About: I don't just watch dogs—I welcome them into my family. Every pup receives personalized attention, a safe environment, and lots of love while you're away. I work for the school system, so I have weekends, holidays, and summers off. My typical work hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and my school is very close to home, which allows me to come home during my lunch breaks. I make it a priority not to leave the pups home alone for more than four hours at a time, so they get plenty of attention and care throughout the day. In addition, I keep 2 small dogs at a time but for the bigger ones I only will sit 1 dog for safety reasons 😊. Your dog will be welcomed into my home like family. I have a fully fenced yard, two friendly Shih-Poos who love making new friends, and a calm, loving environment. I'll follow your pet's routine, including feeding, medications, potty breaks, and any special instructions, so they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home while you're away.

“When I say Ms. Rita is an ALL STAR sitter, I’m talking about a true professional. I don’t even LIVE in Delaware, but I attended my brother’s wedding there, and she literally SAVED MY LIFE at the last moment, and babysat my pup BLUE at the last minute! I reached out to her at 7:30 in the morning, for an afternoon drop off, and not only did she reply almost immediately to confirm some details, she accepted the booking! Ms. Rita is just as DELIGHTFUL, WARM, KIND, PROFESSIONAL, CARING, and OVERALL AMAZING as she may appear on this profile. I have never left my dog anywhere except for his groomer, and I was PLEASANTLY shocked at how well my dog took to her and her FABULOUS dog, and the other dog that she was watching. Not only did she send me photo updates, she was so highly communicative the entire time before during and even after…. I mean…. My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home when they’re in my care. Your baby will be well taken care of. I work remote so I am able to give your dog lots of love and attention throughout the day. Your pup will be able to take potty breaks every two hours in the fenced-in yard and spend time outside. We typically go for walks in the early morning and late evening. My pets are kept separate during boarding and they will have no interaction. About: I've had pets since I was 6, ranging from an older Jack Russel Terrier, shy/abused German Shepherd/Rottweiler, and now a hyper Pitbull! I accept the personalities of all animals I currently work a full-time job. I have flexible lunch breaks and can contribute to care within the 11-1 PM schedule. I am available after 3:30 PM until 8 PM every weekday if given 2-3 days notice. On weekends, if I am not traveling, I can be flexible. I am an early riser!!! So if you need a 6 AM walk, I am SUPER happy to oblige. I'm available to take dogs on walks, supervise play time in a fenced in area, or adjust to whatever exercise your dog may need. I am available for boarding on weekends, starting Saturday morning and continuing until either Monday or Tuesday evening. Additionally, I have availability during certain holiday periods. I have a partially fenced-in yard and a metal crate available for dogs if needed. I follow any instructions that pet owners provide. I have a peace and calm environment for dog care.

“Ginger was amazing! She really helped us out in a last minute situation and took great care of our dog. She sent photo updates which I really appreciated. We don't leave/travel too often, and the photos just showed us how happy our dog was staying with Ginger. She was comfy and clearly made some friends and enjoyed getting lots of attention! We plan to use Ginger again when we travel in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a private sitter over a kennel.”
“Same day Boarding request for 2 puppies under 1 year old. Corey has a fenced yard, he provides photos and videos each day and keeps the puppies and their bedding very clean. My puppies came home with freshly washed bedding and their own baths! What a Treat!”

My new rescue had to be left behind for the holidays and wasn’t super comfortable yet, so he had some behavioral issues and, I’m embarrassed to say, ruined some of George’s valued possessions. George was beyond kind and gracious/understanding. He sent pictures and videos of my dog playing with his and I could see that he was having a good time”

“Heather was wonderful with Sauce for his overnight stay! She was very communicative from the start and made time for a meet and greet beforehand. Her home was lovely and very pet friendly, and she asked lots of questions to make sure Sauce would be comfortable, well cared for, and a good fit in her home overnight. While we were away, she sent pictures and kept me updated on how Sauce was doing and what he was up to, which gave me great peace of mind. Heather was super pleasant, easy-going, and clearly thoughtful about the dogs she cares for. Sauce seemed happy and comfortable with her, and I would absolutely use Heather again.”
