“Yvonne was absolutely wonderful with our "fur baby" Emma. She sent multiple pictures and videos. These pictures showed, among other things, her playing outside, snuggling, playing, and taking a nap. During Emma's visit I felt like she was being well taken care of and loved. I never had to worry that she wasn't doing well. Emma came back to us happy and healthy. Thanks again for letting Emma have such a wonderful stay!”

“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. I would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be booking services with her again when the time comes!”

“Susan is INCREDIBLE! I didn’t have a single worry leaving our boy in her care. She was extremely consistent with updates and pictures that made us feel like we were never even gone. She went above and beyond to not only make sure our puppy was enjoying himself, but to make sure our minds were at ease during our vacation. 10/10, recommend ☺️”

“I boarded my two dogs, Simba and Ghost, with Sunaina for five nights, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. She took excellent care of them, followed all of my instructions to the letter, and kept me updated throughout their stay. It was clear that Simba and Ghost were comfortable and well looked after, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend Sunaina to anyone looking for a responsible, attentive, and caring dog sitter!”

About: I’ve been dog sitting since I was young and have always loved caring for animals. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and care for their furry family members over the years. Now that I have a mini Goldendoodle of my own, I’m always excited to welcome more pups to love and care for! My dog would love some new friends to play with, and your furry companion will always be safe, well cared for, and treated like family in our home. I’d also like to mention I have 2 cats and they are friendly and do their own thing. My schedule is flexible and I can work from home most of the time! That being said, your furry friend will get a lot of attention. I usually try and go for a walk in the morning and around lunch time. I have a yard; however, it is not fenced. I live toward the end of a quiet neighborhood and always keep a close eye on any dogs in my care. I spend a lot of time outside playing and going on walks, so your pup will get plenty of exercise, attention, and companionship. My 3-year-old dog is friendly, playful, and also enjoys relaxing, so your furry friend will have a balanced and comfortable stay.
“Claudia is great with my little fur baby! She spends extra time with him and is very gentle with him. I can tell that he enjoys her company. I will definitely be using her services frequently.”

“Wonderful experience boarding with Justin and Stephanie! Such an easy process, and my dog was well taken care of. They are also very accommodating as I had a family situation to tend to. Grateful for their service :) would recommend!”

About: As both a dog lover and recently funemployed, I’ll be able to commit 100% of my time to taking care of your furry friend. I’m a previous dog owner of 11+ years as well as an experienced sitter for both puppies and several senior dogs. I do what it takes to make your pup as happy and comfy as possible while you’re away — I’ll treat them like family! Up until recently I’d been working in corporate, and I’m choosing to take a small break in between careers. My previous employers and pet care clients can attest to my attention to detail, my excellent communication skills, and my willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

About: I’ve spent years caring for and training dogs, including raising and training four Australian Cattle Dogs—a breed known for its intelligence and high energy. Through that experience, I’ve learned how to read canine body language, reinforce good behaviors, and confidently handle dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I’ve also walked dogs for several of my mom’s clients throughout the Hockessin and Wilmington area. My focus is on providing safe, reliable, and personalized care while treating every dog as if they were my own. I am home full-time, which allows me to provide attentive, personalized care throughout the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive plenty of potty breaks, exercise, playtime, enrichment, and affection. Being home full-time also allows me to closely monitor each dog’s well-being, maintain their routine, and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Your dog will be cared for like one of my own in a safe, loving home environment. I have a fully fenced 0.6-acre yard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore under supervision. I follow each dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions, so they feel comfortable, happy, and at home while you’re away.

“Jenni had contacted me to let me know that she was on her way for our dogs’ walk. She took pics of them to show us that she was at our home with the dogs. I had told her about the route the dogs were use to taking and she showed us the map of the route. The dogs were good for her out on the walk. When they got home they were well tired enough and curled up for a nap. I look forward to having Jenni come walk them again!”

I have experience with all ages from whelping a litter of six puppies to my 12 yo dog that I lost six years ago. I also love cats but sadly my son is allergic so we aren’t able to have any in our home. In addition to my own pets I have cared for friends’ and family’s pets, foster dogs, and volunteer at SPCA walking dogs. Caring for my two dogs and my fosters is my priority. I bring them with me when able and crate when they are home alone. I have a fenced in yard and a safety cover on my pool during non-summer months. Dogs are never left outside unattended. My dogs are friendly and good role models. I have taken obedience classes and do not hit or yell at dogs. I do use treats, pets and positive words for good behavior.

About: 🛑 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING🛑: I own 2 cats. Even though my Cats have their own room your dogs must be ok with or have been around cats and knows basic commands. If your dog is medium or large size you MUST bring a cage. I will only use the cage for when I'm at work and I need to let the cats out their room. But when i'm home the dogs have free range even on my bed 😂 Before 2021: I've been pet sitting/walking for friends/neighbors for 5 years & on certain occasions I've been a dog/cat boarder for them, but I've been a dog walker for 5.5 years. 2 of the recurring dogs that I pet sit has had health issues, so I'm able to follow strict instructions given by the owners to take care of their pets in the best way possible whether it's just for a walk or pet sitting. UPDATE JULY 2025: Sorry to any specific owners but unless you are one of the 4 clients I've had since age 20, I will NOT be pet sitting/dropping in on CERTAIN snakes and ALL spiders. My soul will leave my body. The only reason why that is, is because I have a good rapport with the 4 clients and known some of their snakes since they were either in an egg or as a baby so I know their temperament . I'm okay with other reptiles, certain snakes, & pet birds. Some examples are Bearded dragons, geckos, chameleons, Iguanas, African Egg-Eating Snake, Western Hognose, Children’s python, Kenyan sand and Rosy boa. DM for list since there's a caption limit. UPDATE JULY 2025: Depending on my boss I work from Mon-Wed 11pm-7/7:30am, Fri-Sun 6pm-2am, off days maybe Tuesday (after 7:30am), Thursday & sometimes Friday. I will communicate if I happen to work a double or if I'm late since I have to rely on other coworkers to relieve me from my shift. Due to work I will not be petting sitting pets that can't stay alone for more 4-6hrs anymore. But if you need drop-ins for your pets medicine time especially for some of my older clients on all the apps I've been on I remember I will gladly do that when I have time. This is mostly for the cats and small dogs I might be open for boarding. I do own two cats they are up to date with their shots. I know how they react to other cats since I had them for a year, but as for dogs I'm not too sure until I get my own dog. Also, for the most part my yard is fenced is just one side of the fence has not been fully fixed yet so when we are outside in the yard they will be on harnesses for the cats and dogs since I will be outside with them. I also have a an in ground pool that's covered. Also, there's a mix of stray and outdoor cats in my neighborhood and for some, they like to hang out in my front and backyard (they do get in from the broken side of the fence). Mainly for shelter underneath my porch since it's elevated and hides them from this ungodly heat. Plus it doesn't help that me, my dad and my neighbors, do occasionally feed them if we notice that they get too skinny and one of other neighbors bought one of those insulated and heated shelters for the cats to stay in during the winter last year. Fun fact that's how I ended up with my 2nd cat as pet.

About: What sets me apart is my patience, attention, and genuine love for pets. I take the time to understand each pet’s needs and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m gentle with senior pets and patient with puppies. I work from home part-time, which allows me to be available to take good care of your pet during the day and or the night I care for pets by following their daily routine, giving them love, attention, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I treat every pet like my own, whether in my home or my client’s home.

It was clear that she was well cared for and treated like family. I truly appreciated the communication, kindness, and attention they gave her. I would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

“Diane was great & I'd recommend her for your dog sitting needs. Cared for a senior dog with medication needs. Lots of walks! Kept us informed on how our dog was doing. A joy to talk to and was very friendly.”

“Laura was a fantastic dog sitter! She was flexible with scheduling pick up/drop off, sent an update with a photo, and our pup seemed to have a great time with her. We will definitely use her services again!”

About: I been taking care of dogs for many years. Love taking them on walks/runs. Love seen them run around in the backyard with my own dog. I work 8 hour days but I take them out for walks before I leave and when I come home we ether go outback and play or walk/run. The care a provided is a loving environment. And playful one. I make sure they have thier food on time and plenty of water for after walks and runs.

About: I have had 3 dogs growing up so use to handling multiple at one time. Also my shih tzu that passed had severe skin allergies so I have experience with medical baths and diets. I work from home 3 days a week so home all day MWF, Tuesdays and Thursdays I am in the office but only a 10 min drive away and can walk them during lunch and be back home with your doggo before dinner! I live in a neighborhood with sidewalks and a park, personally have a well sized yard and back deck for lots of outdoor fun! Currently I own 2 guniea pigs but they’re quiet and kept on an elevated surface no dog has been bothered by them before. Lots of toys and 2 beds here to play with but encourage to bring your pet’s favorites here as well.

“Elizabeth was great! She sent plenty of updates during our dog’s stay, which was greatly appreciated and followed all instructions when it came to him. She was also super sweet and her family was just as sweet, we felt very comfortable leaving Meechie with her.”

“Rackeem was awesome with my dogs while I was on vacation! He took excellent care of my fur babies and I highly recommend him! He provides daily updates and pictures so you can be assured your pets are safe and doing well while in his care. He's also a great trainer as well! He helped my very active 14 month old pup 🐶 stop pulling so much while on our walks.”

“Awesome. This is the first time I have used this service. A friend suggested it to me because I didn't want to leave Roscoe in a kennel that had concrete walls and lots of dogs barking. I was impressed by the reviews by other Rover customers and after meeting Coleen I was very comfortable with leaving my dog the following day. She sent me a bunch of pictures of Roscoe's 4 day stay. He even got a ride in her car during his stay...lol Loved it and will be using Coleen again. ”

“This was my first time using a sitter from Rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The communication was wonderful, I felt like my dog was in great hands. I would absolutely love to use their services again!”

“Totiyana is so patient and caring! Our Blu is a big ball of energy, especially around other dogs but she could handle him. Will definitely be using her services again! Thank you!”
