About: I've always taken care of my family's pets even as a kid, I was the feeder, walker, playmate and pooper scooper. I've always had a natural affinity for animals, especially dogs and they seem drawn to me because they know I'll play and love on them. Thank you for taking the time to consider me for taking care of your pets needs. I work part time at a t-shirt printing press shop, while I love it I don't get many hours, I wanted a job I would enjoy, but have a flexible enough schedule to meet my needs. Unfortunately I won't be doing in home care for anyone's pets, as I don't have the ability in my current place to accommodate that service nor do overnight or check ins at clients homes. My apologies for the inconvenience, I would be open to doing these services in the future, but right now it's not feasible. I appreciate you being understanding at this time.
“Sara was such a great cat sitter! Left my kitty for a week and both her (the kitty) and I were very anxious about it, but Sara was very kind, responsible, communicative, and a great help--Would book again!”

“Tessa was the best caretaker of our cat Renee when we were away on a long vacation. She kindly met us beforehand and provided proactive and sweet updates to reassure us. I looked forward to her pics and notes and felt great that she bonded with Renee! Definitely hope to rebook when we need a drop in!”

About: I got my first cat when I was 5 years old and have been caring for cats ever since. I have plenty of experience with cats of all different temperaments, personalities, and routines. I always make sure water bowls/fountains are fresh and I like to deep clean litter boxes regularly. For my sweet kitty Willow, I’ve created a space with window hammocks she loves to lounge in and plenty of toys for her to choose from. From scratching posts, to mouse chase toys, to lasers pointers, she is constantly engaged. I incorporate a mix of wet and dry foods into her diet to accommodate her needs and am happy to accommodate your cat’s diet and routines however they need. I will give your kitty the same level of autonomy and love I give Willow (which is a lot)!

About: As a lifetime animal lover, I've had the pleasure of being a pet parent, rescue pup foster mom, and repeat sitter for friends & family. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and many different medical needs. I work from home, so I will be with your pup the majority of the time. I do not have a yard but I take multiple daily dog walks (plus a final potty break before bed). I'm centrally located in Denver and live with one 65-lb mixed breed dog and a small bird (caged while around dogs). My dog has welcomed a variety of other dogs into our home and has always been very friendly. I live across from a park, which is perfect for meet-and-greets with other dogs on neutral ground. I allow my dog on furniture and I don't feed her from the table. I am happy to keep consistent with rules and habits you prefer your dog to follow! In case of emergency, I have go-to vets for both regular and 24-hour care but am happy to default to your preferred vet.

“I just wanted to say thank you to Walker and Daniel. They watched our dog Calli so we could attend our daughter's first birthday party. They were welcoming, professional and our experience could not have been better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“Sophie is top notch!! She has been so great with my anxious husky and my girl has been so comfortable with her. She sends photos of walking the dogs and her little dog is so friendly. Thanks for the amazing care Sophie!”

“Shylie had a great day with Oleg and Tamara. She got to play with another dog, lots of attention and cuddling with Tamara and her family members and was reluctant to go home when I came to pick her up. We will definitely be back.”

“Aaron was amazing with our pup! Our dog was worn out when he came home from day care and he got so much love throughout the day. I almost felt bad picking him up because they grew such a tight bond! We will definitely be reaching out again, our boy has a favorite!!”

“This is Remys second time staying with Eirin and he always seems like he has a great time. Will definitely use her services again in the future and would recommend her to anyone :)”

“Jacquie was very sweet from the start. Asking all the right questions for Willy’s first time meeting her. She gave me great updates throughout the day, and effortlessly accommodated when I had to ask for a later pick up time. Willy was so sad when we were leaving. We can’t wait to go back!”

About: We are a young, active couple who truly love making furry friends feel right at home. With over 15 years of experience caring for the pets of family, friends, and neighbors, we pride ourselves on being a trustworthy, reliable pair. Whether your pup is a high-energy explorer or a professional couch potato, they will receive individualized attention, safety, and plenty of kindness. We host only one dog at a time and we strive to keep our rates on par with local doggy daycare and boarding facilities but give your dog much more individualized care. Your dog won’t have to worry about sharing space with strangers—just 1-on-1 care. At this time, we can only accommodate dogs up to 25lbs who are able to hang by themselves for at least 2-4 hours. We typically work from home on Mondays and Fridays and can be with your pup full time then. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday we may be at home or in the office. If we are in the office, we can pop home at lunch for a walk and cuddle. We love being outdoors and are happy to tailor exercise to your dog's needs. We treat every pet like a member of our own family so they feel right at home while you are away - check out our gallery for a few shots of sweet dogs we have taken care of. We can’t wait to meet your pups! Feel free to message us with any questions or to discuss a custom booking for your furry friends. Our day is scheduled around your sweet dog! As a duo, one of us will be home with your dog when they are staying with us. We ask that the pups who stay with us can be alone for 2-4 hours to let us run routine errands, but they won't be alone any longer. We usually start the day with a walk, take a mid-day potty break or walk (whatever your preference), an evening, and a potty break before bed-time. We are happy to accommodate whatever needs your pet has so they are comfy. The dogs that come stay with us usually keep us company and sit next to us (or on our lap!) while we work. We live in an apartment building right next to a big park in central Denver. We are able to get outside and let the pups enjoy the fresh air throughout the day (or stay inside mid-day during that crazy summer heat). After several years of pet-sitting, we are comfortable and well-versed caring for your pets while you enjoy stress-free time away. We try to keep our rates on par with local dog boarding facilities but provide a more personal and individual experience for your furry friends while you are away.
“Leah was so great with Lilo!! We did a meet and greet with her and Tucker beforehand and it went really well :) They were both so chill! Leah took good care of Lilo and they had a fun day as I could see from the updates/pictures she sent ☺️ Looking forward to the next time Lilo can stay with Leah!”
“This was the second time my pup stayed with Nell for doggie daycare. He was so excited to see her when we arrived that he ran inside her building and didn't look back. He was nice and tired that evening, so he must have had a great day.”

“Our dog, Athena, had the best time with Camryn, Sergio and their dog Ralph! She was well cared for, and we would not hesitate to book with them again!”

About: I've been caring and training my 3yo corgi since he was a puppy, giving me hands on experience with daily pet care. Caring for my own dog has taught me how important patience, consistency, and routine are for keeping dogs happy and healthy. I understand that every dog has a unique personality and energy level, so I adapt my care to meet each pet's individual needs. When caring for your dog, I'll treat them as if they were my own by providing plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and a safe, comfortable environment. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I’m currently a stay at home dog mom, so I’d have plenty of time to care for your pet. I am available both weekdays and weekends *I do require a meet and greet for every new dog I watch after* I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment where pets can feel comfortable and at home. Although I live in an apartment, I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise through regular walks, potty breaks, playtime, and mental enrichment throughout the day. I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible (including feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions you provide. Dogs are kept separate at feeding times and when I can’t keep my eyes on them.
“Melanie was incredible! Was able to accommodate Neji with only a few hours notice. She communicated quickly and gave me plenty of updates. I’d never left him with anyone from rover before and now I’m sad that Melanie isn’t local to my hometown! It’s apparent that she has a genuine love for animals and she loved him like her own. 100% would recommend.”

About: For the past 9 years, I cared for my own dog and learned firsthand what consistent, trustworthy pet care really takes — especially with energetic, strong personalities and pets who need structure. I’m patient, attentive, and very routine-focused. I’m also familiar with the pet care world because a close friend of mine ran a dog daycare farm, so I’m comfortable around multiple dogs, different temperaments, and the type of routines that keep pets safe, happy, and calm. What sets me apart is that I prioritize reliable routines: plenty of walks, consistent feeding/potty schedules, enrichment, and lots of loving attention. I treat every pet like family while still providing structure so they feel secure. (I don’t have children in my home I can’t find where to edit that part of the profile) I’m currently dedicating my schedule to pet care as my main focus, so I’m very flexible and available throughout the day. I’m able to provide consistent routines with walks, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention. Safety and trust are my top priorities in every service I offer. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I keep a calm, clean, and structured environment while following each pet’s routine closely. I always ask about feeding instructions, potty schedule, leash rules, and any triggers or special needs so I can provide consistent care. I’m careful with door and gate safety, use secure leashing practices on walks, and closely monitor pets for stress signals or changes in behavior. I respect clients’ homes, keep everything tidy and secure, and I communicate consistently with regular updates and photos so owners always feel informed and comfortable.

Not to mention her rates are better than any of the other rates and the service was amazing!! Thank you Gloria I look forward to having my dog spend more time with you and your pup!”

I work from home so I can drop in during the day, stay the night, or do an extended stay, whatever kind of attention your pet needs. About: I’ve been watching my neighbors’ animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and love them dearly and I currently have two cats of my own! Animals are my safe space and I love spoiling them! I currently have two cats, so I obviously give them love and take care of them everyday! I am in school, but do it all online so I am very flexible with my schedule and availability for your pets! I’ll always make sure your animal is comfortable with the way I am interacting with them and never push their limits. For cats - if they aren’t keen on humans, I won’t bother them. If they love attention and to play, I’ll be waving a little wand around immediately to get some of their energy out and giving them lots of love. For dogs - I will make sure they are comfortable and walked, and have gone out enough. I can take them to parks and play, or keep them separate from other animals depending on their personality!
About: Hi there! My name is Amelia and I live in Cap Hill. I’ve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember—not just family dogs and cats, but also backyard birds, butterflies, and any animal that crossed my path growing up near the Florida Everglades. My family loved rescuing animals, from our pitbull mix Mia, to our hound mix Hank, to our lab mix Maggie, and our many cats in between. I understand a wide variety of animal personalities and backgrounds, and I spent summers both as a child and in college pet sitting for my neighbors and friends. I currently live alone in an apartment right next to Cheesman Park, which is perfect for walks and outdoor time. I have a sweet fluffy cat named Willow who gets along very well with other animals. Willow is my everything, and I’m sure your pet is too, so I understand the trust it takes to leave them in someone else’s care. If your fur baby is in my hands, they’ll be treated with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Pinky promise. I currently have full availability on Saturdays and Sundays for drop-in visits and boarding, as well as flexibility on Fridays. Feel free to reach out! I prioritize keeping pets happy and safe whether they’re in my home or their own. I try to keep each pet’s routine as consistent as possible with walks, exercise, feeding, medication if needed, and of course lots of affection! I will send regular photos and updates of your pet while you’re away.

About: I have experience caring for all types of pets, and as a nurse, I'm responsible, dependable, and attentive to detail. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or cuddles on the couch, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away! I recently moved to Denver's Uptown neighborhood to begin my career as a nurse. While I'm not able to have a pet of my own right now, I've always loved animals and miss having them in my life! I have 3-5 varying days off each week that I'd love to spend walking, playing with, and caring for your furry family members. I'll follow your care instructions closely to keep their routine consistent! During walks, I'll keep dogs securely leashed, avoid unsafe situations, and make sure they get the exercise and attention they need.

About: Growing up we had a beagle/hound mix who had tons of energy and loved chasing squirrels. Additionally, I previously owned a husky, who I got when he was only 4 months old. I've also dog sat for my neighbors dogs growing up, both of which were chocolate labs, since they were puppies. When I moved back to Denver, my roomate/landlord had a dog who I cared for daily when she needed help as well as for long periods of time when she was out of town (lived with her for two years). Her best friend also had a pet care business which I occasionally helped out with, again as needed. I work a hybrid schedule and am only in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I work occasional evenings and weekends however I am fairly flexible overall! I believe I am a very clean and respectful individual who would care for your home and your pet as if it was my own. Also a pretty detailed oriented person so following instructions won't be an issue!
“Kelley does a great job, always on time and sends great pictures. She is very quick to respond and most importantly my dog enjoys the walks with her.”

“Rachel was amazing with our elderly dog & cat. She was very considerate of their needs, loving towards them, and clearly communicated with us. I would definitely recommend her service and will be using her again!”

“Abby was great with my pup! She was very friendly, communicative and flexible with a last minute booking. Would definitely ask her to walk my dog anyday!”

About: While I’m new to Rover, caring for dogs is anything but new to me. I’ve spent years pet sitting for family and friends, caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs—from playful puppies and energetic adults to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and attention. I’m comfortable following each owner’s routine, reinforcing training, and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their people are away. Dogs have been part of my life since the day I was born, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. My family has always had one or two dogs, giving me a lifetime of hands-on experience with dogs of different breeds, ages, and temperaments. When I was 12, I got my own dog and played an active role in his training. After our older family dog passed away, we welcomed another puppy into the family, and I helped train her as well. She went on to become an AKC Champion show dog and later had a litter of puppies, with my sister keeping one of them. Those experiences taught me the importance of consistency, patience, positive reinforcement, and understanding that every dog has their own unique personality. I’ve also cared for a variety of other pets over the years—including cats, hamsters, fish, a fire-bellied toad, a gecko, a salamander, and a pet newt—so I’m comfortable caring for many different types of animals. The only reason I don’t currently have a dog of my own is because I travel to visit family fairly often—not because I don’t want one! Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I treat every pet as if they were part of my own family. I work from home full-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be present throughout the day. Whether your pet needs walks, bathroom breaks, meals, playtime, medication, or simply someone to keep them company, I'm available to provide attentive care. Because I'm home most of the day, your pet won't be left alone for long periods. I make sure to maintain each dog's normal routine so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home while you're away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Before every stay, I take the time to learn your pet's routine, personality, preferences, and any special instructions so I can provide the care they're used to. Whether I'm caring for your pet in your home or mine, my goal is to create a safe, calm, and loving environment where they feel comfortable and secure. I'll follow your feeding schedule, exercise routine, training preferences, medication instructions, and any household rules to keep their routine as consistent as possible. Communication is important to me, too. I'll keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and receiving plenty of attention and affection.

“Shawn was so amazing! He communicated with us daily, was great at accommodating the meds and walking restrictions of our older pup. We will definitely be using his services again!”

“Lindsay and Josh were awesome with Wolverine! I'm always nervous leaving him with new people, but I felt totally comfortable with them right away. They kept me in the loop, which was great! Wolverine is a high energy dog, seriously never stops, but he was actually exhausted when he got home – which is rare! Thanks so much for taking such amazing care of him!”

“Anna took incredibly good care of our pup Oreo. She gave lengthy updates and let us know exactly what Oreo was up to and how she was doing!! We received so many pictures over just a weekend and it was so reassuring. We felt completely confident knowing she was in her care and would definitely book with her again!”

“Walker and Daniel took such great care of our dog while we were gone! She got along great with their dog and we loved getting pictures and updates throughout her stay. They were very kind and quick to respond during the booking process as well as the stay. We would recommend them and will definitely be booking again!”

“This is the second time Loki has stayed with Kristy and Nathan. We feel so comfortable knowing he's in good hands while we're away. They are great communicators and take adorable photos!”

“Once again, Anne and her family were wonderful with our Fiona. Anne sends thoughtful and intentional updates daily which we greatly appreciate. Fiona always comes home happy and exhausted, she loves seeing her friends Akira & Abu!”

“Scot did a fantastic job taking care of my pups while I was out of town. I have never brought any of my dogs back from boarding as relaxed and healthy as I have this time after they stayed with him.”

“thomas was great as a LAST minute pet sitter. he took great care of nesta and worked great with my chaotic schedule while i was in town. i’d definitely ask him to watch nesta again!”

“Oleg and Tamara were great. Took my dog when another sitter fell through last minute and were very communicative. They regularly updated me on her and she looked like she was having a lot of fun. Would definitely ask them to host her again.”
“So grateful! We were nervous about leaving our buddy away from home for the first time, but Rachael helped make the process smooth and reassuring! She was responsive and easy to communicate with, and we really appreciate the welcoming environment she, Betty, and Charlotte provided for Thor. We felt confident he was in good hands and company. Thank you so much!”

“Jay took amazing care of Waldo for a few days on a last minute short notice booking. He was a tired and happy guy after I picked him up. Great house setup for him with a fenced yard, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!”

“Jennifer was patient and understanding with my pup! I’ve been slow to trust and start using rover and she made it easy to trust. She really understood Harley’s needs and temperament which is the biggest factor for me to trust someone with my dog.”

“Luliia was once again so wonderful! I completely fumbled drop off and she was so accommodating and I appreciate her so so much! She took the best care of my pup and I will definitely be using her again :))”

“My pup had such a great time and I could tell she enjoyed the time with Brittani and Travis. I got pictures and updates daily. Absolutely would take her back there again!”

“Jillian was great! Sent daily pictures/videos, cared for our Millie girl like her own. In fact Millie has so much fun she was disappointed to leave when we picked her up haha! 10/10 would use Jillian again!”

“Murphy enjoyed his stay with Maritza. She sent pics throughout each day! Murphy was so tired when I picked him up from playing with Maritza’s dogs. I would definitely book again❤️”

“Tiffany was amazing! I have a pretty high maintenance cat who enjoys playing, cuddling, and being around people in general! She has a cat room with a litter box, cat tree, and a bunch of cat toys. Initially when I did the meet and greet she said she sent a picture a day, and even though Sirius-Snape’s visit was short she sent me pictures at least 2-3 times a day! If you really need someone to watch cat or dog, then I would highly recommend Tiffany! Tiffany, is also very flexible with drop off, and pick up, is very communicative, and can tell that she loves watching cats, and dogs. I couldn’t have found a better person to watch my cat Sirius-Snape for a long weekend!”

About: My partner Matt and I recently had our 14 year old husky cane corso mix named Millie pass away. We had her since she was a small puppy and tried our best to give her the best life full of hikes, treats and love. We're not ready to permanently fill our home, so we are wanting to support other pet parents while they are away. We understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets while away, especially if they are older and have medical needs. We have experience with injectable medication, oral medication, and urinary incontinence. Millie was a people friendly lady, but did not like other animals, so we are very well versed in that sort of aggression and how to handle those situations. I work hybrid-remote and my partner works from home, so someone will be home at all times. A doggy door gives your pet access to a fenced backyard and frequent potty breaks at their convenience. One household's pet(s) at a time ensures your pet(s) receives our full care and attention without the stress of unfamiliar pets. We live in a safe and quiet neighborhood giving your dog access to safe walks with many new smells. Your pet's comfort is our priority, we have a comfortable dog beds for every room, and their choice of couch to lay on. We know training a pet is tough work, any pet boundaries, routines, or food restrictions will be upheld; let us know of any.
