About: I have raised dogs all my life. I also have years of experience with cats, reptiles, and rabbits. I have potty trained many dogs and I’ve even taught my furry friends a few party tricks. Come and see! I work full-time as a school teacher. I am home on Saturdays and Sundays (aside from church) every week. Weekends are the best times to book boarding appointments with me. I am also available during many major holidays. I have a fenced-in backyard. I have three small dogs (under 15 pounds) and cats. I can separate my cats from your pet during the day if needed (as I have a furnished garage that they chill in). I also have a work sink where I can give animals under 20 lbs. baths. I live in a suburban environment in Dunedin, FL and I have extra medium-sized crates.

I am responsible, patient, and attentive to each dog's individual needs, whether that means going on walks, playing, sticking to feeding schedules, or simply providing companionship. I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities, and I understand the importance of keeping them safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. One area I am not comfortable with is food aggression. I’d kindly have to decline if your pet struggles with this! Although I do not have a yard of my own, my property has a small dog park available to me! I am free throughout the whole week except Sunday's. If Sunday is needed, I will do my best to accommodate!! I’m also available all hours of the day. I care for pets by walking, feeding, playing, and loving on them the most! I am capable of sticking to a schedule if they have one.

Fun fact: My English Mastiff was 6 months away from beating the world record age when she passed! I currently have three fur babies; two handsome fatty felines and one majestic Shepherd mix. I spend my days making sure my cats never see the bottom of their bowl (we know how that goes) and at least two downtown adventures with my dog. While I don’t have a fenced-in yard, I live just a few blocks from a dog park and love giving dogs plenty of time to play, explore, and get their energy out. “Leslie was absolutely wonderful! She was sincerely excited to have Winston in her home. Her house is set up very well to host dogs and the fenced in yard was great. She sent us pictures of Winston throughout his stay. I would highly recommend Leslie and we look forward to reserving Winston a stay with her again.”

“Shareka did an amazing job with our fur babies! She sent update's and photos during the week which we all loved. Our golden retriever has separation anxiety and was worse than usual during his stay. She communicated with us about it and worked with him to get him to feel comfortable, which meant a lot to us. Both animals came home, more relaxed, and well-behaved them when we dropped them off.
