About: I have grown up around pets my whole life. I have had many dogs with different personalities and preferences. One of my dogs requires special care so I am very patient and understanding! My cat is also the most spoiled guy you will ever meet so trust me I understand all the little important details that these guys and girls need! I work part time and my schedule varies. I also have weekends off. It is very flexible and can adjust days and times based on what is needed from me. I have a big fenced backyard and my own room as well. If you pet prefers to sleep in a crate we have plenty of space, but I would love to share my bed. Unless the temperature doesn’t allow my dogs personally prefer to be outside but are welcome in but can be in a separate space if needed. Everything is very flexible

About: I had a Basset Hound named George that I had gotten from an animal shelter in 2009, the vet guessed his age to be around 6. He was the sweetest and goofiest character that kept me entertained every day! He was diagnosed with lung cancer in June of 2016. The vet said he only had 6 mos. to live without treatment. I dedicated all my time and energy to help this dog live as long as possible with chemo and radiation treatments and a slew of medications. He lived exactly 2 years after his diagnosis. Up until his very last day you would have never known this special boy had an illness. He was an amazing dog and very dear to my heart and I still miss him every day. I will take this same dedication to take care of your pet because I know how special they can be to someone!! I work 10 hour shifts during the day in the xray field. I would be available on the days that I'm not at work to do drop in visits or walks. I would follow any instructions or rules you set for me. I think everyone has a different opinion on what is best for their pets. It's as simple as that!!

A few years ago I volunteered for a rescue organization and fostered some kittens and helped get them adopted to loving families. Many friends and family members have relied on me to walk, bathe, feed and take care of their pets. Animals have always had a special place in my heart. I am available everyday of the week to walk, (I have two kids, so if the pups are kids friendly, I can bring my kids. If not kid friendly, I am available at 6pm or anytime after). My listing states I need two days in advance for a booking, but I understand sometimes things come up that we do not expect and people need services last minute. Please do not ever hesitate to reach out. Safety is my number one priority. We live on two and a half acres and have a lot of room for animals to play and explore. I do not leave my dogs unattended outside and I would not leave your dog alone outside either. I am very cautious with my dogs and I would give the same attention and cautiousness to any dogs under my watch as well. I always leash the dogs I care for when I take them outside, whether that’s to go for walks or just to go potty. I have plenty of toys and I always monitor my dogs when they play with them. I dispose of any toys that they tear into to make sure they do not ingest any parts of the toy. I have many dog beds and room inside for dogs to run and play. I do not mind animals on my furniture, I prefer them to be with me. My hallway is gated off as well, in case your dog has a special diet and needs to be fed separately. I also use this area for dogs to sleep at night if they are not crate trained. I tend to do separate feedings anyways just to be safe. My dogs are like my children and they get treated that way. I would do the same for my clients pets as well. The difference between taking your fur babies to a kennel and me is that I am home almost all day long, meaning your babies will get constant love and attention. Most kennels charge additionally for walks, one on one play time, and even group play. I spend time with my dogs (and those I care for), majority of everyday, until the late hours at night. I have two babies, my son is over a year old and my daughter is 8 months old. I do not leave them unattended with any dogs, not even my own. I do ask for you to let me know if your dogs are kid friendly. Even for dogs that are kid friendly, I am still extra cautious around children. It is better to be safe than sorry. This being said, that does not mean I will not give your fur babies the care and attention they need. I still do with my three fur babies everyday.

About: I've always had dogs and crate trained my dogs. I know how to train basic commands but nothing really beyond that. I do love playing with dogs and also relaxing with them as well. I do work full time but I do work from home most of the week. So my schedule is pretty flexible for the most part. I have a fenced yard, and 4 friendly dogs. We do have 2 cats but they stay outside as they don't like our dogs. I make sure the the pet I babysit is comfortable and listen to instructions on the owners requests.
