Between the long drive here from Chicago and the different settings on the way our somewhat clingy dog was even more clingy and nervous than usual. She was at our side constantly, but we needed to find a sitter for a few hours/days to allow us to golf, fish, etc. without the dog at our side. Tho we were nervous about leaving Bella with a stranger in a new place, it all worked out beautifully. Jody's house was well set up for pets and her own dogs were very friendly. I have experience in caring for senior animals with special need as well. I take care of your babies as if they were my own! I currently do work a 9 to 5 job, but I will accommodate my clients to the fullest extent if you book with me, I have reliable transportation to and from any sitting. I currently do have a 9 to 5 Monday through Friday, but my weekends are always open. But my schedule is always very accommodating depending on the needs of the animals. Any dog that is under my care will be treated as if they were my own animal. Safety and well-being of all animals under my care are my top priority, and as such, I am very aware of what all of the animals likes or dislikes, as well as my surroundings, when we are on walks.
About: I have been around animals ever since I was born. I have had 4 dogs and 9 cats throughout my life. I have been trusted to watch family, friends, and neighbors pets. I love going on walks with dogs and working on basic commands such as sit, lay down, and paw. I enjoy playing with cats and giving them all of the pets if the cat seems like they want them. I can’t wait to help you take care of your pets! I have a pretty open schedule so I am available to take care of your pets throughout the day, any day of the week. I will have plenty of time to walk and play with your pets. When on walks I’ll make sure your dog is close to me when other dogs are present and make sure interactions with other dogs are limited to insure your dog’s safety. When it’s just your dog, I will give them time to sniff and go to the bathroom as they please. Inside of the home I’ll make sure they don’t have access to items that will harm them. If there are multiple dogs I’ll make sure they are fed separately and monitored. I’ll also monitor them while playing to make sure everyone is safe.

I'm a full time office manager that can spend early mornings 7am- 8:30am with your fur babies, 12:30pm-2:30pm for lunch breaks and after 6:30pm on week days. Weekends can be consulted. About: I have years of experience caring for dogs of all life stages from playful puppies to gentle seniors. As well as all sizes from small breeds to big pups. Whether your dog needs structured walks, trips to the dog park, careful adherence to a specific feeding schedule or specialized attention like administering medication, I am fully equipped to handle it with care and confidence. For boarding I’m available 7 days a week! Your dog will never be left alone for long stretches. Even though I work a full-time job Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) I live five minutes away from my workplace, which allows me to easily check in on my lunch breaks to manage feeding times and give potty breaks throughout the day. In the evenings and all weekend long I am home full time to hang out, play in the yard with Hazel and cuddle. For daycare I’m available weekends for full daycare.(Note: because of my Monday-Friday work hours, weekday daycare availability is limited but please reach out to see if we can make your schedule work!) I have a true passion for animals; I believe it is my calling in life. I truly love and enjoy taking care of them because they are more than just pets, they are family.
