About: Hi there! I’m a teacher in Denver and a lifelong animal lover. My love for animals started young, helping out at my aunt’s dog shelter as a kid. That early experience taught me a lot about patience and reading animals’ needs. Since then, I’ve cared for my own family pets across many dog breeds, and I regularly watch animals for family and friends, including a few with tricky temperaments. That’s given me a calm, steady approach no matter the personality I’m working with. At home, I share my life with my partner, our 7 year old American Bulldog, Teddy, and 3 year old hedgehog, Cosmo, so I’m well versed in caring for pets with different needs. That experience carries over into how I care for every pet I sit for. I’m very attentive and understand that pets can have unique needs, whether that’s medical care, anxiety, or a specific routine. Your pet’s comfort and safety is always a priority. As a teacher, my weekdays are pretty structured. I’m at school until 4, but I love using that after school time for dog walking; it’s a nice change of pace. Weekends are mostly reserved for my boarding clients, but if you need a longer stay, I’m happy to make accommodations if communicated beforehand. I have a fenced yard, grassy and shaded, perfect for playtime and potty breaks. I also have a backyard camera so your pet is always looked after, even when we step inside, and a large dog crate is available too if that’s part of your pet’s comfort routine. I’ll follow your feeding, medication, and routine instructions closely to keep things consistent, and I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of quality time, whether that’s playing, cuddling, or just relaxing together. My own dog, Teddy, is friendly and well socialized, so your pup will have great company and won’t be alone. You’ll get regular photo updates throughout the stay, so you can relax knowing your baby is happy and safe.

About: My partner Matt and I recently had our 14 year old husky cane corso mix named Millie pass away. We had her since she was a small puppy and tried our best to give her the best life full of hikes, treats and love. We're not ready to permanently fill our home, so we are wanting to support other pet parents while they are away. We understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets while away, especially if they are older and have medical needs. We have experience with injectable medication, oral medication, and urinary incontinence. Millie was a people friendly lady, but did not like other animals, so we are very well versed in that sort of aggression and how to handle those situations. I work hybrid-remote and my partner works from home, so someone will be home at all times. A doggy door gives your pet access to a fenced backyard and frequent potty breaks at their convenience. One household's pet(s) at a time ensures your pet(s) receives our full care and attention without the stress of unfamiliar pets. About: As a lifetime animal lover, I've had the pleasure of being a pet parent, rescue pup foster mom, and repeat sitter for friends & family. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and many different medical needs. I work from home, so I will be with your pup the majority of the time. I do not have a yard but I take multiple daily dog walks (plus a final potty break before bed). I'm centrally located in Denver and live with one 65-lb mixed breed dog and a small bird (caged while around dogs). My dog has welcomed a variety of other dogs into our home and has always been very friendly. I live across from a park, which is perfect for meet-and-greets with other dogs on neutral ground. I allow my dog on furniture and I don't feed her from the table. I am happy to keep consistent with rules and habits you prefer your dog to follow! In case of emergency, I have go-to vets for both regular and 24-hour care but am happy to default to your preferred vet.

If your dog needs to run 5 miles a day I’ll train for that half marathon I’ve been postponing with it! About: I have experience in taking care of dogs in all life stages. Form newborn puppies, to 15 year old seniors. I’ve helped care for, and have owned a variety of different breeds, and had 3 of my own dogs for 14years. I will be happy to help care for your animal and treat it as if it was my own! Unfortunately my girl crossed the rainbow bridge recently, so your pup will get all the extra love and attention during its stay. I am currently working part-time as well as continuing my educational pursuits and spend a good amount of time at the house studying and working from home. I just ask you please give me a 2 day notice for any boarding. Dog walking or check ins can be done same day in most instances but at least a day notice on that is preferred! I have a fenced front and backyard, which your fur baby is welcome to explore. My dog typically runs from the front to back throughout the day depending on where the sun is shining brightest! There are multiple parks and a walking/bicycle path) about 1/2 mile away perfect for nice walks and places to sniff around and explore even more. If your dog is social and you are comfortable with them going to dog parks, there is one a short walk from my house. My veterinarian as well as an emergency vet are just a short 3 minute drive away from my home as well.
About: I’ve been watching my neighbors’ animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and love them dearly and I currently have two cats of my own! Animals are my safe space and I love spoiling them! I currently have two cats, so I obviously give them love and take care of them everyday! I am in school, but do it all online so I am very flexible with my schedule and availability for your pets! I’ll always make sure your animal is comfortable with the way I am interacting with them and never push their limits. For cats - if they aren’t keen on humans, I won’t bother them. If they love attention and to play, I’ll be waving a little wand around immediately to get some of their energy out and giving them lots of love. For dogs - I will make sure they are comfortable and walked, and have gone out enough. I can take them to parks and play, or keep them separate from other animals depending on their personality!

I know how to provide the care they need, ensuring they get attention and reassurance, and really paying attention to their body language and signals to make sure they're getting everything they need. About: While I’m new to Rover, caring for dogs is anything but new to me. I’ve spent years pet sitting for family and friends, caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs—from playful puppies and energetic adults to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and attention. Dogs have been part of my life since the day I was born, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. When I was 12, I got my own dog and played an active role in his training. After our older family dog passed away, we welcomed another puppy into the family, and I helped train her as well. I’ve also cared for a variety of other pets over the years—including cats, hamsters, fish, a fire-bellied toad, a gecko, a salamander, and a pet newt—so I’m comfortable caring for many different types of animals. The only reason I don’t currently have a dog of my own is because I travel to visit family fairly often—not because I don’t want one! Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I treat every pet as if they were part of my own family. I work from home full-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be present throughout the day. Whether your pet needs walks, bathroom breaks, meals, playtime, medication, or simply someone to keep them company, I'm available to provide attentive care. About: I’m Lily! I am not new to pet care but I am new to Rover, and I am super available to help look after your pups! I grew up with dogs in my home state of North Carolina and have been pet sitting for my neighbors since I was a kid. I’ve had dogs in my care of all breeds, personalities, and sizes. I am a natural animal lover and currently live with a rescue dog. Since moving here after I graduated college, I’ve been a reliable sitter for several contacts in Denver, but all have since moved states, encouraging me to look elsewhere for those who need strong pet care. The dogs in my life have all been my best friends and I can’t wait to make new ones! 🐾♥️ I am currently free on most days for pet care! I am in between day jobs so I have plenty of time and flexibility to watch your pups, especially during the week days. I make sure that all pets are comfortable with me by giving them any space or attention that they seem to require. I also ensure that they are fed on schedule, always have access to water, have proper enclosures, access to outside bathroom usage, and plenty of exercise. I’ll also take in mail, water plants, any other small homecare acts you might need. Most importantly, I’ll make sure your babies get allll the pets and love they deserve. Your pet and me will be very good friends and you can trust I will prioritize their comfort and needs!

About: Hi there! I’m a teacher in Denver and a lifelong animal lover. My love for animals started young, helping out at my aunt’s dog shelter as a kid. That early experience taught me a lot about patience and reading animals’ needs. Since then, I’ve cared for my own family pets across many dog breeds, and I regularly watch animals for family and friends, including a few with tricky temperaments. That’s given me a calm, steady approach no matter the personality I’m working with. At home, I share my life with my partner, our 7 year old American Bulldog, Teddy, and 3 year old hedgehog, Cosmo, so I’m well versed in caring for pets with different needs. That experience carries over into how I care for every pet I sit for. I’m very attentive and understand that pets can have unique needs, whether that’s medical care, anxiety, or a specific routine. Your pet’s comfort and safety is always a priority. As a teacher, my weekdays are pretty structured. I’m at school until 4, but I love using that after school time for dog walking; it’s a nice change of pace. Weekends are mostly reserved for my boarding clients, but if you need a longer stay, I’m happy to make accommodations if communicated beforehand. I have a fenced yard, grassy and shaded, perfect for playtime and potty breaks. I also have a backyard camera so your pet is always looked after, even when we step inside, and a large dog crate is available too if that’s part of your pet’s comfort routine. I’ll follow your feeding, medication, and routine instructions closely to keep things consistent, and I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of quality time, whether that’s playing, cuddling, or just relaxing together. My own dog, Teddy, is friendly and well socialized, so your pup will have great company and won’t be alone. You’ll get regular photo updates throughout the stay, so you can relax knowing your baby is happy and safe.

About: My partner Matt and I recently had our 14 year old husky cane corso mix named Millie pass away. We had her since she was a small puppy and tried our best to give her the best life full of hikes, treats and love. We're not ready to permanently fill our home, so we are wanting to support other pet parents while they are away. We understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets while away, especially if they are older and have medical needs. We have experience with injectable medication, oral medication, and urinary incontinence. Millie was a people friendly lady, but did not like other animals, so we are very well versed in that sort of aggression and how to handle those situations. I work hybrid-remote and my partner works from home, so someone will be home at all times. A doggy door gives your pet access to a fenced backyard and frequent potty breaks at their convenience. One household's pet(s) at a time ensures your pet(s) receives our full care and attention without the stress of unfamiliar pets. We live in a safe and quiet neighborhood giving your dog access to safe walks with many new smells. Your pet's comfort is our priority, we have a comfortable dog beds for every room, and their choice of couch to lay on. We know training a pet is tough work, any pet boundaries, routines, or food restrictions will be upheld; let us know of any.
