About: Growing up I have always lived helping others and even helping animals. As a young kid, I grew up surrounded by all kinds of animals. Although my college plan is to become a special education teacher, I have always had a passion for animals. I really enjoy giving animals a voice and creating special bonds with them. Throughout Gus’s stay, he sent us photos and updates, which meant so much and reassured us that he was happy, safe, and well cared for. It’s clear that Lamar is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely loves animals. I am so grateful we found him, especially on such short notice.
