I live in the Nederland area and have a 4wd vehicle with high clearance, so no problems navigating mountain life for your pets! I’m comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dog - I’ve raised rescue pups to mature gentleman & well-mannered ladies, and they’ve ranged in size from a 100lbs Golden Retriever/Chow mix to a 13lbs Pug/Shitzu. I’m a stay at home pet momma with a flexible schedule that allows me to can care for your fur babies overnight in your home. I live on five unfenced acres and walk my two dogs (always on leash) around Nederland, Sugarloaf, and surrounding areas of the Canyons. I’d be happy to go on leashed walks/hikes with your doggos! or if you have a yard, I’d be happy to watch your pup closely as we enjoy unleashed play time. About: Your pet’s bespoke holiday, whilst you’re on holiday. Dog sitters for large breeds or elderly dogs at a 3 acre mountain property in an incredibly dog friendly environment . We take all dogs but specialize in older or extra large breeds. We work from home but are mainly on sabbatical working the land outdoors. About: I’ve been in love with dogs since I can remember, and my favorite type of work/volunteering has always involved them. When I was 15 I started dog sitting for my family friend, I watched and walked little Johnny twice a week for almost 2 years while his mom was out doing errands. After that, I started volunteering at the LoveJoy Foundation, an animal rescue in California. I walked dogs, cleaned crates, and even helped with vaccinations once a week at adoption events! My time at LoveJoy was one of the most rewarding experiences ever, and it taught me how to work with different types of dogs and different behaviors, including neurodivergent and disabled pups. I have a family dog of my own, sweet Montana, who will always be my best friend no matter how far apart we are. Montana is a bit older now, so we mostly enjoy hanging out on the couch together, but in his prior years I loved taking him on hikes, to the dog beach, and really anywhere that I went. I also have a crested gecko named Axel! I’m currently a junior at CU Boulder, so I do have school during the week but only for about 2-3 hours each day, most of the time I’m home to care for a pup! I absolutely love being outside here in Boulder, it’s too beautiful not to be, so walks and adventures are plentiful! I have a large house for your pup to roam around, but if it’s preferred that he stays in a crate during the day I can accommodate that too! My yard isn’t fenced, but we would have a lot of outside time at the park and on walks exploring all corners of Boulder. I do have experience dog sitting in client’s homes, I know that some dogs are probably more comfortable staying in their own home!

About: I have been petsitting since 2014, as of recently taking a break from my full time corporate job. I have open availability for whatever you have in mind - for the same cost of a kennel or less, your dog can stay in his environment while you are away, with plenty of company/outside time/exercise as you see fit. Happy to take long walks if needed. Your pup is also welcome to stay in my home if you’d prefer as long they are ok with other dogs/cats! Open availability, full time care. If housesitting I’m happy to spend majority of day with your pets, however will need to leave a few hours of day to take care of my own. I have been doing this for 20 years now and there's nothing that I would rather do than spend time with cats and dogs. I work from home so I have a lot of availability to be with your pets. I am single with no children and a huge passion to be with animals. I have a three story town home and I'm surrounded by nature trails and all sorts of paths. I've lived with animals most of my life and pet sit for friends and family regularly. While I'm in a transitional time in my life, I have all the time in the world to take your pet on a nice walk (I also LOVE the outdoors), or to the local dog park, and make sure they get a meal if needed. We are confident in our abilities to care for elderly and young dogs. We recently took care of a liter of 6 pups and momma till they were ready to be in their forever homes. About: My dog is my top priority, and yours will be too! I’m able to take your dog on hikes, runs, and have some fun time with my almost 2 year old husky/heeler mix. Lots of cuddles, exercise, and fun time, while ensuring proper dog to dog boundaries. I have experience caring for dogs from puppies to seniors. I work from home full time, and so am able to provide care for your pets throughout the day. I am unable to care for dogs under 1 year old. Additionally your dog must be: 1) dog friendly, with no history of aggression towards dogs 2) people friendly 3) house trained 4) sleeps through the night I have a fenced yard and one playful two year old husky/heeler mix. Care can include yard play time, leashed walks, hikes, or runs, depending on the needs of your dog! I am also able to keep up with training and obedience with your dog, whether that includes reactivity, leash walking, jumping etc. A meet and greet is required before I am able to book new dogs.
