We like to make sure that the environment is welcoming, safe, and fun for them as they are our family members (we look for sitters who allow dogs on furniture and on the bed and are good with dogs who have dietary restrictions). Yesenia was very understanding and after a meet and greet, we felt very comfortable having her watch our girls in her home. She has a great space for sitting and a wonderful backyard where our girls could run around with each other! She even asked if we had any preferential instructions that we may not have included in our online request. About: I have always loved being around dogs. I used to have one of my own before moving away from my parents’ house. Before moving, I taught my dog a few tricks like sitting, giving me her paw, lying down, not pulling on the leash, and staying in one place. I loved her very much and cared for her as if she were my child, so it won’t be hard for me to care for and love your dog as my own. I have always grown up around dogs, no matter their size or breed. Although I’m not a mom, I tend to have a strong maternal instinct when I’m around them. I currently am going to college and am not working any other job so I am pretty flexible on scheduling at the moment. Right now I only have afternoon classes and there is a good gap in between them where I could fit in a walk. I am also completely open on the weekend Friday through Sunday. When taking care of your pet I would make sure to be aware of how friendly your dog may be I don’t intend on having them be pretty close to other dogs as I can’t predict how nice or reactive the other dogs may be. I would make sure to have water and treats on me as well as monitor how tired your dog may be

I recently graduated from Chico state and currently have two dogs of my own a 6 year old toy poodle and a 5 months old border collie mix. Dogs are allowed on the bed and there is a step up onto the bed for senior citizens. It is a small but very comfortable space.

About: I worked at Mountain View Animal Hospital starting as a receptionist the. Transferring to a kennel assistant. As a receptionist I had to communicate information to the client regarding their pets care and meds. Which helped me learn the medical aspect of the hospital. I then realized I wanted to spend more time with the animals so I transferred to be kennel assist. I was feeding, bathing and playing with the boarding dogs and cats. Following all instructions on meds, meals, and restrictions a client request to take care of their furry friends. I often would care for my neighbors dog since he was a puppy, parents worked full time and puppies need all the attention they can get so I helped train him. I also trained my own puppy Melo, he’s still growing and learning but I love being his mom. About: I worked at Mountain View Animal Hospital starting as a receptionist the. Transferring to a kennel assistant. As a receptionist I had to communicate information to the client regarding their pets care and meds. Which helped me learn the medical aspect of the hospital. I then realized I wanted to spend more time with the animals so I transferred to be kennel assist. I was feeding, bathing and playing with the boarding dogs and cats. Following all instructions on meds, meals, and restrictions a client request to take care of their furry friends. About: Currently have a dogs and a cat. Was up to 8 cats and 2 dogs after rescuing a litter of and an single orphane. I also rescued my own dog as well after she was abandoned by a friends roommate. About: I have always loved being around dogs. I used to have one of my own before moving away from my parents’ house. Before moving, I taught my dog a few tricks like sitting, giving me her paw, lying down, not pulling on the leash, and staying in one place. I loved her very much and cared for her as if she were my child, so it won’t be hard for me to care for and love your dog as my own. I have always grown up around dogs, no matter their size or breed. Although I’m not a mom, I tend to have a strong maternal instinct when I’m around them. I currently am going to college and am not working any other job so I am pretty flexible on scheduling at the moment. Right now I only have afternoon classes and there is a good gap in between them where I could fit in a walk. I am also completely open on the weekend Friday through Sunday. When taking care of your pet I would make sure to be aware of how friendly your dog may be I don’t intend on having them be pretty close to other dogs as I can’t predict how nice or reactive the other dogs may be. About: I am a retired veterinary professional and lifelong animal lover. I have two extremely friendly pups, Pukka and Tildon, that are happy to share their space if your kiddo would enjoy it. I have a fenced back yard. Our household goes on one (if not more) walks a day. My boys are well leash trained and would welcome a walking buddy. Depending on your location I'd also be happy to walk your pup solo. We love cats and I am happy to give anything from a few water and kibble top offs and litter box changes as needed to nightly cuddles and adoration. I offer a love and care for all critters (snakes, birds, rabbits, turtles, fish, dogs, cats, horses, you name it!), 10+ years of experience in the veterinary field, and an understanding of animal handling that I know will bring you comfort in my work. If your pet requires special care such as insulin injections, oral medications, SQ fluids, etc please notify me. I am comfortable with medical procedures but reserve the right to adjust my pricing according (upon discussion of course). I work 8-4:30 most days. I am two minutes away from home and always come home to check on the critters on my lunch. We go for walks in them morning before work and there is a dog door into the back yard that can be open if needed. Fenced (6+ feet) back yard with locked gate. I have door dog insert on my back door so everyone can come and go as they please. I live in a small one room studio with a yard about four times its size. Dogs are allowed on the bed and there is a step up onto the bed for senior citizens. It is a small but very comfortable space.
