I needed someone to bridge the gap between Journey being dropped off by her transporter and my trainer's daughter being available to receive her, and Jen stepped in without hesitation. Despite the uncertainty around the transport timing and ultimately an early 6:00 AM drop-off, she was communicative, flexible, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She not only took wonderful care of Journey, but also coordinated the final handoff and personally dropped her off for me, making what could have been a very stressful situation feel seamless. She sent photo updates, kept me informed every step of the way, and treated Journey like one of her own. I truly can't thank her enough. About: I have owned dogs for many years, have taken care of pets for friends and family. I have taken care dogs cat birds fish and reptiles I am retired and no longer work so I will have plenty of time to walk them and take care of them and give them lots of love! About: I grew up around countless different species of dogs, whether it be the ones I had growing up or other peoples. Every shape, size, and breed i’ve ever encountered I fell in love with instantly. About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I have been apart of the Rover community for just one year and have history working at a vet office. I am constantly around animals and having to commit myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. About: I’ve always had a dog around growing up as well have my own. I’ve also been caring for dogs for the elderly, family and friends for my whole life as well. I’m currently a stay at home mom with children in school so I have plenty of time to take your dogs on long walks as well as play endlessly with any animals at home.
