Boarding & Daycare: My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home! I only board one dog at a time so that I can give them adequate individualized attention all throughout the day. You will not find a sitter in Wilmington that is as attentive as I am. My pets are kept separate during boarding. Your dog will have access to the entire first floor and the fenced in-backyard. I have a dedicated bedroom for boarding where I can sleep with dogs who may have separation anxiety to ensure they are comfortable. Drop-in visits & Walks: I‘ll take my time getting to know your dog and make sure they’re comfortable with me being there. About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of pets in my own home including dogs, cats, birds, and a few reptiles. I love taking my dog to the woods for long walks (anywhere from 5-15 miles) so you can count on me not to slack on your pets needs. Every time I take care of someone else’s dog, I tire them out with my long walks and they always love it. I just recently graduated from high school and am looking for a summer/gap year job. About: I have a house where I can provide individual or group care for dogs. I co-own a dog named French Fry, who has been a significant part of my training experience. I am available for boarding on weekends, starting Saturday morning and continuing until either Monday or Tuesday evening. Additionally, I have availability during certain holiday periods. I have a partially fenced-in yard and a metal crate available for dogs if needed. I follow any instructions that pet owners provide. I have a peace and calm environment for dog care.
“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. I would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be booking services with her again when the time comes!”
