When we arrived at our "pet-friendly" vacation rental home, we were told that the owner does not allow pets to be left alone in the home AT ALL. We were so flustered and worried we wouldn't be able to leave the house to watch our son. Luckily, Shelley made this terrible inconvenience manageable by allowing us to drop off our dog at her home for a few hours each day while we watched our son's tournament. Shelley was super responsive, even very late in the evening, and cared for our dog as if it were her own.
