About: Your babies will be cared for and loved just as if they were my own. I absolutely love and adore my pets and all animals. I have a super sweet, fun loving 70 pound vizsla/labradoodle named Jasper who is amazing and just loves the water, cuddling, playing catch and playing with other dogs. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your dog (dogs) for a day visit or long weekend. Please let know if they do not care for cats so I can keep mine put away. In my 20’s I worked as a dog groomer and boarded animals at my home (sometimes for a month at a time). They became family to me.. Then there is Zeke my 10 year old hairless (declawed) cat. He loves to be out on the enclosed porch mostly but loves cuddles on his terms. If your dog does not love cats I can keep him away, but he will probably stay away on his own. I currently work full time as a nurse but am off no later than 2:00 on Fridays. I am available for the weekends only from 2 PM Friday until Sunday evenings. (Everyone deserves a long weekend away)…I do have a lot of vacation time so there could possibly be other days also, please ask if you need another time or day and I will let you know if I’m available. I will keep my calendar up to date on my availability. I do have a small fenced in yard with plenty of tree cover for shade and a kiddie splash pool to play in. I do allow pets on my furniture and bed if they desire. I will separate the dogs when it is feeding time to assure safety. If your fur baby stays 2 or more days I will give them a bath at the end of their stay if you request it, free of charge let me know if any allergies 🛁

About: I only take in one pet (and siblings) at a time. I think it's less traumatic for the pets if there are not other animals around when they are separated from their family. I do everything that I can to make the experience fun and loving. I love both cats and dogs for different reasons. I’ve had pets my entire life until recently. Since most of my pets died of old age, I am experienced with geriatric pets and their special needs as well. I follow your instructions on pet-care. I've watched many dogs and cats in different homes with completely different schedules and rules. I am an early bird so if you have dogs, I like to walk early before it gets too hot. But again, if your dog is used to sleeping in, I can work with his schedule. I do this for fun as well as extra income. I only take up to two pets at a time and they must be siblings. I may take in a third depending on circumstances. Just ask! I am mostly home with the pets. I even have my groceries delivered! I go the gym most mornings for about 1.5 hours. I started pet-sitting to fill the void after my last pet died. I’ve been pet and house sitting professionally around the world since 2016. I board dogs or cats in my home in Port Charlotte. I love to travel and am open to pet sitting in your home anywhere in the world, as long as it's somewhere I'm interested in. I am always interested in Eagle Rock/Glassell Park, CA, as that's where my son lives. I am an early riser so I like to walk the dogs as the sun is rising and then again at dusk. I have a large fenced-in yard so the dogs have a lot of freedom, but I don't leave them alone outside. I am working on house projects so I am almost always around. I am accepting up to two sibling dogs/cats for boarding in my home. I prefer crate-trained dogs as they feel more secure in their crates and it's less traumatic for them to be left at a stranger's house. I am flexible on this depending on the age of your dogs. Most of the time, they are free. I am finding that most dogs just follow me around since I am actively working on the house. The house is fairly new to me so there are many projects to be done!

I rescued her from the shelter about 6 months after I lost my lab mix to cancer. I have experience taking care of puppies to senior dogs. I can give oral medication if needed. Your pets will never be unsupervised when they are in our pool area. I have a very large screened in lani that the dogs can run and play in. I do have a small fenced area for little dogs. I do not leave the dogs outside unattended due to risk of over heating, escaping, cane toads, poisonous snakes and fire ants. I walk the dogs as many times as they need to, to go potty. I've been told by multiple pet parents that other sitters just put their dogs out in a yard unsupervised and their dogs were attacked by other dogs. I'm always supervising your dogs.

“Kimber watched our dog tucker, she sent multiple videos and updates when we were away. She took great care of our dog and he came home tired from all the playing he did! Highly recommend!”

“Wrigley seemed to have a good time socializing with Erin and Stephen's dogs. She was well taken care of, and she liked Stephen a lot. She had plenty of space to run and play in their fenced back yard. I don't know how they kept her out of their swimming pool as she loves to swim. We will definitely use them again for dog boarding.”

I will love yours as my own! I run a local business and set my own schedule! Your pet and its comfort and care will be my top priority! I’m used to adjusting to make the animals in my care happy and comfortable I care for every pet as I would my own! I think they deserve to be babied and pampered!! My love for animals is so strong everyone who knows me can validate that! Please note: our yard is mostly pool!! So if you have a pup that likes the water they will have a blast! Otherwise we have 2 - 10x 60 dog runs that are accessible for potty breaks.

“Linda did a great job taking care of my 2 dogs. I’ve never boarded them before and am I happy I tried it. Nice to know that they are not alone and get loved on just as if they were at home. Dana was eager to learn all about my dog and she has great knowledge and instincts about how to care for pets. She also sent regular updates and pictures throughout his stay, which was awesome! When we came to pick him up, I could tell that he had already bonded with Dana and really thrived in the environment. We are so happy we found Dana and I would highly recommend her to anyone!”
