“Jen was an absolute angel helping with Journey during a transportation hiccup and scheduling miscommunication between my trainer and me. I needed someone to bridge the gap between Journey being dropped off by her transporter and my trainer's daughter being available to receive her, and Jen stepped in without hesitation. Despite the uncertainty around the transport timing and ultimately an early 6:00 AM drop-off, she was communicative, flexible, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. “My husband and I had to move our son out of state for a new job. I was so stressed about having to leave my dogs with someone I didn’t know. My son suggested using Rover. I read through the posts and Nancy’s post jumped out at me. After meeting with her, I felt very comfortable leaving my dogs with her. Nancy wanted to know all about my dogs and I had explained to her that both my dogs were rescues and I needed them to have as much TLC as possible. She did not disappoint. Nancy treated them both like they were her dogs. She constantly kept me up to date with pics and how they were doing. Nancy is a true gem and I will be using her from here on out. She is wonderful.
