About: Hi! As a kid I had multiple dogs through out the years; a Golden Retriever, Jack Russel, Chow mix, and now my parents have a 110 lb Golden doodle who I see a few times a year. Here in Colorado I have my own Wire Hair Terrier and "something else mix", named Iko. He's a sweet heart who loves to run, hike, back country ski, and lounge on the porch in the sun. I think dogs are happiest when getting enough exercise, attention, and socialization, and I promise to provide that for your pup. My husband and I petsit for friends often, and love having some extra pups in the house, it helps our dog get good healthy socialization and tuckers him out a bit! Both my husband and I work from home, so your pup wont be left at home alone for long periods of time. Please let me know if your pet does have any separation anxiety, or if being left alone is a concern. My house has a 1 acre fenced pasture for your pup to run around in, I'm also less than a mile from National Forest where I can take your dog on leashed walks/runs.

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life, having many in the family growing up, living with roommates’ dogs, and having my own. I even rescued a dog while living abroad and brought her to the U.S. I have experience with special needs dogs. My old glad went completely blind and had doggy dementia in her twilight years. I have also cared for a hearing-impaired pup. I would love to spend time with your four-legged fur babes. I’m an active person who will never skip a walk no matter the weather (unless I can’t physically reach your home due to snow/ice/etc). Puppy to senior, I will take sincere care of your best friend(s). I work from home so have a very flexible schedule with most days available on short notice. I understand that last minute things come up; I am happy to help out in a pinch! I am not able to provide care to your doggo(s) in my own home however would be happy to in yours (your dog’s preferred environment). About: I grew up with dogs of all sizes including a 30lb beagle and a 105lb black lab. I lived on a farm with horses, cows, goats, and chickens so I know how to work with animals. My black lab was a rescue who loved to pull on walks, lunge at cars, and be reactive around dogs and I enjoy the process of teaching dogs how to walk properly and safely, especially near vehicles. I also enjoy training basic commands like sit, stay, paw, spin, and recall. I work fully remote and have a flexible schedule where I am able to play, train, and walk the dogs before work, during lunch break, and after work. My Wife and I live in a 4 bedroom house with plenty of room and no other pets. We live on a private HOA dirt road with minimal traffic. Typically when doing doggy-daycare, I will do a short walk in the morning, and longer walk at lunch 30-60min, and another short walk in the afternoon.

About: I have had dogs ever since I could remember as a kid. I have experience sitting for small, big, old, young, and medically complex animals, also including cats and reptiles. I have administered medications/observed certain pets as well that needed a little extra attention. I really enjoy engaging your pets in the routines you have set for them and being silly with them to bring them out of their shells. I miss having my own dogs who have sadly passed from childhood and would love to spend time with them! I currently work early mornings, but can switch that around, Friday-Wednesday, usually off by 3pm. I would be able to house sit any of these days and do walks any morning and afternoon! I ensure I understand expectations from every owner on their routines and desires. I ensure I keep the place clean and give the animals the space, as well as attention, they need! I try my best to mimick what their usual routine is so when the owners get back, the transition is smooth and less anxiety stricken for both parties.
