About: I've owned dogs from a very young age, from energetic dogs to lap dogs. In more recent years, I have taken on watching family and friends' pets. I've even been referred to others should they need a pet sitter. Over the past 5 years, I've been a regular dog sitter to a family friend with 4 dogs: 2 Chihuahuas, 1 French Bulldog and a very big and friendly Cane Corso. We also have a wonderful park down the street (Benson Sculpture Park) that's perfect for dog walks. At the beginning of this year, my fiance and I got Koda our Lab-mix. She was so welcoming, responsive, and was obviously good with dogs from the start like taking the dog out frequently and having plenty of toys for our pup to play with. To top it off, we misjudged how long it would take to hike and get back, and she was able to accommodate picking the dog up extra late. She’s a pro and everyone should use her services. About: Hello there! My name is Danielle and I would love to spend some time with your fur babies! I grew up with a bunch of pups running around (although I do not have any of my own now) and I have been sitting through Rover for over 8 years, so I have a lot of experience to bring to the table :) I have lots of experience with rescue pups (including any quirks that they may have because of this) as well as elderly pets who require extra attention, meds, specialized care, etc. I'm happy to work with you to provide the best care to your fur babies while I am watching them. I know different dogs and even different breeds can have wildly different needs and my goal is to keep them as calm and happy as possible while you are away. All my services are in your home only, including day care. Drop ins are for visits less than 1 hour (sometimes multiples per day), Day Care is longer visits (usually between 4-8 hours per day) but no overnights and housesitting is full time, 24 hour care including overnights. ***Rover has taken away full autonomy of our calendars. The Rover calendar only shows approx 80% of my housesitting availability. To see all available days (I update frequently), please look under "Availability" I freelance so I can work from home (aka right from your couch or home office.) As long as you can share your wifi password, I can be with them as needed. I can easily make sure I'm there to check in on them/work around their schedule. I'll most likely be with them more often than not during the day, and can stay with them all night as well. **Rover's housesitting calender only shows about 80% of my availability, below lists my full availability. I'll update regularly. If you're looking for something farther out/not listed, I'd love to hear from you! Available Housesitting Dates 2026 July 13-July 16th Aug 31-Sept 3rd Sept 7-Sept 25th Oct 10-15th Oct 18-Oct 27th Nov 22-27th I will treat your pets and your home like it's my own. I will try my best to keep your fur babies on their normal, daily schedule. The only difference is that I would be the human doing the feeding, walking, snuggling, etc instead of the pet parent(s). I find this works best for most pets, and their parents, especially if there is any separation anxiety. During our meet and greet, I'll ask all about their daily schedule so I know how to best care for your fur babies during my stay. I work from home (aka right from your couch or home office), so I can be there with them most of the day and cater to their normal daily schedule :) Please be aware - during extreme temperature months, outside time (walks, etc) may be modified for everyone's health and safety. For example, in the winter/cold months, walks will primarily be done around mid day when it is warmest and during summer, walks would be done early or late to avoid the hottest times of the day. About: Being outside a lot, having a vehicle able to bring with and transport pups to really great spots and back. I do really love dogs a lot, but just a great attitude goes along way. And though that’s all I hired her for, she also paused to pet my kitties and share updates on them as well which was much appreciated during my long days at work.
