About: I’m a devout animal lover with three dogs of my own including a senior and one cat. My dogs range in age from 5-11 and weights of 11lbs to 55lbs. My cat is 7 years old and a tabby. I will care for your pet like its my own. I work remote but I’m available in the morning, some afternoons, evenings and weekends for drop-ins, walks, etc. I understand that you may have urgent needs to so I can adjust my schedule (where available) to accommodate. I always check the outside first when I’m doing a drop in to make sure its safe for the dog to go out. With cats, I like to sit with them for a bit to give them a chance to feel me out before I feed them. If we’re walking, I will find out from the owner what are the suggested routes so that the dog feels comfortable.

I treat every pet like they’re my own and always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m pretty flexible with my schedule and able to fit pet care into my daily routine. I work part-time and spend time at a barn, but I plan my days around the animals I’m responsible for. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting throughout the week and on weekends, and I’m good at sticking to a consistent routine that works best for your pet. I always prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, and any specific care requests. I’m very aware of my surroundings, keep doors and gates secure, and make sure pets are always supervised and safe. I also keep you updated so you feel comfortable and know your pet is in good hands.

We left him with Marissa for an entire week, and she went above and beyond to make both Dash and us feel comfortable. She sent daily updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. “The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay.
