About: Animals are my thing. I have dogs, cats, chickens, birds, and sheep, many who are rescues, and I love them all. I have been taking care of animals ever since I was a young child and thought about becoming a vet, but I became a teacher instead. I am off work for the summer and many of my weekends are free now that my children are all teens and above. I am located conveniently near the 145 and highway 41 in the Madera Ranchos. On your way to Yosemite? Going to have some family time in Fresno? I’ll take care of your pet for you. Your dog will join the pack for its stay and relax or play on the 2 acres of fenced in land. I’m a teacher so I have open availability in the summer and on most weekends. I can check in on your pets in the afternoons or evenings when I’m working. I have 2 acres of fenced in yard. I also offer the dogs time to cool off in the pool and a large house to hang out in. If you want me to drop in on your pets at your home in the afternoons and weekends, I can do that too.

Not only that, he had just had surgery for an abscess and was in a cone, very hard for him to be inside and in a stranger‘s house which all happened very quickly, because our 11th grandchild came two weeks early and we had four hours to get everything done and get on a flight to Texas! Christi and Michael made this seamless from the beginning of booking, to the end when they met my friend at the Veterinary to have his staples removed, and now he’s home. One happy cat for sure. “First time using Rover so I was a little bit nervous but Donna was AMAZING!! She spent a ton of time with my sweet boy! She sent pictures, took him on a walk, and even taught him a new trick (I literally booked her to drop in twice). You could just tell how much she cared about his comfort and well being; for instance, our heat went out and when the temperature dropped she offered to drive an extra two hours to bring him a heater! We live super far away from her and yet she still took an extra trip to come meet all of us. I could not recommend her enough! She’s wonderful!!”

About: I've grown up with cats, as of right now we have two, me being the primary caretaker. I often house sit for family and friends, one of which had me take care of four cats and four dogs. Each having there own feeding requirements and schedules. I would feed and play with the cats and pick up any accidents. I am task oriented as well as loving and diligent in my work.

About: Despite my family being hardcore dog people, I always knew cats were also great animals. I have several years of professionally handling cats of all temperaments, which has given me a thorough understanding of cat body language and behavior. This also gave me many unique experiences for learning various methods of warming up to cats, finding out what they like, and most importantly, giving medications. About: I grew up with dogs and have 4 years of professional dog and cat caretaking experience - I worked at an animal hospital in the boarding department taking care of dogs and cats (giving meds, feeding, nail trims, and daycare). About: Hi, I have grown up and taken care of dogs and many other animals , my entire life. My Mom and Dad had a lab who had 14 pups and I grew up with 2 of those puppies, Rowdy and TyTy. After Rowdy passed, at 14 years , we got the first of 2 Rottweilers, Cody Bear and then Brigadier, a 155 lb. teddy bear. Brig thought he was a lap dog, had to finally get him his own love seat! When we lived in Italy, we also had silkie chickens. I have owned rabbits , cats and one of my favorites was a ferret, D'artagnan. Our animals are our family.

About: I live in a house with 2 acres of fenced in backyard. Have two cats and a 9 month old spayed puppy. Large dogs will have ample space to run around. Will provide plenty of photos and keep in constant contact so you can rest assured your babies are being loved and cared for. I do have an XL crate and dog bed for those interested. Ideally, I ask you bring a familiar blanket or toy to help soothe the pets. Pet care is my main focus when they’re scheduled with me. My entire day is set to ensure I’m available for walks, potty breaks and playtime. I have 2 acres of grassy backyard that is fenced in. Perfect for big dogs to roam in. If you have high energy this is a good way to tire them out.
