My schedule is pretty flexible so I am able to check in with the animal frequently. I am able to check in throughout the day I have a dog who is friendly and playful with others. About: I’ve had dogs/cats since I was little so not only am I used to taking care of my own pets but other peoples pets as well. I am used to feeding, letting out/walking, and playing with dogs that are not my own. I can walk/ let out pets/ feed pets any day of any time I need to. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so stepping out to let your pets out or to visit them is no issue! I have a fenced in yard and can let dogs out to potty/run around or take them to a dog park! I give them as much time as they need to be outside and move!
About: I’ve loved animals since I was young, always being known to be the person who asks “Can I pet your dog?”. Having grown up living with and partially helping to train my grandparent’s standard poodle puppy at age 9, I knew then that I wanted animals in my life forever. Through the years I’ve done fundraisers for local shelters, looked after and groomed family dogs, given pet care advice, and for the last four years have worked professionally as a kennel attendant. My job has always been a joy to me, and despite its stresses I always tell people that caring for animals is the best job I could ever ask for. I’ve been able to meet and work with pets of all different breeds, sizes, temperaments, and abilities; from blind/deaf dogs, senior dogs, aggressive dogs, puppies/kittens, diabetic dogs and cats, and so many more. Each of them provides an invaluable experiences that teaches me patience, compassion, and communication. I’m now the proud owner of a 11 month old cat, Balrog, and of a 13 year old chihuahua, Mia. Though I am a full time student and a part time kennel attendant, I am able to be more flexible with my schedule over summer break. I am currently pet sitting full time, so I can watch your pet throughout the week or weekends as needed. Just walks are available throughout the day too. I have a fenced in back yard, as well as a medium sized crate for crating if needed. I currently don't have any pets of my own, but plenty of toys an activities for a fun doggy day! I also live close by a few parks and dog parks that can provide a nice field trip.
