“Sylvia was a perfect fit for our dog. Daisy tends to be a little shy but was best friends with Sylvia within an hour.. if that. Sylvia was great at sending me pictures throughout the day of my furbaby. Daisy looked very comfortable and relaxed. When I went to pick her up, Daisy had already claimed Sylvia as her person and did not recognize me for about 15 seconds..which felt like a lifetime. “Mickey was a very gracious and thoughtful host for our year and a half old wire hair fox terrier. Mickey dealt with a small injury to Gracie‘s paw that occurred just before we dropped her off, keeping her front paw bandaged many times as Gracie decided she did not want to wear it. She also took Gracie for 2 1/2 mile walks, which is exactly what that breed needs. We absolutely recommend Mickey.”

My typical day is: wake up early, walk the dog I’m caring for, feed the pup, let out again, then teach yoga. I’m gone for about 3 hours then return home for a long walk with the pup :) then we relax at home as I typically work on my computer. Your pup will be the only dog in my house - he or she will have all my love and attention! I am happy to have your pet sleep in my bed and lay on my couch if they want! I love walking and have plenty of have time for long walks. I have training on how to safely handle reactive dogs on leash. I do not have a fully fenced in yard, but am happy to take your dog to the dog park if that would be helpful to release energy! The beach is also a short walk away :)

Not ready to get another but because they bring me so much joy, I would love to take care of others. I have the time because I am retired. I dont trust my dog with just anybody, so I know how important it is to build that trust with your dog and to not change their comfortability and routine. About: I have had several dogs in my life through their entire life span. I recently lost my soul dog. Not ready to get another but because they bring me so much joy, I would love to take care of others. I have the time because I am retired. I also know the feeling of worrying that they are in the best care! I can assure you that they will be! I am retired for the most part. I teach yoga a few hours a week but I have plenty of time. I can take your dog for several walks, AM or PM. I do not have a fenced in yard but do have a very long leash to allow freedom in the yard. I also live in a great neighborhood with lots of dogs. My dog recently passed but we used to take lots of daily walks and had lots of interactions.
