I’ve cared for dogs for over 10 years, to include caring for senior dogs through end of life care. During the day I’m a special education tutor, so have tons of patience and empathy! I’m comfortable administering medication, caring for hot spots or other treatments to vet orders, and keeping a watchful eye while you’re away! Part time tutor, part time studying for law school, so your pup will get plenty of belly scratches and one on one attention. My dog loves being around other four legged friends, so they will have a built in bestie to run around with (or just sit around with). I either work from home or have two hour sessions with my clients. My brother lives with me, so someone will almost always be around to let the dogs out and give them plenty of love and attention. I have a fenced in backyard, with one playful and sweet young dog who loves everyone she meets. We are a very dog focused household, and are in the process of installing a doggy door so the pups can go in/out as they please (when we are home, it will be locked when out running errands).

Teddy was really taken with her and her boyfriend and even attempted to follow them into the house when they went to retrieve his things as they were returning from a walk. I have fun taking dogs for short walks or for longer adventures 🌎, at a slow pace or jogging. I also always enjoy playing with dogs or cats 🎉, or just hanging out with them and checking on them if they're in a more chill mood. I walk dogs rain or shine and will dry their fur afterwards (as long as you and your pup are comfortable with the rain!) I always love getting to see multiple animals at once, and other cute critters like birds, rodents, reptiles, and fish are always welcome too! I am experienced in administering a variety of medications as well, and I am certified in delivering pet CPR and first aid. ◾️ Boarding pets in someone else's home can be a great option as well in some cases. I am unable to offer boarding at this time since I live in a small apartment, but my dream is to board all the animals once I have a house with a backyard! 🏡

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember! She has dogs separated into groups by size, but is also considerate enough to relocate dogs based on their energy levels/temperament (for example, she rotated my pup back and forth between groups because she is so high energy and loves to play!). She sent me photos and videos of my pup, despite having so many other pups to look after. I will DEFINITELY rebook with Ana next time I am in Gainesville.”
