“Mabel had a great time with Dean. He was responsible and our dog was definitely happy and well taken care of. Did I mention tired? Pooped. Mabel got to on hikes and wrestle with two other dogs he was taking care of. He even said Mabel slept in his bed. It was very comforting knowing our pup was well taken care of while we were at Brews & Blues all weekend. The flexibility in seeing her in the mornings was very appreciated and he was always on time.”
“Sierra was awesome! We were in town for the day and couldn’t bring our dog out to play. Sierra met us somewhere convenient and our pup Cashew was off for the day with her pack. Hikes and swims in mountain springs, other dogs to play with, tons of love and attention. I was a little surprised she was willing to come home with us again. Alaina also went out of her way to make it convenient - picking up and dropping off and meeting us so we could visit. I can’t recommend her enough!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I grew up with a black lab at home and now my family has another black lab. I have done extensive training with her and I’m now able to take her into stores and other public indoor spaces that are dog friendly. I have a passion for training dogs. I care a lot about animal health and will respect whatever rules you have for your dog or cat. I have experience with leash aggressive dogs, and dogs that are not good with other dogs. I have a calm and caring demeanor that dogs pick up on immediately. I cat sit for my best friends cat quite often. I work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule to be able to care for your animals just as you would while you’re away. I listen to the rules of the animals’ owner so they can keep up with their normal routine. They will be leashed if they are used to it, off leash if that’s what they’re used to. Animals are always the safest when you follow the same rules as their parents.

“We enjoyed having Caleb look after our dogs! We set up dog sitting with him at our camper while we rode the Durango Train. Caleb set up a meeting the night before to meet the dogs and get information on what we needed from him. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable leaving our fur babies in his care. He came by 2 times and walked them both times and fed them on the second visit. He communicated with us both times and sent pictures. We even needed the air conditioner turned on while he was there and he gladly took care of that. I would highly recommend Caleb for the care of your fur babies!”

About: I have my own dog (and my fiance has one so basically I have two dogs 😅) and they are the best part if living. I know what it's like to have to leave your babies behind and it's scary to trust someone with them. I have watched friend's dogs but am new to Rover. My dog is also reactive so I'm comfortable and aware with that kind of doggie. All good boys and girls deserve love and walks 💜 I'm currently working from home and set my own schedule. Because of my dog, who is a bit reactive, I do not do daycare/bring other dogs to my home. If I watch or walk your pup, it would be in your home and my fiance watches our two dogs for those days. I'm an active hiker and if your dog wants to go for a stroll, walk, or hike? I'm very happy to have a canine hiking partner. I do not allow other dogs in my home because of my own pup who is a bit reactive,but I know how to be a good sitter. If you want me to do exactly x y or z, I will. It's the worst when you tell a sitter : " please don't let him in this room/pull the leash/beg/on the couch" whatever it is... Then you come back and they've clearly been let loose 😅 I am here to both love on the kids and follow any rules the parents want too !
