We needed a dogsitter to keep our Maltese/Yorkie mix (aka "Morkie") Finley for a month while we will be in Europe this summer. About: I love dogs and up until 3 months ago I had a rescue dog for 8 years until she developed serious medical issuse and I had her euthanized. I miss here and she was spoiled and I will do the same for your dog. I will provide plenty of walks and a nice fenced in backyard where your pet can roam free to do whatever. I allowed my dog to have free roam of my house, and your pet will have the same freedom, and I have a nice porch where your pet can lay outside and enjoy the sights. I am 75 and a retired RN. I live alone so my schedule is very flexible, with the appropriate notification. I am an early riser so your pet will be let out back first thing in the morning, then - 2or 3 walks during the day. I have a fenced in backyard and a fenced in deck above the garage so your pet can be safe in either one of the locations.

“I have been going through a very stressful time in my life and needed to travel over 500 miles round trip this past weekend. I don’t live in Delaware but have been due to circumstances from where I’m from. I needed a place to keep my cat for the weekend as I couldn’t leave him at the house since the land lord said he might stop by the weekend. Cory stepped in and took a lot of stress off the situation. He was very quick to reply to all of my messages. He took my cat in no issues and was very accommodating. I could tell he was a kind hearted person who loved cats and he even had three of his own! About: I was raised with cats, I had either one or two cats my whole life up until I was about 35. When it came time to get pets again, I chose guinea pigs due to the allergies of someone else in the home. About: I have always had pets in life (dogs, cats, rabbit, hamsters, fish) and even adopted a dog to live with me when I was in college. The majority of my experience is with dogs and it spans all sizes and breads (from an 8-pound Maltese to a 70+ pound American Staffordshire Terrier). Over the last few years, I have worked with several animal shelters and opened my house to foster pets in need. We have no cages in the house and believe any pet here should be able to freely move unless someone brings a cage for any reason

About: I’ve always had a dog in my life, and it was my responsibility since I was young to care for our family pets! I am 32, and at the age of 13 I started housesitting dogs/cats for neighbors and friends. Consistently in the last 10 years, I have taken care of pets for family and friends while they are out of town. I am a morning-person who loves to exercise early, so morning dog walks/pet care wouldn't be a problem! I also do not mind being up later at night, if that is what your pet needs. I care for other’s homes and pets how I would want someone to care for my own. I am extremely respectful, and will make sure your pet and home are my first priority! I am very good at following specific instructions for pet-care in one’s own home. I have experience caring for both old and young pets, as well as pets with additional needs, such as routine medications and vitamins. When housesitting, I am also able to give animals as many walks/play time as desired. Although I have a dog of my own, I will not be bringing my dog along for walks/housesitting (my husband is able to watch him at home). About: I love dogs and up until 3 months ago I had a rescue dog for 8 years until she developed serious medical issuse and I had her euthanized. I miss here and she was spoiled and I will do the same for your dog. I will provide plenty of walks and a nice fenced in backyard where your pet can roam free to do whatever. I allowed my dog to have free roam of my house, and your pet will have the same freedom, and I have a nice porch where your pet can lay outside and enjoy the sights. I am 75 and a retired RN. I live alone so my schedule is very flexible, with the appropriate notification. I am an early riser so your pet will be let out back first thing in the morning, then - 2or 3 walks during the day. I have a fenced in backyard and a fenced in deck above the garage so your pet can be safe in either one of the locations.
About: I have owned dogs since I was born from little to big! I have had horses, dogs, cats, goats and pigs 😊 will love your pet like my 4 doodles at home 🐶 puppies? No problem. I have had 3 litters of doodles! I offer same day services, days in advance and weeks in advance. I work my own schedule. I am flexible for all schedule needs. I can make it happen when needed. I will send pictures at every visit, text you when I’m heading there and leaving. I will send videos of playing and walking. We will have a meet before requested visits 😊
“Jill was a great host for our pup! She sent lots of pictures and made sure Luna got all the love and attention she needed. As a good bonus there were a few other dogs, so Luna always had buddy, and Jill was great with managing the dog introductions and making sure everyone played well together.”

“Marvina was absolutely amazing and so accommodating! This was the longest I had left my rescue pup. (1 week) I was nervous for sure, however! That quickly went away as soon as I met her and saw the beautiful “summer camp for dogs ” that is her home! Her property is huge for the pups to run around and play. I had some last minute changes including being later on pick up time due to traffic. I got up to date pictures and reassurance that he was having a great time. I highly recommend treating your pup to this sanctuary! I will absolutely be using her services again and possibly work out a joint custody arrangement! 😂 My pup seems depressed now that he’s back home. Thank you again!!!”
