“Kristen was most accommodating to my last minute requirement for a pup sitter. She was very communicative and sent me pics of my pup throughout her 2 day stay. I got delayed due to construction and rain so I ran late getting back. Kristen was most understanding as I kept in contact to keep her apprised of my ETA. My pup wad happy to see me and looked very well cared for while I was away. I highly recommend Kristen if you need a dog sitter as she is amazing. Thank you again, Kristen!”
“My husband and I had to move our son out of state for a new job. I was so stressed about having to leave my dogs with someone I didn’t know. My son suggested using Rover. I read through the posts and Nancy’s post jumped out at me. After meeting with her, I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs with her. Nancy wanted to know all about my dogs and I had explained to her that both my dogs were rescues and I needed them to have as much TLC as possible. She did not disappoint. Nancy treated them both like they were her dogs. She constantly kept me up to date with pics and how they were doing. Nancy is a true gem and I will be using her from here on out. She is wonderful. I no longer have to fear leaving my dogs behind again as I know my dogs will have no problem going to her house as she has spoiled them.”

“Jen was an absolute angel helping with Journey during a transportation hiccup and scheduling miscommunication between my trainer and me. I needed someone to bridge the gap between Journey being dropped off by her transporter and my trainer's daughter being available to receive her, and Jen stepped in without hesitation. Despite the uncertainty around the transport timing and ultimately an early 6:00 AM drop-off, she was communicative, flexible, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She not only took wonderful care of Journey, but also coordinated the final handoff and personally dropped her off for me, making what could have been a very stressful situation feel seamless. She sent photo updates, kept me informed every step of the way, and treated Journey like one of her own. I truly can't thank her enough.
