If it means getting up early to take a walk, that's what will happen. If I means getting out later in the afternoon for a walk, tha will be fine too. While watching your pets in your home, I will always make sure I keep a watchful eye over them. I typically like to stay in an area that is open enough where I can see everything, but closed enough where the animal won't be out of site.
About: **We are unfortunately unable to host unfixed dogs in our home for boarding/doggy daycare.** I have grown up with dogs and cats and have spent many years caring for them throughout my life. I currently have a senior dog I adopted from a local shelter and two younger dogs I’ve helped raise since they were puppies. Over the years I’ve learned how different each stage of life can be, from potty training puppies to supporting the slower pace of senior dogs. We also have a spacious yard that gives dogs plenty of room to move around and stretch their legs. Our home is calm and family oriented. Pets are always supervised and included in daily life. In my free time I like to learn details about different dog breeds such as the best environment for them, common health issues, grooming needs, and training methods. This hobby came in handy when I decided to pursue an education to become a veterinary technician. Here's what I offer when it comes to dog walking. Having my own supplies I am always prepared to scoop up some poop. I will use the entire 30 minutes to allow your dog adequate time to use the restroom. During that 30 minutes we're going to burn some energy with intense playtime. This will allow your dog stimulation helping your dog to calm down without having too much pent up energy while you're away. When it comes to Drop-In Visits it is similar to a walk but here's how they differ. With a visit I will be able to refill your pets water or food dish while you're away. If you have cats I can ensure their needs are taken care of such as cleaning litter boxes. Finally, I can take care of some simple household tasks. (I.E. Putting trash out and up to the curb) Furthermore, I am willing to provide training. Depending on your preference I can do clicker, treat, or a combination of both trainings. I can teach your dog fundamental commands such as sit, leave it, kennel up, and come. Thank you for your time. About: I have had many decades of well-loved Labradors, a couple exceptional Mastiffs, and a loveable yet crazy Brittany. In our home we have two full time cats that moved in after our neighbor passed away. Our family lives have always included pets and a multitude of farm critters that we care, love and enjoy. I am comfortable and have experience with large dog personalities as well as the medical and physical needs of seniors. And I can follow directions! I work full time as faculty at a local college, however my schedule has flexibility throughout the week as well as through the day. Typically I am available most days and locally can travel easily for pet care. Dogs can be boarded here as long as they are cat and dog friendly. There are 2 cats and I also watch our son's Brittany Spaniel during the week. For dogs that do stay here, they are allowed on the furniture as well as on our bed and there are multiple dog beds for their choice. Our backyard is fenced away from the road behind a privacy fence. For those dogs that like to swim there is a concrete salt water pool available during the season. Whatever directives the pet family prefers will be followed with updates regularly.

My experience includes caring for puppies, adult dogs, and senior pets, so I understand everything from basic training and routines to giving extra patience and comfort to older animals. About: I have loved dogs my entire life, and grew up taking care of them from a young age. I have attended many dog training classes with my family dog, and understand that every dog has its own personality and needs. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding schedules and administering simple medications, and play time. As a pet sitter I am dependable, responsible, and I pay attention to detail. I will treat your dog as if they are my own. I am currently a college student at Salisbury University so I have one to two classes in the morning and am free throughout the day to go for good walks, play time, and am available to do drop in visits. I also live in a house with a large fenced yard and I offer dog boarding. I provide safe, reliable dog care. I have reliable transportation and lots of available time during to the day to either come let your dog out for a good walk, or I also offer dog boarding at my own home that has no other pets and has a large fenced yard.
