“Our Luna loves spending time with Tony. It really says it all when your dog is smiling from a fun day & tail wagging to see Tony! We are thankful for Rover & finding him. We are a family from Ohio that has been staying in the Winter Haven area for a few months. It's hard to find someone you can trust with you pup when you don't know anyone in the area. With Tony you have nothing to fear. He treats your pup like his own & devotes all his time to your fur baby! We contacted several people to watch our girl, but no one else seemed qualified enough for her. She is a very hyper 8 month old Bull Terrier, who requires alot of attention & exercise. Luna comes home tired, bathed & nails trimmed. Tony is also great with training her. Anyone who owns a bull terrier knows how hard they are to train! Since she has spent time with Tony she has been much better on the lead & her recall has gotten better too! Tony goes above & beyond with our girl. His service is worth way more than he charges. He takes the time to visit with you 1st, meet your pup & goes over ways to improve your dogs training. Tony takes the time to really know you & your pup. He has been a great help for us. For a service like Tony provides would be well worth $100 in Ohio!! I would recommend Tony to anyone who has a pup! If you have a stubborn, hyper, attention seeking bully like we do, you can stop your search! We will only use Tony for our girl while we are here & anytime we return!! About: I’ve been a pet owner and caretaker most of my life. I’ve helped or solely taken care of my own pets, family pets and those of friends. I have experience with elderly dogs and puppies big and small, as well as giving oral medications if needed. I make sure to be meticulous and careful especially with the precious fur children of others. My experience with dogs is much stronger than with cats but I certainly don’t mind helping out with kitties:) I just started working, so at the moment availability is a bit limited, I’m free Sundays and Mondays from work. My calendar will be updated as frequently as possible for availability. I make sure to keep a good eye on pets, taking them out regularly and making sure they’re properly fed and cared for, especially should specific needs have to be met. Typically, I spend my time in the home near and around the animals, even if not actively playing or interacting with them. I let pets go on as they normally would, so as to let them stay comfortable, as long as I can keep an eye on them.

About: I’ve fostered 3 dogs and helped them be rehabilitated, I believe in what’s best for pets and know they are just little babies with fur. I am mainly free all week, if I’m not shopping of course, but I spend all my time with my dog and love spoiling him. I only have Sundays and Wednesdays busy because I am a Christian and attend all the services when I can. My home is one story with a fenced backyard, it is cleaned daily and deep cleaned once a week, the backyard has a tall white fence with a ton of room for dogs to play and potty.

In your home, I will thoroughly follow all of your instructions on how to care for your pet. Rest assured I will give your pet attention, play time, as many potty breaks as needed, supervised feedings, and anything else that is a part of your pet’s routine. I want your pet to feel safe and loved while you are away, and I will always treat your pet(s) the same way I would treat my own!

About: I have owned both dogs and cats my entire life from 10lbs to 100+. I have no formal training but have yet to meet a dog I wasn't able to leash train with no pulling or jumping within a few sessions. I am confident and not easily intimidated with large or loud dogs which makes establishing a bond and rapport easier and quicker. Giving medication or any special needs are not an issue. My dog is my Queen so I understand special requests and also not an issue. I will go the extra mile whatever that entails, including walking an entire mile if that’s what your baby needs. Willing to come early or later if it looks like bad weather so your loved one gets the exercise they need. I prefer to meet more challenging dogs before committing to ensure I am the perfect fit. Always available to answer any questions or concerns and love to send photos so you know your pet is getting the attention they need. I recently quit my job to start my own small business which has been a success but find myself with a lot of extra time. I will have a consistent, reliable weekday schedule with varying availability on weekends. I am not able to board or sit pets in my home as it is not large enough but can easily do it in yours. My dog Mya and cat Narcissa are both treated like queens in every sense of the word and will treat yours as if they were mine. During walks I will always have plenty of cool water on hand and pay extra attention to over heating and hot pavement. I walk for as long as your dog wants or needs to during the scheduled visit time. I am not opposed to special requests like medication administration or even simple bathing for additional fee. I will always be available to communicate with, will report any issues that need attention, and send as many photos of our time together as you wish.

About: I have taken care of animals for years including lots of strays. I have had many varieties and love them all. Can keep dogs and cats. I am willing to help with horses or cows if needed. I am retired now for three years and do volunteer work one day a week on Wednesdays. I do own a small dog, Rudy. He is vibrant and energetic. I have a roomy condo and walk my dog four times a day. We play once a day with balls and he keeps me fit.

I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes, I have a dog of my own that I walk, play with, and care for daily so I understand what it means to be trusted with such an important job.
