“Candice took great care of our Lily. Of course we were a bit nervous going away for a week and leaving Lily with someone new. Candice welcomed us to her beautiful home with a wonderful smile and assured us that Lily would be fine. After receiving our first picture and report the next day (and everyday thereafter) we knew we had selected the right place for our fur baby and had no worries after that. Lily seemed to be right at home. We highly recommend Candice and her family and will definitely be using her again.”

“He was ok. As a first time user i would have appreciated more pics/video updates. My leash was misplaced, although he offered to replace. I liked that he was patient w/ my puppy who was nervous to enter his home in the beginning.”

“Justin and Stephanie are absolutely amazing! We rebook with them every time we need to go out of town because we know our pup will be in great hands! They keep us updated with pics throughout the visit and we’re so flexible when our flight got delayed and we had to pickup our boy late at night! They’re truly the best, cannot recommend them enough!”

“I’m grateful that Lindsey accepted Cecelia in her home as her own, and for the gentle care that she provided. From the pictures Lindsey sent me and the texts on the daily basis (even multiple times a day), I could tell that Cecelia was feeling very comfortable, happy, and content that all her needs were being met. I highly recommend Lindsey, and would definitely ask her for the care of Cecelia again.”

“Latoya took wonderful care of my Morkie, Cam, for two weeks while I was away. She sent photos and videos which gave me peace of mind. Cam looked happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Latoya patiently handled all of his little quirks. She made him feel at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Latoya again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter.”

“We are new to the area and we’ve always had friends or family watch our pups. This was the first time we needed to use Rover. Nancy gave us a great first experience and I’m so glad we have someone we can trust to leave our pups with if we ever need to board again! She asked great questions to get to know our pups before us dropping them off and she kept us up to date everyday with plenty of pics and videos. Nancy was very responsive as well. We will certainly be reaching out to her for future needs. Thanks again Nancy!”

“Thanks Suniana for taking care of our dog Sunny while we were out in vacation. Sunny had a great time with you. Thanks for sharing lots of pics and videos with us each day.”

“Mark and Kayleigh were amazing, start to finish, while watching our sweet pup. They both clearly know and love dogs, their house and yard and wonderful and safe for pets. Can’t recommend them enough! Our Shiloh will absolutely be staying with them again on our next trip.”

“Grace was amazing!!! So communicative and took such good care of my little guy. Would recommend her highly to anyone considering, and will definitely book with her again in the future!!”

About: I've grown up living with cats my entire life. I love interacting with them, cuddling, petting and playing! I have experience raising kittens and can feed and change litter boxes as needed, along with regular wellness checks or enrichment.

“Ashley spends a lot of time caring for my 4 week old kitten, Hope. She feeds and burps her, plays with her and makes sure she uses the potty and cleans her up. She does not fuse if the kitty makes a puddle and happily cleans up. She updates me with messages, videos and photos throughout the day. Ashley really cares about the pets and bonds with them very easily. I would recommend using her.”

About: I had cats growing up, but I’d say my real journey as a cat person began 4 years ago when I adopted my tuxedo cat, Tyson. He was 3 years old when we adopted him, but he adjusted quickly! I like to make sure everything is up to his standards like the litter box, his food bowls, and his mug he likes to drink out of instead of the water bowl I got him. 2 years ago, we adopted our “gray guy”, Miso, as a kitten. He’s a bundle of energy and is always playing. Quite a difference from his older brother! To this day Miso’s still a bundle of energy and we try to play with him every day. I also try to find new ways to stimulate them. I’m currently trying a new puzzle feeder! I might be rambling on, I could talk about my boys all day, but I want to communicate to you that I love cats and I’ll be happy to care for yours!
“Jenna did a great job taking care of my cats while I was away. They're usually scared of strangers but seemed to warm up to her pretty fast and I really appreciated not only getting pictures from each visit but some notes on what happened during her visit which no cat sitter has done for me before. I'm definitely going to contact Jenna for any future trips”

“Susan was great with my cat, Gracie, while I was gone for a two week trip! She was wonderful with updates, always sending pictures and videos. Gracie can be picky when she wants attention and Susan was great with knowing when to give her space if she didn't want attention. Susan also went above and beyond by bringing in unexpected packages and cleaning up the house on her last day. I can't recommend Susan enough for taking care of your fur-kids”

“This is my first time using Rover. I could not have had a better experience. Raven was amazing. Timely. Communicative. Friendly. Genuine in her services. What a relief it was to know that my pet (2) cats were receiving excellent TLC and treats. Will call on her again if needed.”

About: Hello! My name is Rebecca and I’ve had 5 years of cat care experience with very own kitty, Roscoe! I’ve had him since 2021 and have given him all of his basic needs: food, nutrition, vaccinations, tic-preventative medication, mandatory vet visits, litter box cleaning, playtime, exercise (taking him for walks), grooming (brushing and nail clipping), and overall making sure he gets the best home in the world! I wish to do the same for your feline friend as they are a great importance and great source of companionship to us humans!

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and currently have one of my own! I am also a teacher, so I have plenty of experience providing a safe and caring environment! I am available Monday, Friday, or Saturday at anytime! On Sundays, I can be there anytime after 2. Wednesdays I can do anytime between 1:30 and 3:30 and Thursdays I can do anytime between 11 and 2! “Caitlin is the absolute best cat sitter! We have used her services multiple times now and will continue to ask her to take care of our cats when we go out of town. I feel so much better going on vacation knowing that my cats are safe and well cared for. Thank you so much Caitlin! We are so lucky to have you as our cat sitter!”

“We picked Violeta to watch our 2 cats because of her excellent feedback. We can now personally attest that her scores were well deserved. She communicates very well, she is dependable, and our cats loved her. We will definitely be contacting her the next time we are on vacation.”

About: I been taking care of dogs for many years. Love taking them on walks/runs. Love seen them run around in the backyard with my own dog. I work 8 hour days but I take them out for walks before I leave and when I come home we ether go outback and play or walk/run. The care a provided is a loving environment. And playful one. I make sure they have thier food on time and plenty of water for after walks and runs.
“Sunaina was great with Loki! He had such a great time with her and her family. She sent us many pictures and updates periodically of him during his time with them. She listened to our instructions on his allergies and food timing, and took him out for walks. We were super happy that he was happy! Definitely will book again when we are back in the area!”

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with Border Collies and have also adopted several dogs over the years, so I'm comfortable with everything from high-energy working breeds to laid-back companions. I've also volunteered at several shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, temperaments, and backgrounds. I work from home (as does my wife) so your pet will be getting consistent, attentive care. To be honest, our dog passed away last fall and we are missing the joy of being dog owners and having dogs around, but we need something a little more flexible for the time being. You are getting two sitters for the price of one and we will care for your dog as if they were our own :) As a former dog parent who has used Rover, my goal is to provide exactly what I was looking for each time I booked a walker/sitter: clear communication, limited hassle, and all of the assurances that you can rest easy and not worry...your doggo is in good hands! I work from home and call my own hours (as does my wife) so as long as we know your dog's routine we will make sure to incorporate it into our own. We have a fenced-in yard and a walking path near our home so walks are never a problem (we love walks). My wife and I both work from home so one of us will always be giving your dog attention/supervision. We have previously owned dogs who were flight risks so we have been conditioned to keep an eye out, keep doors closed, etc. We have a big fenced-in yard and have a little indoor gate/fence that we use in the house if need be to secure a hallway, etc.
“Mutig was so happy when we picked him up! I have been nervous about where to leave him during a vacation we have coming up, but I was put at ease after this stay. She sent so many happy pictures of Mutig and Quincy playing and sent me updates of how he was doing. Yvonne and her husband were very caring. She fed the dogs separately, took them out often, and showed a lot of care. We are so glad we found her to have piece of mind that we are leaving Mutig in good hands when we cant be there!”

“Susan was great with Rupie! She was very communicative and texted us updates throughout the day which really put us at ease. You can tell she has a lot of experience with animals and Rupie was quickly comfortable with her. I would definitely book with Susan again!”

“Rover services are top notch. Claudia was/is an angel and was fantastic with my dog Bella. I am using her serive again in a week. I didn't know about the tipping, so l will make up to her on Bella's next visit.”

About: I’ve been dog sitting since I was young and have always loved caring for animals. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and care for their furry family members over the years. Now that I have a mini Goldendoodle of my own, I’m always excited to welcome more pups to love and care for! My dog would love some new friends to play with, and your furry companion will always be safe, well cared for, and treated like family in our home. I’d also like to mention I have 2 cats and they are friendly and do their own thing. My schedule is flexible and I can work from home most of the time! That being said, your furry friend will get a lot of attention. I usually try and go for a walk in the morning and around lunch time. I have a yard; however, it is not fenced. I live toward the end of a quiet neighborhood and always keep a close eye on any dogs in my care. I spend a lot of time outside playing and going on walks, so your pup will get plenty of exercise, attention, and companionship. My 3-year-old dog is friendly, playful, and also enjoys relaxing, so your furry friend will have a balanced and comfortable stay.

About: Dogs have always had a special place in my heart and require a lot of patience and attention. I have over five years of experience within dog sitting and in my care, they will be loved, respected, and given the enrichment they properly deserve! I'm currently working part-time with plenty of availability during the week! My flexibility allows me to properly care for all the needs of your pet! At my apartment we have a trail that is great for walking pets and in close proximity within my complex. It's perfect for walking your pet(s) and a great place to decompress! If you have any questions or concerns I am here to accommodate for you and your furbaby!

About: I’ve have been a dog owner all throughout my life. I currently have a golden retriever that is three year old named Steve. I know level 1 and level 2 dog training techniques. And enjoy taking dogs for long walks to get their energy out. I live five minutes from my job and can come home if needed and never work weekends. My wife works from home 3 out of 5 week days. I have a large fenced in yard (.75 acres) and a dog friendly golden retriever named Steve. I have an extra crate available if your pet needs crating.
“Justin & Stephanie have a nice home that's very dog friendly. The back yard is fenced, clean and spacious. Our dog Molly had a great time at day care and we immediately booked her to be boarded over the following weekend. Can't recommend them highly enough!”

About: I own It takes a village animal rescue, though I am taking a 2 year break, I have had 451 dogs come through my rescue in the last 10 years. I can help with house training, and basic puppy skills. I have probably had about 100 plus puppies in the last 10 years. I have a facebook account for the rescue and you can see all that My Volunteers and I have done over the years. Dogs must be neutered or spayed. Pet care has been a way of life for me for the last 13 years, I own an animal rescue but am taking a 2 year hiatus, but miss having dogs around all day. I am home 90% of the time, so I am there to let dogs out who might not be potty trained or sometimes we just lay on the couch watching TV and getting rubbed. I have a fenced in yard with lots of room to roam. I also have Mr Donovan, 110 pound hound mix that lost his 2 playmates in the last 2 months, so he would love having another friend to hang/ play with.
“Courtney was great with our dog! We needed to find a sitter last minute and she was happy to help out. She was quick to respond to everything, provided updates throughout the day, and kept our dog in great care. Would highly recommend!”

“Lauren is very flexible and understanding and really great with Chai! Great with updates and giving Chai lots of opportunities to potty and exercise. Chai also gets along great with Lauren’s own pups!”

About: We got our first pup in 2011. All 3 dogs we’ve owned have been since they were puppies. We’ve taken care of pups who require shots and pills. We treat pups in our house like family members. My husband and I have off weekends. My husband works from home so dogs get let out frequently. I’m a high school teacher so I also have summers off. We’re happy to follow your routines so they feel at home. I have 2 friendly dogs who love kids & pups. We just ask that your pup is friendly with kids and dogs, and is comfortable being crated for short periods of time, if needed.

I’m gentle with senior pets and patient with puppies. I treat every pet like my own, whether in my home or my client’s home.
About: I grew up taking care of our Newfoundland from a puppy. I was his primary caretaker for brushing him, walking him, and feeding him. When I moved out, I helped my parents take care of him until he passed a few years ago from arthritis in his hips. Since I moved out, I adopted two cats from the shelter. I recognize that our animals are part of our families. I follow directions and schedules well, and will strive to provide the best care for your furry family members. I work 7am-3:30pm Mondays through Fridays, so I’m primarily available in the evenings during weekdays. I’m fully available on weekends for pet care. I also have most/federal holidays off, so I will be able to work long weekends. I will use whatever supplies that you have and your pet prefers. I will not bring anything else without your permission. I will make sure to follow directions and schedules as closely as possible, and keep you informed of how your pet is doing.
“Susan is amazing. She genuinely cares about her clients and their pets. She went out of her way to help my mother in law during off walk time, setting up a lead outside and showing her how to use it. We really appreciated her service during our temporary need for dog walks.”

About: I have been raised with animals my entire life and I want to share that passion with others. I volunteer at a local shelter and have experience with different dog breeds and personalities. It is important to not only care for animals, but to love them and provide them enrichment. I enjoy cuddles, walks, play time and sharing company with all animals. I am currently a college student so I have a fluctuating but flexible schedule. Flexibility allows me to do what is necessary to care for pets and loved ones. I live with animals currently so pet care is already an everyday part of my regular routine. I believe in safety first. Leashes and harnesses must be available for animal and walker safety. I can adjust my care routines to any needs that are communicated to me and would love to play and spend quality time during my wellness visits.

“Paul and his fiancée do a great job with my Husky. My dog normally doesn’t enjoy other humans, and he loses his appetite when I travel. But Paul’s energy didn’t bring any of those concerns out.”

About: I haven’t taken care of dogs professionally but I have always had a deep love for dogs. I have owned an American Bully and English Bulldog on my own and have had multiple family dogs growing up. Having my own dogs, I have gone through the process of training two different types of temperaments and am looking forward to engaging/learning about more! I currently work from home as an accountant M-F. I have the flexibility to leave and return as needed. I could take my laptop if I needed to be around for an extended amount of time. Otherwise, I have the ability to use my flexibility to be present. I have an open living room setup and an English bulldog of my own to keep them company as well. We go on multiple walks a day and I make sure to try and exert the energy of whatever dog I am with at the time (so they don’t have much time to miss their parents 😂). I have room to crate the dogs if needed and also a pet camera that helps with monitoring.

My own pup is spoiled! He has everything he could possibly want! He is honestly a couch potato, but we take him on walks and enjoy plenty of snuggles.

About: I have walked dogs for family and friends over the past 5 years. They have taught me how to handle their dogs when crossing the street, as well as making sure their dogs need to use the bathroom while on the walk (as well as bagging and disposing of waste after they went). I also made sure that the dogs did not overheat and got plenty of water before and after their walks. I know how to use a harness, a retractable leash, and a regular leash for dog walking. I have also cared for my family and friends' dogs over the past years. I have learned when they need to go out, what times they need walks, when their meal times are, and what kind of play they like to engage in. I have also given their dogs nutritional supplements (in the form of pills, treats, etc), and I have given their dogs specific nutritional food that they need. I also learned what kind of playtime they love to engage in, and I made sure that they have gotten the physical activity they needed. I very much enjoy taking care of dogs, as well as having a great playtime session with them! I am currently working part-time, so I have time to pet-sit and walk dogs, as well as pet-sit for cats. Because I am a part-time graduate student, I have classes on Monday nights. My hours are open for the rest of the week. I am able to commute to pet-sit and will follow the rules of a client's home to ensure that the environment is safe, hygienic, and happy for their pet(s). I'll make sure that the pets are always supervised, that they are well-fed, properly hydrated, walked, and have a great, engaging playtime session! I will always care for their needs and always communicate with their owners as well.
About: Extremely flexible! I'm experienced in taking care of cats, dogs, turtles, bearded dragons, and fish. I would love to give your furbaby the best care possible! The cats & dogs are separated. I am very patient with animals! I am also extremely diligent with their care such as cleaning food/water bowls, scooping poop, changing pee pads, following feeding/medication schedule, and playing with animals.
“Veruchka has been fantastic with Holly! She was so pleasant and flexible when it came for the meet and greet and was readily available to come over to take care of our pup. She has been a joy and I love all the pictures she takes!”

There were plenty of times in my neighborhood that dogs will get out and I would take care of them until they are safe with their owner. I also have a years experience in dog walking I am a full time student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am home most of the time but as for my schedule I have classes Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 11-2. Tuesday/Thursday 9:30-12:30. Currently I do not live with my dog so I can provide more one on one attention to the animal I am taking care of. My apartment is very spacious for the animal to play with toys, do tricks etc. Also I love to be out doors and go to Mack park. I have transportation so that shouldn’t be an issue.

I follow their instructions carefully, keep up with their usual routine, and provide regular updates and photos so they know their pets are happy and well cared for. I’m also comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, including shy or nervous animals that may need extra patience and reassurance.

I’m a hybrid/remote employee with flexible work hours. In general, I have pretty open availability for providing the services you need for your furry friend(s)! In the past, I have owned cats and snakes. I kept them strictly indoors to ensure they were in a safe environment. “Mark and Kayleigh were amazing, start to finish, while watching our sweet pup. They both clearly know and love dogs, their house and yard and wonderful and safe for pets. They were attentive to the dog, responsive to us while we were on our trip, and operate with respect and professionalism you’d hope for when letting someone watch over a part of your family. Can’t recommend them enough! Our Shiloh will absolutely be staying with them again on our next trip.”

“We were thoroughly impressed with this stay for our puppy Tessa. 1st time for our puppy she seemed happy. This was also her 1st time around other dogs as well. Rackeem was very attentive and she seemed comfortable from the door. He sent us videos and pictures and this help me through the time away. I will definitely use Him again very professional.”

“Totiyana provided such a loving experience for our fur baby, Emmie. She is not used to being around other dogs especially big dogs but Totiyana help her get comfy and before you knew it Emmie was settled. We appreciate Totiyana’s flexibility and being able to take our last minute request! Such a blessing! We appreciate her care so much we booked two weekends in a row! Looking forward for future bookings for boarding our needs.”

“Great communication. Sent us plenty if pictures of our puppy! We felt comfortable with her supervision. We also booked last minute and she was very accommodating. Thank you!”

“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. I would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be booking services with her again when the time comes!”

About: Ive had cats and dogs since a very young age I currently have 4 dogs and three cats. I have many years of experience and love them all! I am currently a student at University of Delaware and I thought maybe this job would work for my class schedule. I have a lot of free time outside of class. I have 3 cats, a boarder collie, australian shepherd, and a west highland terrier. They are all very good animals most of my animals live at home except for one of my cats that lives with me at school, but I’ve taken care of all these animals from almost all my life.
“Coleen was awesome with Journey. This was Journey’s longest stay away from home and Coleen made Journey feel Comfortable and kept her busy. She also kept me up-to-date with pictures, which made me feel more at ease.”

About: I have had 3 dogs growing up so use to handling multiple at one time. Also my shih tzu that passed had severe skin allergies so I have experience with medical baths and diets. I work from home 3 days a week so home all day MWF, Tuesdays and Thursdays I am in the office but only a 10 min drive away and can walk them during lunch and be back home with your doggo before dinner! I live in a neighborhood with sidewalks and a park, personally have a well sized yard and back deck for lots of outdoor fun! Currently I own 2 guniea pigs but they’re quiet and kept on an elevated surface no dog has been bothered by them before. Lots of toys and 2 beds here to play with but encourage to bring your pet’s favorites here as well.
“This was my first time using a sitter from Rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The communication was wonderful, I felt like my dog was in great hands. I would absolutely love to use their services again!”
