About: Hi y'all! I am an all around animal lover. My girls and I take any dogs that we are watching on walks with us every night, we have lots of fun. Pets are allowed on the furniture, unless you state explicitly state you don't want them to be. I prefer not to kennel overnight, but there are always exceptions to the rule! I am able to help with puppies and older pups alike; age is not an issue. Please ask any questions you may have for me, thank you so much we can’t wait to meet you! I am currently working part time but I am always available for nightly drop ins or for any early morning stops on my way in. I am always respectful of your safety protocols, gates are always double and triple checked, doors are always checked to be shut correctly. Food and water levels are consistently monitored. Instructions are always followed to the letter.

Now, I am currently studying canine training and management at SUNY Cobleskill where I work with a variety of canine’s daily. So I am currently on summer break from school, so I can assure you I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I start my day off by making sure my babies are fed and have fresh water, followed by going out for a walk and playing outside for a little! I have a dog and a cat who is very shy. If needed I have a crate that can be used.

I follow your pet’s routine closely & I make sure they’re comfortable in their space, following their usual schedule for walks, meals, playtime, and cuddles. I’m experienced in administering a variety of medications, including flea and tick ointments, oral chewy meds, and pills; whether they’re hidden in a treat or given directly. I stay calm and patient to make the process as stress-free as possible. I’m comfortable managing multiple pets and giving each one the attention and care they need. I treat your home with the same respect and care I give to your pet: clean, secure, and exactly how you left it. I provide regular updates with messages & photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and in good hands & know everything is going smoothly while you’re away.

“Samantha & Michael are OUTSTANDING!! They are very compassionate and understanding people!! We had a very unique situation, and they could not have done more for us to make us feel comfortable. Our 8 year old pup doesn’t always get along with other dogs. While visiting our family in New York for Christmas - we needed to find someone just for Christmas Day (about 9 hours - not over night) since there were going to be other dogs at the house we were at. Even though Samantha and Michael have 2 dogs of their own, they assured us that the way their house is set up (inside & outside) the dogs wouldn’t see each other and it wouldn’t be a problem at all, plus they shared that they’ve had experience with one of their own pups in years past not getting along with other animals or people. They even had baby gates if they needed to use them. And they were right!!! Everything was fine - no issues at all!!! They truly went above & beyond for us and our pup and we truly consider them our Christmas Angels!!! They sent pictures and texts throughout the day updating us, which really put us at ease and helped us enjoy our Christmas Day!! If you are in need of someone to take care of your special furry family member - look no further!!! We 100% will use Samantha and Michael again and very highly recommend them!!!”

“We had SUCH a wonderful experience with Meghan & Sean—and so did our pup! Our 3yo dog is nervous around new people and can be reactive. We were worried about how she would do staying with a family with young kids. Meghan & Sean listed to our worries and helped up brainstorm ways to put our dog at ease. And it worked like a charm! We were so grateful to the extra time Meghan & Sean spent to make both the humans and the doggo feel positive about the plan. We loved getting pics of the crew on their daily walks. It was also really really REALLY nice to see how much love Meghan and fam have for all animals, and how positive they were about our sometimes tricky dog. Our dog had a great week and we will definitely return to Meghan & Sean for future doggy needs, whether it is another week or a shorter visit. Highly recommend, zero notes!”
