“Yamille was a life-saver for us! We had planned to take our Havapoo fur baby with us on our trip, but at the last minute found out we could not take her. When I reached out to Yamille, she responded immediately. We exchanged messages back and forth and had a "meet and greet" via Facetime the next day. Yamille was so sweet to our little Salter and was very accommodating to our requests throughout the week that she cared for Salter. She took her harness off occasionally to brush her and also sent pics/videos. I believe Salter had a GREAT time with Yamille, her son, her pup and other pup friends. We flew home to NC later that day and Salter slept the entire journey - a sign that she had lots of playtime, snuggles and belly rubs from Yamille. “My dog stayed with Caitlin in her home for almost 10 days and she did a wonderful job. I have a young Australian Shepherd who needs a lot of exercise and stimulation and he loved his stay at Camp Caitlin! She was very thorough in understanding his needs and routines in order to keep him safe and happy during his stay and keep the transition as low-stress as possible. We also did a meet and greet ahead of booking so I could see where my pup would be staying which was very comforting. She sent pictures and communicated with me everyday and truly treated my dog as her own. 10/10 would book with her again, for long stays, daycare, walks and everything in between. I do have a job as a hostess in the near by area but there only 4 hour shifts so I don’t get scheduled to often so I believe that it won’t interfere with the dog/cat. I do have a job as a hostess in the near by area but there only 4 hour shifts so I don’t get scheduled to often so I believe that it won’t interfere with the dog/cat. I do have a 13yr old yorkie at my home but if per say a dog doesn’t get along with animals I can separate them in room to accommodate for that issue
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. While I listed 15 years of experience, the reality is that I grew up with dogs and have spent years caring for my own, including senior dogs with specific routines and needs. I’m comfortable with energetic dogs who need a real walk, as well as older dogs who need patience, consistency, and a slower pace. As a high school teacher and football coach, reliability, communication, and responsibility are core parts of who I am. I show up when I say I will, follow instructions carefully, and genuinely enjoy building trust with both dogs and their owners. For June and July, I’ll have flexible availability day or night and am looking forward to spending that time doing something I genuinely enjoy: getting outside, staying active, and taking great care of dogs. As a teacher and coach, I’m used to structured routines, consistency, and early mornings, and working into the evenings—so pet care fits naturally into how I already live. During June and July, I’ll have especially flexible availability, which makes it easy for me to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and pet care throughout the day and evening. I believe good pet care starts with consistency, attentiveness, and following the owner’s routine as closely as possible. Whether that means walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, medications (if clearly instructed), or simply keeping a dog company, I aim to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. For boarding in our home, dogs will have access to a secure fenced yard for outdoor time, as well as an individual outdoor pen if for supervised fresh air and space to relax. We also have crates available if your dog is crate-trained or prefers that routine. Our home includes senior dogs of our own, so I’m especially mindful of temperament, comfort, and introductions, but for dogs that enjoy companionship, there may also be opportunities for calm social interaction and play. I’m also a strong communicator and will keep owners updated so they always know their pet is in good hands

About: Ive trained my own dog since he was a puppy without assistance from trainers or family for the last 6 years, i also have plenty of experience being around large dogs such as german shepards or great danes, and helping friends by taking care of their pets Im free to be scheduled anytime, i typically keep my days free doing small odd jobs so im always available even for long stretches of time Within my own home i typically keep food readily available in case my dog is hungry due to his high activity nature. I feed pets based off their activiy for the day and letting them use their instincts to gauge how much they eat, i also keep everthing scheduled and at a minimum i walk my own dog 3 times a day with regular bathroom breaks in my backyard. About: I’ve taken care of multiple barns full of horses since I was seven. I’ve helped raise/train multiple dogs throughout the years. Basically raised on a farm. I’m currently my own boss, so I have a very flexible schedule. My only other responsibility is exercising my horse, which I do at different times of the day throughout the week. Always showing the animals respect, but maintaining that I am the authority. I always speak quietly and gently, unless a firm word is called for of course.

“My dog stayed with Caitlin in her home for almost 10 days and she did a wonderful job. I have a young Australian Shepherd who needs a lot of exercise and stimulation and he loved his stay at Camp Caitlin! She was very thorough in understanding his needs and routines in order to keep him safe and happy during his stay and keep the transition as low-stress as possible. We also did a meet and greet ahead of booking so I could see where my pup would be staying which was very comforting. She sent pictures and communicated with me everyday and truly treated my dog as her own. 10/10 would book with her again, for long stays, daycare, walks and everything in between. Have a pool and great space to walk the dog and hang outside I work from home and like to take long walks with the dog - pool out back if the dog enjoys to swim, ill tire them out! Fenced in yard and plenty of space to play - room for crate if they require their own room, they can have that too! Excited to meet your dog!
