About: I grew up on a farm in the uk with cats and dogs and all of the animals. I’ve been a life long dog owner and currently have a beautiful McNab called Munro I study from home so I’m super flexible and very present with dog care. I prefer to be able to do a meet and greet prior to make sure we all connect . I prefer clients to have a fenced yard but if not then long leashed walks are also fun! Off leash is good too in the dog parks if your furry friend is good at recall.

About: I am based in Carbondale, CO. I am currently pet/house sitting full time throughout the summer and fall so I'm able to provide a high level of care for pets and homes throughout the valley! **UPCOMING HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY** THANKSGIVING Over thanksgiving (11/25-29) I will be camping in Southern Utah with my sister and her dog friendly labradoodle. I have a large truck camper that I will be staying in. If you have 1-2 dogs that need care during that time, I can bring them with me, so long as they are up for hikes and are friendly with other dogs. CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS 12/23-25 I will be in the front range at my sister's house to celebrate Christmas. She has a friendly labradoodle. I'm open to taking 1-2 dogs with me to stay there as long as they are friendly with other dogs. 12/26-1/1: HEAVILY DISCOUNTED RATE FOR THE FOLLOWING ACCOMODATIONS: My parents and sister will then be visiting me in Carbondale area for the remainder of the holiday since I will have to be available for ski instructing during the peak season. If you need house sitting during those dates, I can do that, but would need to request my sister's labradoodle and 3 adults (my sister and my mom and dad) be allowed to stay there as well. Though I may have to work during a portion of those dates, my family is off of work so there would be minimal times that your pets would be unattended. Feel free to send a request and we can discuss in more details (I will adjust to the lower rates after we discuss). I will be part time ski instructing at Snowmass this winter so I still have a high level of availability throughout Dec-Apr as well. I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I've also cat-sat for friends, Trusted Housesitters, and Rover clients over the years. I'm more than happy to take them on walks, hikes, to dog parks, and out for potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months, and I loved it! I'm also happy to take them camping if that's their jam. Feel free to reach out with any other questions! A note on transportation - I have a truck camper (converted from a former ambulance) as my main vehicle. If there is any concern of me parking it on your property for house sitting or other services, let me know and I can park it elsewhere. It is reliable, 4WD and does super well on winter roads, so if you're up a dirt road, I have no concerns about being able to get there. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask! I currently am full time pet sitting for the summer and fall. I am very attentive and love morning, midday, and evening outings for fetch, dog park hangs, hikes, and walks. I can be available throughout the day full-time. After December, I will be part-time ski instructing for Snowmass. I am still available for all the same services but will need to be gone for a longer portion of the day if I'm working that day. I don't anticipate that it would be longer than 6-8hrs depending on how far away the sit is. A note on boarding - this is if you need overnight care for your pet or pets at MY home. House sitting is overnight care at your home or accomodations, sometimes I know that gets a little confusing. I much prefer house sitting in your home as I find that pets are much more happy in their own familiar environment with the all their comforts that they're accustomed to. If you need boarding outside of your home I can discuss a couple of options with you depending on the temperment of your pet and the length of the request. I will always be up front and transparent if I'm able to accommodate the request. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats. I always make sure we are on the same page about your needs and expectations and that I am 100% available and able to commit. Because of this, I have never cancelled on a client after a booking is confirmed.

I love spending time with dogs and making sure they're still happy while their parents are away! This is a win-win situation for both of us because your dog will be well taken care of, and I get to play with it! All fun aside, I do make sure to pay close attention and take care of each dog's individual needs. Everybody's unique so that will always be taken into account. I have a very open schedule, most of the time I only work at night and rarely for more than 6 hours. I can usually adjust my schedule as needed. Depending on the dog, I always take extra steps to guarantee that they stay safe. Whether that means taking extra note to make sure all doors to rooms are closed, foods are high out of reach, etc.
About: I have been a long time animal owner including dogs and cats from all ages. I have experience with taking care of senior and disabled animals. I’m an all around animal person who also has experience with caring for exotic reptiles, amphibians, birds and aquatic animals. About: In addition to owning and devoting my time to pets for decades, I am a retired special education teacher with plenty of love and patience. As a teacher, I provided dog therapy in my classrooms for nine years. I have cared for cats and dogs of all ages, including puppies and elderly dogs with health concerns. I also have experience with chickens. I am retired from teaching, and have thoroughly enjoyed spending more time with animals, while also providing a much needed service to pet owners. As a pet sitter, I offer in home pet care while families are away, and usually do only one job at a time so I can dedicate myself to your loved ones! About: I grew up on a small farm with lots of animals, always taking the dogs on walks or keeping the cat food away from raccoons. I've walked many people's dogs across the country of various sizes and ages and love having pets in the home while I don't have any myself. I usually am working from home or gone for a few hours a day. I love waking up and walking the dog outside before starting my day and winding down in the evenings the same way. About: I have grown up with dogs of my own and lived with many animals of all sizes. I love dogs but I travel a lot and cannot have my own, unfortunately. I try to get my fix taking care of other dogs when I can! I'm a big trail runner, I take my parents dog whenever I can. He is a big river/water dog so I love taking dogs on trails with water access. I always carry plenty of water and snacks for myself and the pup. I love dogs that are high energy and need to get lots of exercise, I'll tucker them out. I can take dogs on long hikes, runs, or even quick walks. I work evenings bar tending and am available most days before 4pm. I prefer to have one dog at a time so they get proper care and I can keep track of them, especially if they are good unleashed on trails. I am flexible and love to house sit as well so I can stay where the dog is comfortable. I like to have fun with the pups! This is for my own enjoyment and your convenience!

About: I've taken care of all dogs since I was 4 years old. My favorite childhood memory was walking my dad's dogs every night with my friends.
