“Melanie was an excellent care giver for our cat Lily. We were really apprehensive about leaving her alone for 11 days and this was a last minute request as we had planned to board her but later realized we just couldn’t put her through that. Melanie was patient with her and won her affection even though Lily is a bit stand off ish. We loved the notices twice a day when she was starting and finishing her visits and the cute pictures helped to ease our mind . It was also very helpful that there was someone in our home and could alert us to any problems, which we’re happy to say there weren’t any. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation to Yellowstone knowing that Lily was in good hands. You can tell Melanie loves animals and we trusted her explicitly. I will definitely ask for Melanie next time we go away and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a care giver.”

“I have been going through a very stressful time in my life and needed to travel over 500 miles round trip this past weekend. I don’t live in Delaware but have been due to circumstances from where I’m from. I needed a place to keep my cat for the weekend as I couldn’t leave him at the house since the land lord said he might stop by the weekend. Cory stepped in and took a lot of stress off the situation. About: Growing up I have always lived helping others and even helping animals. As a young kid, I grew up surrounded by all kinds of animals. Although my college plan is to become a special education teacher, I have always had a passion for animals. I really enjoy giving animals a voice and creating special bonds with them. I know first hand how stressful this can be. No worries with your fur baby being here alone while I’m at work, I currently work from home so I’m available for drop off or pick up anytime. About: I have always helped my sister when she was dog sitting and been helping my gf out with her friends pets when she is asked to watch them. I will make sure they are safe and happy I'm home full time as a pet sitter and care taker. When I'm not home my wife and mother in law will be home with the pets I have a cat who will keep to himself and a older female dog who is super friendly. We have no cages in the house and believe any pet here should be able to freely move unless someone brings a cage for any reason

About: I’ve always had a dog in my life, and it was my responsibility since I was young to care for our family pets! I am 32, and at the age of 13 I started housesitting dogs/cats for neighbors and friends. Consistently in the last 10 years, I have taken care of pets for family and friends while they are out of town. About: I was a Mom of 3 dogs, so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust to take care of your pets. I currently work from home so that gives me the freedom to care for your pets. I can do morning, lunchtime and evening walks. I can do overnight stays. I will do a meet and greet to see what makes you and your pet comfortable. I will learn their schedule so I can keep them on their normal routine.
About: i’ve grown up around all types of animals and i’ve been asked by friends to watch their animals for days or a few hours etc i work 5 days ago and off wednesday-thursday but am avaible during the day and at night on sundays from 3 - to whatever time i have 4 acres of land plus i have 2 very friendly dogs who would love to gain some more dog friends who will play

About: I love dogs and up until 3 months ago I had a rescue dog for 8 years until she developed serious medical issuse and I had her euthanized. I miss here and she was spoiled and I will do the same for your dog. I will provide plenty of walks and a nice fenced in backyard where your pet can roam free to do whatever. I allowed my dog to have free roam of my house, and your pet will have the same freedom, and I have a nice porch where your pet can lay outside and enjoy the sights. I am 75 and a retired RN. I live alone so my schedule is very flexible, with the appropriate notification. I am an early riser so your pet will be let out back first thing in the morning, then - 2or 3 walks during the day. I have a fenced in backyard and a fenced in deck above the garage so your pet can be safe in either one of the locations.
