“We have just recently moved to Ocean Pines, MD. So we have few contacts as yet. We needed a dogsitter to keep our Maltese/Yorkie mix (aka "Morkie") Finley for a month while we will be in Europe this summer. It's the longest we have been away from him, and we needed to find dogsitters we trusted. We found Bill and Margit on Rover and decided to try them for an overnight with our dog. It went exceedingly well. They sent photos of Finley relaxing on the sofa and bed, and getting along great with them and their other dogs. I had some last minute changes including being later on pick up time due to traffic. I got up to date pictures and reassurance that he was having a great time. I highly recommend treating your pup to this sanctuary! About: I have always been a pet owner.I love animals and would love to take the worry and stress out of your life by taking care of yours while you’re away. I know first hand how stressful this can be. No worries with your fur baby being here alone while I’m at work, I currently work from home so I’m available for drop off or pick up anytime. Unfortunately, I can not do drop ins at your home until after 230. I have a 4 year old Shih tzu/bichon/poodle mix and a 2 year old cat. I live in a condo so we walk daily to get his (and my) exercise. I can have your pet here overnight, come to your house to walk or just check in. Im very flexible.

About: I live in a home who foster dogs in need. Home with the dog all day so they'll have that attention and someone caring for them. I can take care of elderly dogs that use diapers full proper care even all the way to puppies and there high energy . Me being young i do play with the dogs i like to run around with them to keep myself and them entertained. As for watching dogs, I will follow the instructions provided to ensure the dog is safe and in routine for when the owner returns home. I had some last minute changes including being later on pick up time due to traffic. I got up to date pictures and reassurance that he was having a great time. I highly recommend treating your pup to this sanctuary!
