About: Hi - I'm Sveta! I am a senior at NYU and I’ve been caring for pets my whole life! I had two dogs growing up - a Yorkie and a German Shepherd - and I also currently have a Tabby cat. My experiences have taught me how to care for pets of very different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and spend quality time with their pets. I truly love all pets and always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away 🐶💛 I’m currently a student at NYU, so while I do have classes throughout the week, they’re spread out in short portions of the day. I am home majority of the day so your pets are never left alone for long periods, and I’m able to give them plenty of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day 😇! I live in a very safe, quiet high-rise apartment that’s wider than most NYC apartments, giving pets plenty of space to relax, play, and nap throughout the day! 🎾 The building is fully secure and pet-friendly, with a completely enclosed, fenced grassy area on the 30th floor where dogs can safely run around, get fresh air, and unwind. I’m also located near Bryant Park and the West Side Highway piers, which are perfect for walks and runs in beautiful, open spaces 🌞 The building is home to many other pet families, creating a friendly and welcoming environment where pets can socialize safely. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priorities!
About: I’ve had dogs since I was a little girl, and we got our first cat just a few years ago but they’ve seem to have fallen in love with me lol. My main concern is making sure your pet is happy and comfortable, doesn’t matter the situation. I’m very gentle with them and I always make sure to communicate or ask when necessary, I don’t want to assume and be wrong or not inform you if something happens. **Please do not book boarding for the weekend if your pet cannot handle being alone for 12-13 hours (in regards to going to the bathroom), as I work every weekend** I am in college and I work full time. I typically work 3-12 hour shifts a week, but my class schedule is more flexible. Please just ask if a date/time works and I will let you know! I’m in an apartment so I don’t have a lot of space inside. The complex does have a little fenced in dog area, and there are some dog parks in the area that I would be willing to go to if you have a more active pet. I don’t have anything toxic in the apartment, or in a place they could reach at least (medicines/rubbing alcohol, that sort of stuff). I also like going on longer walks, 20-30 min if the weather is nice.
About: Dog parks, ball throwing, playing, these are all the great things that dogs should be enjoying. I look forward to meeting your best friend and having fun with them. I work from home full time during the weekdays. I am pretty open, we have a backyard and tons of trails to walk. If not we will find one by you. Love long walks and runs. About: I’ve had and been around dogs all my life, and even spent time volunteering at the Kansas City Pet Project before moving here. I’ve had my Shih Tzu since I was 3 years old and he is currently 16!
