I’m very good with all types and personalities when it comes to our furry companions Working on switching my career path right now since there is a shift to corporate medicine in animal hospitals and as support staff I lost the feeling of being supported, or properly compensated myself. I recently started watching my neice from 6-4 Monday through Friday. Sometimes I will do delivery driving at night, but only if that is ok with you! I also have my medical marijuana card. I’m also available after 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. When caring for pets in their home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get their walks, bathroom breaks, playtime, and any medications if needed. I keep the home clean by cleaning up after pets and making sure food and water areas stay tidy. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners know how their pet is doing. About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. Professionally I have worked with animals for about 5 years now. I worked at a doggy daycare for almost 3 years. Working there taught me a great deal about animal behavior and different kinds of dog personalities. I currently work at an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant. About: I’ve been pet sitting for family for years now and figured it’s time to branch out the business. I live alone, have a large back yard and a nice park nearby my house. I would pet sit at times when I am available to and take on pets in a manner that makes logistical sense for me and my schedule. I check on them and look for any signs of obvious discomfort or distress. Make sure they have time to use the bathroom/clean litter box and water. Most animals will try and communicate to you what they need, so it’s good to follow the routines they have at home and interpret what they need and at what time.

About: I absolutely love animals and have been taking care of pets since i was about 10 years old! I have experience with all types of dogs, from seniors to young puppies through working with rescues and I have had over 10 foster dogs who I have helped to find homes. I have also aided in training for rescue dogs of all different backgrounds, including issues with separation, anxiety, crate, potty, and obedience training. Outside of the rescue I also have regular pet sitting clients whose pups I have watched for over 5 years and absolutely love! I am very active and love to go for walks or runs if that is something your pup would like to join me in (usually in the early morning or evenings to avoid that Florida heat!). I have reliable transportation and love to spend time petting, playing, and just lounging around with any animal. I am able to care for pets in their home however needed! I have experience with a variety of medical needs and activity levels, and can do frequent visits, park outings, or stay in your home if that’s what you and your pet are most comfortable with.
About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I've been dog sitting for over a year and had my own dogs for more than 7 years. I've worked as a bather, groomer, daycare, and veterinary clinic professional for over 5 years, and have experience with all of the following animals: dogs (all sizes), cats, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, fish, pigs, lizards, birds, & more! I most enjoy house sitting, dog walking, and daytime care, and I am able to travel to the further parts of the Tallahassee metro area upon request. For overnight animal guest needs, I have a home in the Astoria Park area of Tallahassee with a big fenced back yard and 5 animals of my own (2 cats, 2 dogs, and 1 ferret). My fiancée works full time from home, allowing me to devote my time to giving our pets and others' pets the care and attention they need (and deserve). I take pet care very seriously and am very attuned to animals' body language. As a veterinary worker, I have been trained to handle any situation in a calm and collected manner. Additionally, I like to ensure proper nutrition, adequate play time and potty breaks, and down time/quiet time when pets are feeling overwhelmed.
