“Wow am I happy and grateful that I found Mike for daycare for my tiny dachshund puppy! He was too young to be left alone for my long work shifts, and I tried a few sitters before finding Mike, and I was so disappointed in the care my Harley received at the other places. One house never let the dogs outside and had the floor covered in pee pads! At Mike’s Harley gets lots of exercise in the yard with Shadow and Mike helps me keep my house training routine, which was so very important to me when finding a special place for my special boy! I now get to enjoy my workdays without any worry about him at all. Harley is always so happy to go to his ‘Uncle Mike’s” house. At home, we have a fenced yard with doggy doors with full access to the outdoors. I always supervise their outdoor time since we have a pool. I can crate your dog any time if needed, or let them sleep in bed with me at night if they love that, too.
About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities for years. Friends, family, and neighbors have always trusted me to walk, feed, play with, and care for their pets like they’re my own. I’m patient, dependable, attentive, and truly love making animals feel safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. I’m currently working 4 days a week at the hospital. I will be more free come summer time ! I will be available weekends and during the week. Whatever you need me to do to care for your dog I will do ! I can walk them, feed them, care for them them whatever you need !
About: I have two large-breed dogs, one is a three year old Cane Corso mix and our other girl is almost ten (a Lab mix)! Both are rescues from the south, so I have a lot of experience working with anxious dogs, puppies, and some senior care. I grew up with large black labs, so I've had dogs in my life, for my entire life! I run my own business and work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule. I can also take your dog for a longer hike, snifaris, and more! I do not host other dogs in my own home, but I would be sure to have a consultation with the client ahead of any pet sitting to go over routines, expectations, feeding schedule, etc. It's not fair to expect a dog to adjust to your schedule when you are the newbie in their life!
