“Teri is absolutely one of the BEST sitters that I've found on Rover. She is sweet, accommodating, and was really quick to respond to my messages. We've got an almost 4 years old, Goldendoodle and her name is Bella. She still has lots of energy and NEEDS playtime with her furry friends. Plus, I’m a firm believer in socializing her to different people. One of our regular sitters were on vacation , and the other one had an emergency to come up suddenly. So, I jumped on to Rover.com and was very fortunate to have found Teri. We live in Arcadia and we've got a pawnshop in Port Charlotte. We moved to Florida 4 years ago from Tennessee , and we still have family there. Well, I like to a Plan A, B and C for Bella's day camp and boarding options, just in case an emergency pops up or if we just want to have a date night then we have options for our girl 🧡 We will definitely recommend Teri to others and Bella will be returning soon, like on the next few days. Teri texted me updates and pictures throughout the day and she was very pleasant to text and talk with. She also teolf me that her husband really enjoy having Bella there as well. About: I only take in one pet (and siblings) at a time. I think it's less traumatic for the pets if there are not other animals around when they are separated from their family. I do everything that I can to make the experience fun and loving. I love both cats and dogs for different reasons. I’ve had pets my entire life until recently. Since most of my pets died of old age, I am experienced with geriatric pets and their special needs as well. I follow your instructions on pet-care. I've watched many dogs and cats in different homes with completely different schedules and rules. I am an early bird so if you have dogs, I like to walk early before it gets too hot. But again, if your dog is used to sleeping in, I can work with his schedule. I do this for fun as well as extra income. I only take up to two pets at a time and they must be siblings. I may take in a third depending on circumstances. Just ask! I am mostly home with the pets. I even have my groceries delivered! I go the gym most mornings for about 1.5 hours. I started pet-sitting to fill the void after my last pet died. I’ve been pet and house sitting professionally around the world since 2016. I board dogs or cats in my home in Port Charlotte. I love to travel and am open to pet sitting in your home anywhere in the world, as long as it's somewhere I'm interested in. I am always interested in Eagle Rock/Glassell Park, CA, as that's where my son lives. I am an early riser so I like to walk the dogs as the sun is rising and then again at dusk. I have a large fenced-in yard so the dogs have a lot of freedom, but I don't leave them alone outside. I am working on house projects so I am almost always around. I am accepting up to two sibling dogs/cats for boarding in my home. I prefer crate-trained dogs as they feel more secure in their crates and it's less traumatic for them to be left at a stranger's house. I am flexible on this depending on the age of your dogs. Most of the time, they are free. I am finding that most dogs just follow me around since I am actively working on the house. The house is fairly new to me so there are many projects to be done!
“Bryanna took wonderful care of Gilda, my 10 month old English Cocker Spaniel, for two days this week. Bryanna communicated extremely well. She provides secure indoor and outdoor space, and lots of play activities. After the first day, Gilda was extremely eager to return to Bryanna’s care for the second day. And, after the second day, Gilda was exhausted from 2 straight days of play and activities. I will book again with Bryanna, and recommend that you book with her too. Have fun in Punta Gorda, while knowing your precious fur baby is being well cared for by Bryanna.”

I do not leave the dogs outside unattended due to risk of over heating, escaping, cane toads, poisonous snakes and fire ants. I walk the dogs as many times as they need to, to go potty. I've been told by multiple pet parents that other sitters just put their dogs out in a yard unsupervised and their dogs were attacked by other dogs. I'm always supervising your dogs.

About: Hi all! I am Lexi, a current vet tech of over 8+ years and extend my passion for animals to pet sitting at a reasonable price. I have always had a love for animals, and have showed this through continuous care and rehabilitation in my career. I want my clients to feel secure knowing their babies are safe and well cared for whether they are on vacation, at work or gone for an emergency they can count on me! My skills and devotion are not limited to just cats and dogs, as I have experience with all types of animals- reptiles, exotics, livestock etc. I currently work part time so the time they will be alone is limited. I offer drop ins at your home or pet boarding in mine. I have a very large fenced in yard for your baby to play and do business! As well as two other puppies to keep entertainment and activity alive. Crating/separating is not an issue as I have crates if needed and a spare room.

I’m used to adjusting to make the animals in my care happy and comfortable I care for every pet as I would my own! I think they deserve to be babied and pampered!! My love for animals is so strong everyone who knows me can validate that! Please note: our yard is mostly pool!! So if you have a pup that likes the water they will have a blast! Otherwise we have 2 - 10x 60 dog runs that are accessible for potty breaks.
