“Melanie was an excellent care giver for our cat Lily. We were really apprehensive about leaving her alone for 11 days and this was a last minute request as we had planned to board her but later realized we just couldn’t put her through that. Melanie was patient with her and won her affection even though Lily is a bit stand off ish. We loved the notices twice a day when she was starting and finishing her visits and the cute pictures helped to ease our mind . It was also very helpful that there was someone in our home and could alert us to any problems, which we’re happy to say there weren’t any. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation to Yellowstone knowing that Lily was in good hands. You can tell Melanie loves animals and we trusted her explicitly. I will definitely ask for Melanie next time we go away and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a care giver.”

About: Growing up I have always lived helping others and even helping animals. As a young kid, I grew up surrounded by all kinds of animals. I can take care of elderly dogs that use diapers full proper care even all the way to puppies and there high energy . About: I have had several dogs in my life through their entire life span. I recently lost my soul dog. Not ready to get another but because they bring me so much joy, I would love to take care of others. I have the time because I am retired. I also know the feeling of worrying that they are in the best care! I can assure you that they will be! I am retired for the most part. I teach yoga a few hours a week but I have plenty of time. I can take your dog for several walks, AM or PM. I do not have a fenced in yard but do have a very long leash to allow freedom in the yard. I also live in a great neighborhood with lots of dogs. My dog recently passed but we used to take lots of daily walks and had lots of interactions.

“Our two (a Golden and mixed lab) stayed a full week at “Camp Jill.” She sent pictures and positive encouragement that they were all good. We definitely recommend her. Our Golden swam for balls in her above ground pool and there was shade for them when they felt like sitting outside. We will call upon Jill again. Her home is an easy loop from 90th street bridge or backroads from Bethany.”
