About: Hi! As a kid I had multiple dogs through out the years; a Golden Retriever, Jack Russel, Chow mix, and now my parents have a 110 lb Golden doodle who I see a few times a year. Here in Colorado I have my own Wire Hair Terrier and "something else mix", named Iko. He's a sweet heart who loves to run, hike, back country ski, and lounge on the porch in the sun. I think dogs are happiest when getting enough exercise, attention, and socialization, and I promise to provide that for your pup. Both my husband and I work from home, so your pup wont be left at home alone for long periods of time. They are high maintenance DSH orange tabbies that beg for attention, and they got it for the 10 days we were out of the country. And, when Devon's partner, Taylor, visited, the love and attention our "boys" received went non-linear. Pictures and videos every day. The house was left clean and organized, the sheets were washed and the bed changed, attention was paid to the "rules", our "boys" were happy, and.....so were we!”

My black lab was a rescue who loved to pull on walks, lunge at cars, and be reactive around dogs and I enjoy the process of teaching dogs how to walk properly and safely, especially near vehicles. I also enjoy training basic commands like sit, stay, paw, spin, and recall. About: Being around and caring for dogs is a passion of mine! I love to give any kind of attention the pet wants, from getting out on a good walk, playing catch, or just getting a good snuggle in. I've had two senior dogs in my life and caring for them holds a special place in my heart. I'm new to Rover so that's why there's not any reviews yet, but give me a chance and you'll be happy with my services! My schedule can be flexible at times. I work 4 nights a week, but am available most mornings and afternoons. I also work from home so I spend a good amount of time at home. I have a great neighborhood where walks are fun. I also love to take dogs on adventures - like hikes or to the park (if that's what they like).
