“We usually board our dogs at a kennel, but our current dog has kennel stress and that was not an option for us this time. A friend suggested the Rover app to find somebody who would watch our dog in their home. This led us to Sara. We can not say enough good things about Sara. She was awesome to work with, very personable, and always responded to our texts in a timely fashion. But more importantly, our dog loved it at her home. She sent us daily videos and photos of our dog playing and having fun with the other dogs being boarded. It was very reassuring to get these daily photos and know our dog was well cared for and enjoying herself. Sara has a large fenced area for the dogs to run in, but she also welcomes them into her home and on her furniture (sign of a true dog lover!). Sara was also very accommodating when our dog needed a special diet for a few days. This was such a positive experience all around. We will never take our dog to a kennel again. “I was visiting Lake Tahoe but staying at a timeshare that doesn't allow dogs, so I booked Teeda and her husband Richard to pet sit my dog Teddy in their home. They were phenomenal! Not only did they take Teddy on hikes and to the beach every day, and send lots of photos, but they also were EXTREMELY accommodating. They were super flexible about letting me take Teddy out on several days--in fact one morning when I called to ask about picking him up, and they were already driving him to another lake for an outing, they even offered to turn around. But the most amazing thing was that on the last day, due to a crazy-early flight that my travel companion had booked out of Sacramento Int'l airport, we had to pick Teddy up at 3:45 in the morning (!!!). I felt terrible about this, but Teeda was very cheerful about it and was ready at the door before I knocked. I can't recommend Teeda & Richard enough!”

We have a 12 x 24 kennel with multiple dog houses we have kennels of different sizes. We also have a barn with 12 x 12 stalls. We have a fenced in deck that is 30 x 50 so there are many opportunities for your baby to be outside in the fresh air And still be safe. If your dog is an inside dog, we will keep him inside with us and he will be warm and cozy at bedtime.

About: There is no furry friend that I do no enjoy being around! I've had the opportunity to love and care for many different animals since I was very young. The last couple years I have fostered kittens and have been able to see more than 20 beautiful babies go to their furrever homes! I have owned, and taken care of dogs of all ages and sizes my entire life. I am able to give medication through injections, and am not shy with training either! My dream is to one day run an animal sanctuary for hurt and endangered animals. Sunday- Saturday 8am- 8pm I have an open schedule and would love to spend it with your animals! About: I have been a full-time puppy whelper for the past 8 years and come highly recommended with lots of references. I welcome all different breeds. I am always home. While I do have to pick up and drop off my children for their various sports and activities, it’s just a five minute drive away.I am always available. Plus, I’m attending school online from the comfort of my home. I live on 1 1/2 acres with a mini horse, two small goats that like to visit the neighbors and two potbelly pigs. Additionally I have two older French bulldogs who are house trained and very friendly, as well as two cane corsos who get along well with all animals including pony,goats, and pigs- they’re all pals! All of my animals are well-behaved , and I’ve often been told I should’ve been a vet or a dog trainer because of my love for animals. I have two separate backyards-one for the smaller dogs and one for the bigger ones. However I’m accustomed to rotating them due to my experience as a whelper. I know how to manage introducing new dogs and keeping them separate if needed.My dogs have access to indoors and outdoors, and they sleep in the house at night. I’ve set up set up my garage to be cozy and welcoming for dogs to stay in at night.

About: Hi, I grew up around several different animals of all sizes from rodents/reptiles to livestock/dogs. I have always had at least one dog in my life at all times. The more the merrier. I love all animals big and small. I worked at a kennel where I learned about boarding and training dogs for about a year and I have pet sat for about 15 years in grand total. I currently work at a pet store in Sutter Creek. I love being around dogs and training or even just hanging out and playing. I am a outdoorsy person. I have experience with livestock animals also. Horses, cattle, chickens, Lhamas, mini animals, donkeys. I have references also if you would like them. Our home is completely fenced and sits on 3 acres. We have two friendly german shepherds. I work part time so some days I am gone at work. But our 17 year old daughter is always home. We also go to church Sunday morning so we would be gone for a couple hours but otherwise we are always home. I care for pets in my home as I would my own. I have 3 German Shepherds. 10 months to 7 years old. As for in home pet sitting I would follow whatever routine you have set for your fur babies already so it would be easier on them.

“We usually board our dogs at a kennel, but our current dog has kennel stress and that was not an option for us this time. A friend suggested the Rover app to find somebody who would watch our dog in their home. This led us to Sara. We can not say enough good things about Sara. She was awesome to work with, very personable, and always responded to our texts in a timely fashion. But more importantly, our dog loved it at her home. She sent us daily videos and photos of our dog playing and having fun with the other dogs being boarded. It was very reassuring to get these daily photos and know our dog was well cared for and enjoying herself. Sara has a large fenced area for the dogs to run in, but she also welcomes them into her home and on her furniture (sign of a true dog lover!). Sara was also very accommodating when our dog needed a special diet for a few days. This was such a positive experience all around. We will never take our dog to a kennel again. Thank you Sara- you are the best!”
“I was visiting Lake Tahoe but staying at a timeshare that doesn't allow dogs, so I booked Teeda and her husband Richard to pet sit my dog Teddy in their home. They were phenomenal! Not only did they take Teddy on hikes and to the beach every day, and send lots of photos, but they also were EXTREMELY accommodating. They were super flexible about letting me take Teddy out on several days--in fact one morning when I called to ask about picking him up, and they were already driving him to another lake for an outing, they even offered to turn around. But the most amazing thing was that on the last day, due to a crazy-early flight that my travel companion had booked out of Sacramento Int'l airport, we had to pick Teddy up at 3:45 in the morning (!!!). I felt terrible about this, but Teeda was very cheerful about it and was ready at the door before I knocked. I can't recommend Teeda & Richard enough!”
“I’m extremely happy with my dog sitting experience for my dog, Princess. Sophia took excellent care of her and sent me daily pictures of her. This was my first time leaving my baby in a stranger’s care. Sophia was very responsive from the first contact online. She reassured me that Princess would be cared for and loved. She was not wrong. We visited for about 15 minutes when I dropped her off and she put me at ease. I would definitely use Sophia again and highly recommend her.”
About: We have had dogs in our home our entire life. They are always a family member and treated with the best of love and care. I come from a family of breeders and a hunting and show dogs. Our seniors are loved and cared for savoring every last day. We have a ranch with plenty of room for your fur baby to run and explore as well as a huge dog run. We offer different places to keep them safe if running off leash is not the best for your baby. I am a self-employed realtor, who works from home. My husband is a rancher and contractor so one of us is typically home there are times of course when we leave but everybody is locked up safe and sound and they are also welcome to take the car ride with us should we need to run some errands. if it’s important that nobody ever leaves your baby, we can make that accommodation as well. We have a 12 x 24 kennel with multiple dog houses we have kennels of different sizes. We also have a barn with 12 x 12 stalls. We have a fenced in deck that is 30 x 50 so there are many opportunities for your baby to be outside in the fresh air And still be safe. If your dog is an inside dog, we will keep him inside with us and he will be warm and cozy at bedtime.
“I have a very energetic 10mo old Border Collie mix puppy; Charlee. I am very particular about who and what I expose her to and was very happy to have found Lisette for overnight boarding help. She was very detailed in explaining her situation and expectations for boarding my pup and asked the same from me about my expectations and Charlee's needs and characteristics. I appreciate how honest and forthcoming she was as well as how supportive she was in regard to my training/care practices I had in place for Charlee. I will be trusting Lisette to care for Charlee in the future.”
