About: Hello! I’ve been caring for my own and other people’s dogs for 25 years...a wide range of sizes and personalities. I’ve particularly been around Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Labs, Great Danes, Goldens, Aussie Shepherds, Havanese, Dachshunds, Huskies, Chihuahuas, Doodles of all kinds, and of course many wonderful mixes. I have had dog parties/sleepovers/boarded at my home and for others in their homes. I’m super happy to cater to your pup’s unique preferences...I can make special foods, pop pills down expertly, change diapers, hang out at the dog park, play fetch, hit the trails, whatever your best friend likes best. Making their day makes my day too! I’m currently working seasonally doing gardening, and am very flexible with my routine. Being around dogs and making them happy is something that brings me me a lot of joy! I will follow whatever normal rules established in your home, or bring them home with me to share space with my two small and friendly dogs.

I start my day walking with my pet. When I am home I like to play with them in my fenced back yard. At the end of the day we always go for another walk to the park. Now I have my puppy named Figgy and we’re both ready to make some new friends and create fun memories with them!! I have a large truck camper that I will be staying in. If you have 1-2 dogs that need care during that time, I can bring them with me, so long as they are up for hikes and are friendly with other dogs. CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS 12/23-25 I will be in the front range at my sister's house to celebrate Christmas. She has a friendly labradoodle. I'm open to taking 1-2 dogs with me to stay there as long as they are friendly with other dogs. 12/26-1/1: HEAVILY DISCOUNTED RATE FOR THE FOLLOWING ACCOMODATIONS: My parents and sister will then be visiting me in Carbondale area for the remainder of the holiday since I will have to be available for ski instructing during the peak season. If you need house sitting during those dates, I can do that, but would need to request my sister's labradoodle and 3 adults (my sister and my mom and dad) be allowed to stay there as well. Though I may have to work during a portion of those dates, my family is off of work so there would be minimal times that your pets would be unattended. Feel free to send a request and we can discuss in more details (I will adjust to the lower rates after we discuss). I will be part time ski instructing at Snowmass this winter so I still have a high level of availability throughout Dec-Apr as well. I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I've also cat-sat for friends, Trusted Housesitters, and Rover clients over the years. I'm more than happy to take them on walks, hikes, to dog parks, and out for potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months, and I loved it! I'm also happy to take them camping if that's their jam. Feel free to reach out with any other questions! A note on transportation - I have a truck camper (converted from a former ambulance) as my main vehicle. If there is any concern of me parking it on your property for house sitting or other services, let me know and I can park it elsewhere. It is reliable, 4WD and does super well on winter roads, so if you're up a dirt road, I have no concerns about being able to get there. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask! I currently am full time pet sitting for the summer and fall. I am very attentive and love morning, midday, and evening outings for fetch, dog park hangs, hikes, and walks. I can be available throughout the day full-time. After December, I will be part-time ski instructing for Snowmass. I am still available for all the same services but will need to be gone for a longer portion of the day if I'm working that day. I don't anticipate that it would be longer than 6-8hrs depending on how far away the sit is. A note on boarding - this is if you need overnight care for your pet or pets at MY home. House sitting is overnight care at your home or accomodations, sometimes I know that gets a little confusing. I much prefer house sitting in your home as I find that pets are much more happy in their own familiar environment with the all their comforts that they're accustomed to. If you need boarding outside of your home I can discuss a couple of options with you depending on the temperment of your pet and the length of the request. I will always be up front and transparent if I'm able to accommodate the request. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats. I always make sure we are on the same page about your needs and expectations and that I am 100% available and able to commit. Because of this, I have never cancelled on a client after a booking is confirmed.

I work remote for a nonprofit and have plenty of flexibility within my schedule. Wednesday and Thursday nights I am unavailable, otherwise let’s chat and find time for your pup. I do not offer care in my home. I will come to you and provide comfort and care for your dog in the environment they are used to, ensuring whatever unique needs they have are met!

About: Hello! I’ve been caring for my own and other people’s dogs for 25 years...a wide range of sizes and personalities. I’ve particularly been around Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Labs, Great Danes, Goldens, Aussie Shepherds, Havanese, Dachshunds, Huskies, Chihuahuas, Doodles of all kinds, and of course many wonderful mixes. I have had dog parties/sleepovers/boarded at my home and for others in their homes. I’m super happy to cater to your pup’s unique preferences...I can make special foods, pop pills down expertly, change diapers, hang out at the dog park, play fetch, hit the trails, whatever your best friend likes best. Making their day makes my day too! I’m currently working seasonally doing gardening, and am very flexible with my routine. Being around dogs and making them happy is something that brings me me a lot of joy! I will follow whatever normal rules established in your home, or bring them home with me to share space with my two small and friendly dogs.
About: I work shift work so I have many days off throughout the week. I have a husky, so dog walks are top priority. I have a backyard and a long lead for your dog to run around! I love dogs and hiking, so this gig is perfect! I've had dogs in my life and had the pleasure of helping my friends raise their dogs as well. You can ensure your dog will be safe, loved and have fun when they're in my care! I usually take my dog on 2 walks or 1 long activity every day! The available days ive set, are my off days so I have the ability to be home or close to home if needed! I can take your pet on multiple walks during the day! I have a backyard with a lead so lots of time can be spent outside if theyd like!
About: I grew up in a family that raised seeing eye dogs, so caring for dogs has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I love animals and I’m comfortable with dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels, and routines. New to Rover but excited to meet new local fur friends! I am also a photographer & can send you adorable pics of your cute pup(s) if you’d like. I have a very flexible schedule and lots of availability. Happy to walk or hang with your fur baby while you're away. Often available for last minute emergencies! I work as a freelance photographer, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be available most days. I’m happy to help with regular walks, drop ins, house sitting, and last minute needs when they come up. If you have an emergency or unexpected change in plans, please feel free to reach out! I’m not currently able to host pets in my own home, but I’m happy to care for them in their home where they feel most comfortable. I’m respectful, professional, and very mindful of keeping your space clean, secure, and even better than you left it.

I work just three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) and I’m off every weekend, which means I’m fully available to give your dog the love, time, and attention they deserve when most people are scrambling for coverage. Need help during the week? No problem! I can absolutely care for your dog on weekdays too just know that I’m at work from 6 AM to 5 PM. If your pup is comfortable hanging out during the day (with all day access to food, water, and a safe space), I’m more than happy to help. I make sure they’re well cared for before and after work with walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. Whether it’s weekends, overnight stays, or occasional weekday help I’m here to make life easier for you and happier for your pup. When your dog stays with me, they’ll have their own private room to relax and feel completely at ease. They can snooze on a comfy queen sized bed or I can set up their own dog bed whatever makes them feel most at home. My own dogs sleeps in my bed, so your pup will have their own peaceful space to unwind and rest. Plus, we have a huge backyard that’s perfect for playtime, potty breaks, and getting out all that extra energy. Whether your pup loves to run, sniff, or just sunbathe, they’ll have plenty of safe space to enjoy the outdoors.
