About: What sets me a part of the fact that I owned a vet rescue with as many as 45 cats and 25 dogs. Definitely under understand how to take care of cats and dogs. I currently am not working staying at home taking care of the home. I have plenty of time to care for animals. About: I have fostered kittens and I am really good with their care. I am able to provide them a safe home where they can peacefully grow up and then be sent to their forever home. Some parts of their care include bottle feeding, stimulation to go potty, and keeping their temperature right so that they can maintain their body heat. It is extremely heart warming and rewarding whenever I take in tiny little kittens and they grow up into healthy and playful cats.

“We couldn’t use our normal person from Meowtel anymore since she was out of range so we decided to make the change to Rover and glad we did. June was amazing. Very responsive from the get go, and she fit us in even booking her last minute when she had other clients. Our cats loved her right away and she even brought them snacks (after asking us if she could of course due to their dietary restrictions). She was able to turn alarm on and off for the house and even went back one night after remembering she had left a light on (which most people wouldn’t admit). Felt like our kitties were in great and capable hands. You can tell she has her own pets, animals love her! She even followed up a few days after we had returned making sure the kitties were okay! “Shanna is great. She has been patient and collaborative in planning for my Roxie's care. We had a meet and greet, then a short daycare stay, then a full day of daycare. She is well versed in dog behavior. My dog, coincidentally a "pitbull type" is often categorized and judged as "vicious or aggressive" even before people meet her. I've had dog sitters on Rover decline to provide services simply because of her breed or her appearance. Shanna understands that Roxie is a dog: a dog with her own level of prey drive (so Roxie is not allowed in her daughter's room cause of the hamster she has); a dog with some anxiety who barked at her husband when he came into the house. They didn't freak out. Shanna understood Roxie's behavior and worked through it, allowing Roxie to get to know her husband, settle and move on. I truly appreciate her family's openness and acceptance. We have two more full days of daycare booked and if all continues well, we will book boarding services. Roxie is people and dog friendly, but the discrimination we have experienced on Rover, leads me to take things in a new daycare/boarding situation slowly. About: I have always had a dog but I can only attest to caring for those I’ve raised. I’ve raised two labs and a huskie pittie. I currently have a young 1 year old male lab who loves a great play session with another doggy friend. I’ve often dog cat overnight and it gives my pets great socialization opportunities. I currently work full time from home from 8am to 5pm. My dog is routinely walked 1 hours a day with several enticing activities through out my work day. About: I am a Fear Free certified veterinary technician of 13 years who grew up in the show dog world (AKC) before getting into rescue as an adult. Throughout my long-lived animal career I have participated in puppy/kitten/basic obedience training, behavioral rehabilitation, dog sport training, senior care, care for animals with extreme medical needs, and owned/operated a group play doggie daycare. About: I have experience and patience to deal with dogs. My house is well maintenance and have a big yard for dogs to run around and play I have the time to do it. They just need to let me know with time what days and times will they drop off and pick up I keep them in a save enviroment. Feed them as told by per owner. Will have them in good care. About: I have taken care of senior dogs who require medicine doses and health monitoring. I have also cared for very young puppies and kittens who have needed to be bottle fed. I foster kittens a lot and it truly is so rewarding to see them grow healthy and enjoy life. I have had pets at my home and I have house sat and kept an eye on pets. I just graduated high school May 2026 so I have a lot of free time. I wake up early in the morning and just do tasks around the house. I am home full time right now. I have siblings but more importantly one 9 year old brother who is gentle with animals and understands how they should be treated. I have a lot of free time on my hands and i am very flexible so any routine a pet already has at your home can also be matched with me. I also am able to drive. Our backyard is fenced and we do not have any permanent pets in the home right now. We do sometimes have foster pups or kittens which are kept in a bedroom that has a code lock on it so they can be nursed to good health in peace.
About: This job taking care of dogs is by far my one of my favorite one as dogs are therapeutic and a joy to be around I've cared for about 20ish dogs now and some repeat clients since being on here in December of 2024 and don't regret a moment at all and learned alot. I have handled dogs that are aggressive towards other dogs so I know what to do in situations like that. I have also taken care of days old kittens and I understand how to care and provide for young animals. I am self employed and my schooling is online so I have no scheduling conflicts. I am available at any time of any day really. I am able to take care of your pet however you need me to. I have taken care of pets who needed a lot of supervision and pets that needed very little. I love going on walks with them and I will take them to parks or things like that if that’s something you would like! I am currently self employed so I can work around any schedule. When I do house sitting, I usually do my work during the day and take as many breaks as needed to stop by the house and take care of the pets, and then I spend the night time spending more time with them. I have taken care of all different types of pets ranging from low to high maintenance. I have experience with escape artists and I am very aware and take special attention to ensure no one gets out. I also have experience with aggressive pets and I know how to handle myself in difficult situations. I feel like this is especially important for dogs that require walks because I am extra aware of other dogs in the area and I am more attentive to make sure there aren’t any quarrels.

About: I have 3 dogs a 10 year old, APBT Mix named Zephyr. A 11 year old APBT named Carter. And a 12 year old APBT named Zuko.
