About: I have taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up with dogs. I volunteered at humane society and cleaned cat cages in high school. As an adult I’ve cared for my own cats and dogs from babies to seniors. I’m the go to person for all my friends and coworkers. About: I've been looking after dogs and cats for almost everyone I know since I was twelve and I've wanted to be a veterinarian since I was very young. Currently, I'm saving for vet school, but before finding Rover I worked in veterinary offices and boarding kennels where I was responsible for everything from filing medical records and booking appointments to group enrichment and food and medication administration (including subcutaneous fluids). I have also trained dogs professionally (mostly puppies, but some older dogs as well) and fostered for the county shelter. These experiences have made me comfortable with medical and behavioral challenges with animals of any size and I am confident in my ability to care for your fur babies as well as I do mine. Lastly, dietary restrictions excluded of course, don't forget the treats and toys! I am very big on enrichment and positive reinforcement and I'm yet to meet an animal who didn't want a little spoiling. I'm excited to meet you and your pets and hope to foster a long and trusting relationship with both. I am home almost every day that I am not out on Rover jobs. This allows me the flexibility to work with multiple pet families and meet everyone's needs. As all pets are different, I am happy to discuss care plans with pet parents to make sure I can provide what is both needed and wanted, but my schedule is flexible enough to accommodate the vast majority of requests. I do request at least 4 hours notice (including service confirmation) for walks, 2 days notice for drop ins, and a week's notice for house sitting. This is to ensure that I can meet the needs of all clients adequately as well as schedule my non-pet care obligations appropriately. If you are in need of services on shorter notice than the above, I will do my best to accomodate but services will be subject to a 40% upcharge as a rush fee. I am active on Rover throughout the day from about 9am to 8pm (unless I am actively with client animals in which case I remain accessible to said client minus times I am indisposed). I am happy to walk/drop-in on pets several times a day. Administering food and medication during these times is something I am completely comfortable with as I do so for my own animals regularly. Scooping litter boxes is also well within my wheelhouse (though my cat is particularly picky and has a self-scooping one for his comfort). I am used to active/playful dogs and cats as I have one of each myself and I am happy to take some long walks and/or get a good play session going depending on what is most appropriate for the animals in my care. With permission (and the appropriate safety gear) I am also happy to take dogs to their local dog park for socialization and peer play.

Further, I am a work from home mama so your animal will have lots of opportunities to go outside or simply have someone around. I often catch the pups sunbathing outside or by the front door. They love my space! I have a ton of flexibility and free time throughout the week as a work from home mama! I can do boarding and/or any form of pet care anytime throughout the week or weekends. Occasionally I may have something on my schedule but that can always be discussed via interview. My greatest desire is to cultivate a nourishing and creative environment for my 2-year-old son, therefore I'm a stay-at-home mommy and make money in ways that still allow me to be present with my son. Furthermore, most of the time he joins me on my pet care endeavors and we make it fun! I have a fenced in yard and it is shared with neighbors in my triplex. Most of us have doggies or kitties! Further, I have two 20-foot staked leashes outside that I will put on the dog if they prefer to hang out in the sun or simply outside for a while. I have a kitty crate and litter box if needed. About: I have raised and taken care of dogs and cats my entire life. I have a whole life experience dog sitting, dog training, and dog walking. I have given my animals medicine and have taken care of puppies and old dogs. I handle every animal with love and care and spoil them with attention. I have also taken care of a dog for a wedding so that he could be the ring bearer! I recently moved states and I work full time. So house sitting, morning & night drop ins and morning & night walks will work best with my schedule! I have a high energy and high maintenance Australian shepherd . No matter which location I am in, my home is filled with comfort, cleanliness, and calm. In Fort Lauderdale there are the two dogs I mentioned, my family dalmation and cavalier king charles. My cat comes wherever I go, but when tending to services in Ocala and Gainesville it is just my one cat in the home.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was a kid! I have a 4 pound Yorkie named Halo, and we love, welcoming friends in our home! I work from home, so plenty of love and attention and walks for your pup! I am comfortable with Senior pups as I have cared for my past pup, and I’m comfortable with puppies and I have cared for litters a couple times from my past dogs and rescue puppies. I’m currently working from home, so plenty of time for walks and care for your pup! I also have a rooftop deck that me and my pup love to get some sun time without a leash. My neighborhood has plenty of grass to roll around in and we even have a large park around the corner with dog parks if that’s what your dog loves.
