About: I work shift work so I have many days off throughout the week. I have a husky, so dog walks are top priority. I have a backyard and a long lead for your dog to run around! About: Having been a dog lover since childhood, I’ve always had dog sitting gigs for a side hustle. I also managed a professional boarding kennel for 5 years where I learned to care for pets of all sizes, personalities and needs. The great outdoors are my life, and I have grown into a passion hunting dogs, and have spent the last 4 years training my Labrador retriever. I have two dogs of my own, West, my four year old trusty hunting black Labrador, and Tilly a nine year old German Shepherd mix. I’m mostly available on weekends (Friday-Sunday), but depending on your dog’s daily needs, I can be flexible. I live in Oak Creek, but work in Steamboat Springs at a very dog friendly environment. I ensure your pet gets the basic care they need, plus extra love, photos, and time outside. I am flexible on whether you want me to stay in your home, or in mine, again depending on the specific pet’s needs and location.
About: I work very part-time and not during the summer at all. I take the girls every morning on a long walk, hike or to the river to play. They come everywhere with us in the car and to the kids outings. ideally the dog we are hosting loves to hike off leash and come for car rides. Dogs must love kids (three boys ages 8, 10 and 12) and our two sweet, docile female dogs. Our dogs are never home alone more than an hour a day and roam the house when so. We also foster regularly for a local rescue but I wouldn’t overlap our foster dogs with a client. I don’t work during the summer and the rest of the year it’s very part time. We walk or hike every morning. On days that aren’t too hot the girls come with me in the car for errands and to take my kids to their activities. We have an unfenced yard and a deck. Our girls just lay in the sun but I also have a tie out if your dog isn’t perfectly trustworthy. Dogs are allowed to roam the house and sleep on any bed :) If they like their crate i’m happy to set that up for them.

About: From draft horses to Labradors I have always loved taking care of animals. Growing up in North West Iowa our family has had 5 generations of working Labrador retrievers spanning from the early 1970's. Without a doubt, dogs are our favorite family tradition. I am great with dogs of all sizes/ages/breeds from tea cups to gentle giants and Yorkies to Pits! I have also had dogs in my home since birth so I've always felt like I was part of the pack. Between my mom and I someone is home 24 hours/day. I sometimes have other gigs or errands but your dog will never be left unsupervised. Living right next to a park and the Eagle River allows access to trails everywhere right out my door. Recently my dog Sonny passed away. He was a small Pomeranian who thought he was the size of a Bear! Having such a small dog with a big attitude helped me to learn how to manage a pack of dogs of all sizes. Sonny's best friend was a very hefty Pit mix named T-bone. Quite the odd couple. My house has always been a dog friendly place. Now I am dogless and looking to love others dogs. I left my day job in academia to pursue another passion. Being creative! I now own and operate a custom picture framing business. I work from home and love the flexibility I have to set my own schedule. When your dog is with me they will be my side kick through the day. Whether it is hanging with me in the workshop, or adventuring with me when we all need a break. It is easy to have impromptu backyard adventures around here.
About: I am based in Carbondale, CO. I am currently pet/house sitting full time throughout the summer so I'm able to provide a high level of care for pets and homes throughout the valley! I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I can take them to the dog park or on hikes, or if they're good with bikes, I can take them on even longer run/bike rides. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats.
About: I’ve lived and cared for animals since I was 8 years old, starting with dogs and rats, to even birds and cats! Im a huge animal lover and super patient with my fur babies. I’m working a part-time job about 4 days a week so I‘ve had a lot of free-time for doggie walks and pet sits! About: Having been a dog lover since childhood, I’ve always had dog sitting gigs for a side hustle. I also managed a professional boarding kennel for 5 years where I learned to care for pets of all sizes, personalities and needs. The great outdoors are my life, and I have grown into a passion hunting dogs, and have spent the last 4 years training my Labrador retriever. I have two dogs of my own, West, my four year old trusty hunting black Labrador, and Tilly a nine year old German Shepherd mix. About: I work very part-time and not during the summer at all. I take the girls every morning on a long walk, hike or to the river to play. They come everywhere with us in the car and to the kids outings. ideally the dog we are hosting loves to hike off leash and come for car rides. Dogs must love kids (three boys ages 8, 10 and 12) and our two sweet, docile female dogs. Our dogs are never home alone more than an hour a day and roam the house when so. We also foster regularly for a local rescue but I wouldn’t overlap our foster dogs with a client. I don’t work during the summer and the rest of the year it’s very part time. We walk or hike every morning. On days that aren’t too hot the girls come with me in the car for errands and to take my kids to their activities. We have an unfenced yard and a deck. Our girls just lay in the sun but I also have a tie out if your dog isn’t perfectly trustworthy. Dogs are allowed to roam the house and sleep on any bed :) If they like their crate i’m happy to set that up for them.
