of animals I always make sure to do a wellness check before I leave. With this I always make sure doors are locked and that they are let of regularly every 2-4 hours. I have had many dogs and cats in my life and would love to have more.🙂

About: CPR certified, able to administer medications orally/injection site. Going to school for veterinary medicine. Previous daycare/boarding and training experience. Basic obedience training may be provided. This is my full time job, and am available at any time, whether it be an overnight stay at our place or yours. Daycare hours are from 8am-7pm and boarding drop off is at 730-8am. I have a full fenced backyard with plenty of running space for your babies. We have one senior dog who gets along with others even the cat! If sitting at your place I am CPR certified and trained in proper wound bandaging. Enrichment is super important and will always be part of the experience.

About: I love Rover! I mean, what better job exists than to get paid to spend time with other people's animals? My name is Dan, and I have been around animals my whole life. Currently I am a cat dad of two girls, but I am also comfortable and familiar with dogs, rabbits, and other animals as well. I currently live in a large three bedroom. The property is out in the country, but only a few miles away from Gainesville, so it's far enough to be away from the sounds and stress of the city without really being in the middle of nowhere. It's not the fanciest place, in need of remodeling, but it is calm, comfortable, and pet friendly. There is no smoking inside. The property is not fenced, so I will be keeping everyone inside, except for supervised walks, etc. I am able to board cats, most dogs, and other animals as well. I work from home in addition to doing this, so when I do have a furry guest, I am home twenty four hours a day. I like to actually spend time with the animals I have visiting, so if you have a super playful dog- or one that just likes to hang out on the couch next to someone- I'd probably be a good match. If I am not boarding anyone at the moment, I can walk dogs, feed cats, etc, as well, as long as you are not too far away from where I live. Things I require: 1. I need to meet your animals first (especially for dogs). 2. If I don't feel comfortable , or I feel like an animal is not comfortable with me, I will not confirm the booking. Animals are just like people, we all have those we like and don't like, so don't take it personal if I decline a booking. 3. I do need emergency contact and vet information. I hope I never have to deal with any emergency, but it is better to be prepared and ready, than to be running around scrambling if something does happen. 4. Of course, I need as much food, etc, as is needed for the stay. Things I offer: 1. Lots of attention. Of course, some animals- especially some cats- aren't really keen on it, and that's okay! But if they are, I love to play with my guests! 2. I don't mix animals from different families. 3. I don't charge extra for extra cats, and I only charge a little bit extra for extra dogs. I have been doing this off and on for some time now, and while I don't have as many clients as I want to have, my reviews are good and solid for a reason. I have my own two cats who take up all my time when I'm not out taking care of other people's animals, or otherwise working. The only time I'm usually not available is if I have already made prior commitments. I treat animals like they are children, because to me, they are. My own two are my favorite people in this world, but I love animals in general. I especially enjoy cats, friendly dogs, and giant rabbits. 😃 I like to treat each cat, dog, rabbit, etc, as the unique personality they are. Some cats, for example, are a little more standoffish than others. The best thing to do with them is to not push them. Nobody cat or human likes someone standing in front of them demanding attention ! Some dogs, for example, are very laid back and really just want to lay next to you and snuggle. Others are always ready to play! I am knowledgeable about safety, and when I am doing a drop in visit, I always keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look right. When I am dog walking, I like to go places that are less traveled, I keep my attention fully on them, and on everything going on around us. When I am with your animals, they are my first and only priority.

About: I am a massive pet lover, if I had all the money in the world I would have a household full of pets. I have a King Charles, American short hair cat and a bearded dragon. I have 2 extra bedrooms if they need to be isolated and a nice big car to take them to parks. I only have school Monday 11-3 and Wednesday 11-3 I’m free whenever you need me. Give me a quick call and I’ll be on my way! I have harness and leashes for small and medium dogs. I have a medium size kennel. About: Howdy! I’m a EMT student trying to incorporate my love for animals in with keeping in shape for my next career. I’ve lived and worked on farmland all my life — I’m not phased by aggressive *livestock*, much less a reactive dog! I spend a lot of my time currently training dogs for people in need, and working with shelters to help their nervous dogs develop some adoptable skills. I’ve also been volunteering with disabled animals (wildlife and domestic alike) since I was in middle school, in rehab facilities and as a home foster, and I’m very accustomed to delivering meds to all the most resistant patients. They’re a part of my daily function — they eat when I eat, I don’t go for runs without them, and if I’m going to any pet-friendly store they can behave in, they’re already in the car. My pets and any others in my care are not only my first priority in terms of safety, but in fun! My career and lifestyle has had me naturally trained in pet aggression and reactivity, including muzzles and muzzle training, crate training, heavy leash pulling etc.
