About: I’ve had dogs in my household since I was 5, meaning I’m skilled in taking care of dogs and am ready for anything they might need. I’ve dogs at for multiple neighbors of the years, and many of those dogs have been old dogs with specific instructions to keep them healthy. I’ve done multiple weeks of overnight care for dogs as well as simple daycare or dog walks for people that need help. I’m currently studying to become a vet and I would love to have the chance to get to know your furry companion! I am open to help out any day of the week as needed. I have a part-time job with schedule hours that change each week, but none of those hours include nighttime’s. I am willing to take your pet even last minute if I am capable. In my home, I make sure to let the dog out first thing in the morning and right before bed to allow them to use the bathroom as needed. In my household I take my dog for a walk around 9 every morning and 5 every night, then feeding him at 6pm. Other food given to him includes a treat in the morning and a couple in the afternoon that I put in his bowl. About: Dogs have always been a part of my life in my personal and professional life. I worked for a small business in VA for about 5 years throughout high school and college and have started back up since I started my own Graphic Design business! I've cared for dogs (reptiles and other exotic pets as well) of many different breeds and personalities throughout the years and have always loved every minute! I run my own graphic design business and have a second job in the afternoon (2pm-7pm) but all other hours can be filled with playtime for your pet! I can drop by in the morning, midday, and night as early as 8am and as late as 10pm (unless specified as an overnight). If you are looking for an overnight service, please be aware that I will be away for your home for 3-4 hours at a time to fulfill other routine walks and my work. Visits will always have play time and enough walk time for sufficient exercise. I always make sure to give a lot of attention and make them comfortable even though you're away and will stick as close to your normal routine as I can! In the summer, I'm careful about temperatures especially if they walk in the street and take special care of cold climate breeds.

“Heather was wonderful with Sauce for his overnight stay! She was very communicative from the start and made time for a meet and greet beforehand. Her home was lovely and very pet friendly, and she asked lots of questions to make sure Sauce would be comfortable, well cared for, and a good fit in her home overnight. While we were away, she sent pictures and kept me updated on how Sauce was doing and what he was up to, which gave me great peace of mind. Heather was super pleasant, easy-going, and clearly thoughtful about the dogs she cares for. Sauce seemed happy and comfortable with her, and I would absolutely use Heather again.”
About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life, ranging from large German shepherds to 5lb chihuahuas. I genuinely care for the well being of all animals! I have plenty of patience and a huge heart for animals. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible daily schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, with time for walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, and lots of love throughout the day. I’m home most of the day, so your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of companionship while you’re away! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I follow their normal routines, pay close attention to their behavior, and make sure they have a safe and comfortable environment. I’m careful with doors, feeding, medications, and anything else specific to their care. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: My home is always filled with love and laughter over our dogs. Jack is 10 yr Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Peppa is 8 yr Chihuahua. Good nutrition, comfort, care, love and exercise are the keys to our content and playful pets. I am currently retired, and I have time on my hands. Dogs are very important to me, I feel they know more than we think they know. To give a dog comfort, company in your time of need would be my pleasure. I will take your instruction on how you’d like me to structure walks, exercise, feeding and meds. The playing and affection part is included. I will help you keep you pet on their routine.
