“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. I would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be booking services with her again when the time comes!”

About: I have had dogs in my home my entire life who have ranged from sedentary to pulling you down the street! I take time to understand each pets unique needs and make sure that our time together is well spent from the owner's perspective and the pet's! I work full time from 7-4pm Monday to Friday. My availability is anytime after 4pm but before 9pm on weekdays and anytime after 8am but before 10pm on weekends. I live with my fiance who is a veterinary nurse, our 10 year old dog, and 8 year old cat in an apartment. We have easy access to a large park with walking trails and can easily find fun routes around New areas!
About: I've had cats and dogs my whole life and have spent most of my adult life volunteering for 2 animal rescue organizations. I fostered over 170 cats for my last organization (that was over a period of 15 years!) caring for all ages as well as taking in some with medical needs. I'm skilled at administering medications of all sorts and we currently have an asthmatic cat that takes an inhaler. I've been a "cat person" my whole life, but love dogs too! My husband and I love the large breeds, in particular Mastiffs. About: 🛑 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING🛑: I own 2 cats. Even though my Cats have their own room your dogs must be ok with or have been around cats and knows basic commands. If your dog is medium or large size you MUST bring a cage. I will only use the cage for when I'm at work and I need to let the cats out their room. But when i'm home the dogs have free range even on my bed 😂 Before 2021: I've been pet sitting/walking for friends/neighbors for 5 years & on certain occasions I've been a dog/cat boarder for them, but I've been a dog walker for 5.5 years. 2 of the recurring dogs that I pet sit has had health issues, so I'm able to follow strict instructions given by the owners to take care of their pets in the best way possible whether it's just for a walk or pet sitting. UPDATE JULY 2025: Sorry to any specific owners but unless you are one of the 4 clients I've had since age 20, I will NOT be pet sitting/dropping in on CERTAIN snakes and ALL spiders. My soul will leave my body. The only reason why that is, is because I have a good rapport with the 4 clients and known some of their snakes since they were either in an egg or as a baby so I know their temperament . I'm okay with other reptiles, certain snakes, & pet birds. Some examples are Bearded dragons, geckos, chameleons, Iguanas, African Egg-Eating Snake, Western Hognose, Children’s python, Kenyan sand and Rosy boa. DM for list since there's a caption limit. UPDATE JULY 2025: Depending on my boss I work from Mon-Wed 11pm-7/7:30am, Fri-Sun 6pm-2am, off days maybe Tuesday (after 7:30am), Thursday & sometimes Friday. I will communicate if I happen to work a double or if I'm late since I have to rely on other coworkers to relieve me from my shift. Due to work I will not be petting sitting pets that can't stay alone for more 4-6hrs anymore. But if you need drop-ins for your pets medicine time especially for some of my older clients on all the apps I've been on I remember I will gladly do that when I have time. This is mostly for the cats and small dogs I might be open for boarding. I do own two cats they are up to date with their shots. I know how they react to other cats since I had them for a year, but as for dogs I'm not too sure until I get my own dog. Also, for the most part my yard is fenced is just one side of the fence has not been fully fixed yet so when we are outside in the yard they will be on harnesses for the cats and dogs since I will be outside with them. I also have a an in ground pool that's covered. Also, there's a mix of stray and outdoor cats in my neighborhood and for some, they like to hang out in my front and backyard (they do get in from the broken side of the fence). Mainly for shelter underneath my porch since it's elevated and hides them from this ungodly heat. Plus it doesn't help that me, my dad and my neighbors, do occasionally feed them if we notice that they get too skinny and one of other neighbors bought one of those insulated and heated shelters for the cats to stay in during the winter last year. Fun fact that's how I ended up with my 2nd cat as pet.

UPDATE JULY 2025: Depending on my boss I work from Mon-Wed 11pm-7/7:30am, Fri-Sun 6pm-2am, off days maybe Tuesday (after 7:30am), Thursday & sometimes Friday. I will communicate if I happen to work a double or if I'm late since I have to rely on other coworkers to relieve me from my shift. Due to work I will not be petting sitting pets that can't stay alone for more 4-6hrs anymore. But if you need drop-ins for your pets medicine time especially for some of my older clients on all the apps I've been on I remember I will gladly do that when I have time. This is mostly for the cats and small dogs I might be open for boarding. I do own two cats they are up to date with their shots. I know how they react to other cats since I had them for a year, but as for dogs I'm not too sure until I get my own dog. Also, for the most part my yard is fenced is just one side of the fence has not been fully fixed yet so when we are outside in the yard they will be on harnesses for the cats and dogs since I will be outside with them. I also have a an in ground pool that's covered. Also, there's a mix of stray and outdoor cats in my neighborhood and for some, they like to hang out in my front and backyard (they do get in from the broken side of the fence). Mainly for shelter underneath my porch since it's elevated and hides them from this ungodly heat. Plus it doesn't help that me, my dad and my neighbors, do occasionally feed them if we notice that they get too skinny and one of other neighbors bought one of those insulated and heated shelters for the cats to stay in during the winter last year. Fun fact that's how I ended up with my 2nd cat as pet.
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life from small pets to large dogs and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I grew up helping friends and neighbors with their pets, which gave me a solid foundation in handling dogs of all sizes and personalities. Now, I have a 1.5 year old Lab named Knox who’s full of energy and love. He keeps me active, patience’s, and always on my toes! I also have a 9 year old cat named Levi, who brings a calm, loving balance to our home. Because of them, I understand how important it is to trust someone who will treat your pet like family Whether your dog needs a long walk, some playtime, or just a calm presence while you’re away, I’m here to help. I’m happy to accommodate special routines or preferences! I’m a full-time nursing student with plenty of free time during the day, so I’m great for helping out while you’re at work. I know how important it is for pets to get attention and exercise in the middle of those long days. I’m happy to provide walks, playtime, or just some company to keep your animals happy and relaxed on your busy days. I have empathy for those who having to leave their animals so safety is a top priority for me when pet sitting. I will always use a leash when on walks and at home if there is no fenced in yard available. Also would like to know if the pet has any special instructions and their likes/ dislikes.
About: I have had 3 dogs growing up so use to handling multiple at one time. Also my shih tzu that passed had severe skin allergies so I have experience with medical baths and diets. I work from home 3 days a week so home all day MWF, Tuesdays and Thursdays I am in the office but only a 10 min drive away and can walk them during lunch and be back home with your doggo before dinner! I live in a neighborhood with sidewalks and a park, personally have a well sized yard and back deck for lots of outdoor fun! Currently I own 2 guniea pigs but they’re quiet and kept on an elevated surface no dog has been bothered by them before. Lots of toys and 2 beds here to play with but encourage to bring your pet’s favorites here as well.
About: I have a general love for animals, I tend to rescue any and everything. I have 4 dogs, 3 cats , 5 birds one being a cockatoo, a pig , 3 rabbits and a bearded dragon! Weekdays I am free after 6 and weekends I am available everyday unless needed in advance and I can make the changes to accommodate. I would love to meet new furry friends! About: I’ve been enjoying helping my kids care for their dogs and cats creating a strong bond while having so much fun with their dogs and cats. About: I had 2 dogs, a shibu-chi mix and shitzu females that act like adorable little sisters. My sister also owns 2 dogs, a little black poodle dog and pitbull-terrier mix, both of whom I love so very much! I’ve had to petsit for her many years, so I am familiar working with big dogs. In the Philippines, I had a grey puppy named Jamie, that was a very rare and intelligent breed! By the time I had to fly back to the states, he was potty-trained and knew basic commands(sit, stay, paw, etc.) I hope to own my own big dog someday! I make room for pet-sitting at the end of the week, usually Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. I would make the schedule fit into my calendar that works for the owner and make it apart of my daily routine. In the clients home, I’m only going to do what is required and requested for the petsitting time period. If there are any additional notes that I need to know, particularly for the pets needs then I will need to know before I arrive at the location. I implement a set schedule to ensure I can meet the requirements of all of my clients accordingly and efficiently, so that I’m sure I’m prepared for anything in the owners absence.

Over the past year, I also fostered two dogs myself through Human Animal Partners of Delaware—one energetic puppy and one sweet senior. When caring for pets my top priorities are safety, comfort, and consistency. I will always follow your pet’s normal routines as closely as possible so they feel secure, and I make sure they have plenty of supervision, especially during meals, walks, and playtime. I’m attentive to details like locked doors, secure leashes, and avoiding any unsafe foods or environments. I focus on creating a calm, positive atmosphere where pets can relax and feel at ease. I’m patient with shy or anxious animals, and I take the time to let them warm up at their own pace. Communication is also important to me, so you can expect updates and photos to give you peace of mind while you’re away. Your pet’s well-being is my priority, and I treat every animal with the same care and attention I’d want for my own.
