About: I have taken care of a variety of animals, starting from a young age. My parents had a little farm and a love for Boxers, a very high energy breed. I have a preference for Great-Danes and other gentle giants, but I love all dogs! Our 1.5 acre backyard is fenced and ready for your pet to play, potty, and chill with our 8 year-old graying pup, Olympus. I walk my pet twice a day, once in the morning, once in the evening, before and after the hottest part of the day. Meals are twice, sometimes three times a day. I clean the floors, rugs, and all doggie blankets once a week to maintain a hygienic environment. I work from home so I am always around. I have a flexible schedule that can fit your pups needs. I have lots of free time between classes to check on/walk your puppies! If your pups need more supervision I’d be happy to stay at the house between classes to keep your pets company. Your pet would always be in my sight when we’re outside, and I’d follow your instructions for them inside. I clean up after myself and I pack my own snacks.

Because I keep my boarding group small, every dog receives personalized attention, enrichment, exercise, and plenty of downtime. Dogs spend their days enjoying a balance of outdoor time, supervised play, walks, enrichment activities, and relaxation indoors. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality, preferences, and comfort level so I can provide a safe, low-stress experience while you’re away. My goal is for your dog to feel at home, and for you to have peace of mind knowing they are receiving attentive, professional care throughout their stay. Safety is my top priority. As a professional dog trainer, I carefully manage introductions, supervise interactions, and pay close attention to each dog’s body language and comfort level. My home features a large securely fenced yard for outdoor time, play, and potty breaks. Dogs stay in the home as part of the family and have access to rest areas, quiet spaces, and appropriately sized kennels when needed for meals, bedtime, or individual downtime as needed. I keep my boarding group small so I can give each dog the attention and management they need. Dogs are never forced to interact and always have opportunities for rest, quiet time, and personal space. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment where every dog can relax and enjoy their stay.

About: I've cared for dogs and cats since I was 7, when dog walking was my first real gig in my hometown of Telluride, Colorado. I love all things relating to biodiversity, trails, and animals. One of life's great joys is caring for animals. I'm working remotely and can help care for your pet on a flexible basis! I am generally available during weekdays and can help when needed. I have an apartment that is cat and dog friendly and I live adjacent to a large open space area where I would be more than thrilled to walk your dog!
“Nichole is a wonderful sitter!! We boarded our white Golden Retriever, Kodiak with her while we were at Wanderlust Squaw and got wonderful photos back from her! It was like leaving your dog with a professional photographer. Some of the photos we got back we are framing:) She is a kind and patient sitter and you can tell she really LOVES dogs. She also has a white Golden Retriever ("English Cream") and the two pups got along famously! We'll be using her services again if we are up that way!!”
