Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. About: I been taking care of dogs for many years. Love taking them on walks/runs. Love seen them run around in the backyard with my own dog. I work 8 hour days but I take them out for walks before I leave and when I come home we ether go outback and play or walk/run. The care a provided is a loving environment. And playful one. I make sure they have thier food on time and plenty of water for after walks and runs.

About: I have had 3 dogs growing up so use to handling multiple at one time. Also my shih tzu that passed had severe skin allergies so I have experience with medical baths and diets. I work from home 3 days a week so home all day MWF, Tuesdays and Thursdays I am in the office but only a 10 min drive away and can walk them during lunch and be back home with your doggo before dinner! I live in a neighborhood with sidewalks and a park, personally have a well sized yard and back deck for lots of outdoor fun! Currently I own 2 guniea pigs but they’re quiet and kept on an elevated surface no dog has been bothered by them before. Lots of toys and 2 beds here to play with but encourage to bring your pet’s favorites here as well.

About: I have had dogs in my home my entire life who have ranged from sedentary to pulling you down the street! I take time to understand each pets unique needs and make sure that our time together is well spent from the owner's perspective and the pet's! I work full time from 7-4pm Monday to Friday. My availability is anytime after 4pm but before 9pm on weekdays and anytime after 8am but before 10pm on weekends. I live with my fiance who is a veterinary nurse, our 10 year old dog, and 8 year old cat in an apartment. We have easy access to a large park with walking trails and can easily find fun routes around New areas!

About: I believe in meeting cats where they are rather than forcing interactions. I speak calmly, approach gently, and give them the time and space they need to feel comfortable. Building trust at their pace is one of my favorite parts of caring for cats. My own orange tabby, Ari, is my playful little shadow. He loves to be involved in whatever I’m doing, and I’m always happy to make room for him along the way. When I lived in California, my landlord had an indoor/outdoor cat who slowly began to trust me. Over time, she started spending more and more time at my apartment, eventually choosing to sleep there because it was a calm, peaceful place for her after her owner got a dog she didn’t always enjoy being around. About: 🛑 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING🛑: I own 2 cats. Even though my Cats have their own room your dogs must be ok with or have been around cats and knows basic commands. If your dog is medium or large size you MUST bring a cage. I will only use the cage for when I'm at work and I need to let the cats out their room. But when i'm home the dogs have free range even on my bed 😂 Before 2021: I've been pet sitting/walking for friends/neighbors for 5 years & on certain occasions I've been a dog/cat boarder for them, but I've been a dog walker for 5.5 years. 2 of the recurring dogs that I pet sit has had health issues, so I'm able to follow strict instructions given by the owners to take care of their pets in the best way possible whether it's just for a walk or pet sitting. UPDATE JULY 2025: Sorry to any specific owners but unless you are one of the 4 clients I've had since age 20, I will NOT be pet sitting/dropping in on CERTAIN snakes and ALL spiders. My soul will leave my body. The only reason why that is, is because I have a good rapport with the 4 clients and known some of their snakes since they were either in an egg or as a baby so I know their temperament . I'm okay with other reptiles, certain snakes, & pet birds. Some examples are Bearded dragons, geckos, chameleons, Iguanas, African Egg-Eating Snake, Western Hognose, Children’s python, Kenyan sand and Rosy boa. DM for list since there's a caption limit. UPDATE JULY 2025: Depending on my boss I work from Mon-Wed 11pm-7/7:30am, Fri-Sun 6pm-2am, off days maybe Tuesday (after 7:30am), Thursday & sometimes Friday. I will communicate if I happen to work a double or if I'm late since I have to rely on other coworkers to relieve me from my shift. Due to work I will not be petting sitting pets that can't stay alone for more 4-6hrs anymore. But if you need drop-ins for your pets medicine time especially for some of my older clients on all the apps I've been on I remember I will gladly do that when I have time. This is mostly for the cats and small dogs I might be open for boarding. I do own two cats they are up to date with their shots. I know how they react to other cats since I had them for a year, but as for dogs I'm not too sure until I get my own dog. Also, for the most part my yard is fenced is just one side of the fence has not been fully fixed yet so when we are outside in the yard they will be on harnesses for the cats and dogs since I will be outside with them. I also have a an in ground pool that's covered. Also, there's a mix of stray and outdoor cats in my neighborhood and for some, they like to hang out in my front and backyard (they do get in from the broken side of the fence). Mainly for shelter underneath my porch since it's elevated and hides them from this ungodly heat. Plus it doesn't help that me, my dad and my neighbors, do occasionally feed them if we notice that they get too skinny and one of other neighbors bought one of those insulated and heated shelters for the cats to stay in during the winter last year. Fun fact that's how I ended up with my 2nd cat as pet.

About: I’m a devout animal lover with two dogs of my own and one cat. Caring for animals is truly one of my favorite joys in life! My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home when they’re in my care. My senior dog recently passed from a rare lung cancer so I’m experienced in delivering oral medication, round the clock care and attention, and moving at their pace. Your baby will be well taken care of. I work remote so I am able to give your dog lots of love and attention throughout the day. Your dog will be able to take potty breaks every two hours in the fenced-in yard and spend time outside. We typically go for walks in the early morning and late evening. My Rover calendar is updated daily so that I can support any urgent needs, when available. Boarding & Daycare: My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home! I only board one dog at a time so that I can give them adequate, individualized attention all throughout the day. You will not find a sitter in Wilmington that is as attentive as I am. My pets are kept separate during boarding. Your dog will have access to the entire first floor and the fenced in-backyard. I have a dedicated bedroom for boarding where I can sleep with dogs who may have separation anxiety to ensure they are comfortable. Drop-in visits & Walks: I‘ll take my time getting to know your dog and make sure they’re comfortable with me being there. I like to sit with them for a few minutes before and after each walk to feel out their energy levels. I’m a second grade teacher who is off for the summer and major holidays. I would like to have something else for me to do to keep busy during the long summer days. Being able to spend time with your pet would be an honor and I’m so excited to play with care for them in anyway you need me to. I’m also studying to be an elementary school teacher so if you ever need some babysitting I can do that as well. I work as an elementary teacher so I am available throughout the summer and major holidays. I can also make accommodations for Saturdays if needed. I am able to provide any care necessary if provided and shared by the owner. Just let me know everything you need to take proper care of your fur baby and I will make sure to deliver.
About: I’ve spent years caring for and training dogs, including raising and training four Australian Cattle Dogs—a breed known for its intelligence and high energy. Through that experience, I’ve learned how to read canine body language, reinforce good behaviors, and confidently handle dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I am home full-time, which allows me to provide attentive, personalized care throughout the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive plenty of potty breaks, exercise, playtime, enrichment, and affection. Being home full-time also allows me to closely monitor each dog’s well-being, maintain their routine, and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Your dog will be cared for like one of my own in a safe, loving home environment. I have a fully fenced 0.6-acre yard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore under supervision. They’ll also have the companionship of my three friendly, well-socialized dogs if they enjoy being around other dogs. Throughout the day, your pet will receive plenty of exercise, potty breaks, playtime, enrichment, and affection. I follow each dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions, so they feel comfortable, happy, and at home while you’re away.

About: I have experience with every size, breed, and age of dog; I have done everything from watching and housesitting a twelve year old lab from hosting a 2 year old chihuahua. I also have extensive experience looking after feline friends as well, often looking after two or three at a time. Whether your furry friend is missing you and wanting to be clingy and cuddled or is feeling like they want solo alone time, I will accommodate your pets moods and personalities to the best of my ability. Outside of dogs and cats, I have been a small animal lover my whole life and have loved and owned everything from ferrets to rats! I am an MA student at University of Delaware, so while I have a heavy workload, that usually just results in more time at home since homework takes a lot more time than going to class itself. Generally I am only gone for no more than 4-5 hours at a time, but generally less. I can often board any time throughout the week with enough notice. In your home, I would attempt to respect your space to the best of my ability and only go places/do tasks that you explicitly ask me to do. I want you to feel rest-assured that both your pet and your space are in good hands!

During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. About: I been taking care of dogs for many years. Love taking them on walks/runs. Love seen them run around in the backyard with my own dog. I work 8 hour days but I take them out for walks before I leave and when I come home we ether go outback and play or walk/run. The care a provided is a loving environment. And playful one. I make sure they have thier food on time and plenty of water for after walks and runs.

About: I have had 3 dogs growing up so use to handling multiple at one time. Also my shih tzu that passed had severe skin allergies so I have experience with medical baths and diets. I work from home 3 days a week so home all day MWF, Tuesdays and Thursdays I am in the office but only a 10 min drive away and can walk them during lunch and be back home with your doggo before dinner! I live in a neighborhood with sidewalks and a park, personally have a well sized yard and back deck for lots of outdoor fun! Currently I own 2 guniea pigs but they’re quiet and kept on an elevated surface no dog has been bothered by them before. Lots of toys and 2 beds here to play with but encourage to bring your pet’s favorites here as well.
