“I cannot say enough great things about Francis! She watched my senior dog, Madi, for a week while I was on vacation. Just before I dropped her off, Madi had been scratching and developed an issue with her eye pressure and had to start eye drops. Francis welcomed her with open arms. A few days into her stay, Madi needed a follow-up vet visit, and Francis took her in and handled everything—including her meds and eye drops—with so much care and attention. Madi is also on heart meds and requires extra support, and Francis went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after. She sent me daily updates and photos of her relaxing on the couch or exploring her big backyard, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Madi was in loving, capable hands. Francis is kind, thoughtful, and clearly has a huge heart for animals—she had a senior dog herself so she understands. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Madi stay with Francis again. You are amazing, I can’t thank you enough!”

About: I have been caring for dogs most of my life and love every dog as if they’re my own. I have experience with all life stages and personalities - whether your dog is high energy and needs lots of playtime or is a senior who just wants to relax and be loved on. I am used to medication management, special diets, mobility challenges and bottle feeding. My adult dog, Olive, is always looking for a new friend to play with. I also foster puppies from time to time, so there may be lots of new friends for your pup to interact with while they’re here. I tailor my care to match animals’ personality and routine. My goal is to make them feel safe, happy and well-cared for while you’re away. Whether that is day care during the day or a long-term trip, they will be in good hands. I am fully remote and will be with your pup(s) all day. We will have plenty of outdoor play time during the day and always make time for afternoon naps. There is a nice 3 mile walking path by my house, so if your dog is very active and likes to walk or run, I would love to bring them along. For less active dogs, there will always be a comfy spot on the couch for them! I have a large fenced yard with plenty of room for them to explore. My dog, Olive, loves to run around back there. There are also cooling mats on the back porch if your dog likes to sunbathe.

Honestly, I'm at my best when I'm among animals. 🐾 I've run a small rescue shelter for stray animals, personally funding all of its operations out of my own pocket — from caregiver salaries to food and medications. About: I have done dogsitting for 4 years now for grandparents as well as family friends and i currently work at Lucys Dog Bakery and Spa. I have a lot of experience with animals such as cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, and dogs. I am currently working at Lucys Dog Bakery and Spa! I work Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. On these days i typically work 9am-5pm, But i'm available after that. On days i am not working i have open availability! Typically i will walk dogs once every 2 hours or whatever is stated by the owner. With cats, i will make sure they are safe fed and watered and wait for them to come to me for attention.
About: Working Wonders K9 officially began in 2024 but its roots run deep into the heart and the history of Kenna the owner. Throughout her childhood, she trained her pet dogs in obedience and could often be found learning agility and tricks with them side-by-side! As an adult, this passion lead her to train her rescue dog, Luna, as a service dog after developing an autonomic nervous system dysfunction that took away her safety and freedom. Under the guidance of a service dog trainer, she began learning the basics of training a working dog and found a calling. After apprenticing with a training company and spending much of her free time researching dog body language, training methods and training techniques, she opened Working Wonders K9 with the goal of making service dogs accessible to disabled individuals and helping pet parents train and build a strong relationship with their dogs. About: I have had all kinds of dogs all my life. Currently we have a border collie, 2 rough collies and 3 basset hounds between our two homes!! I have raised 4 litters and have trained my dogs myself. My border collie travels the world with me and has gone half way around the world and back. Can't imagine my life without her... I know how difficult it is for a pet parent to leave their babies and I will do my best to really bond with your baby so that he or she are happy during your time apart. My Border Collie, Izzy, is also a wonderful, weet natured, gentle dog who will be great company and comfort for your fur babies!
