“Mel is an excellent dog sitter! We booked our first day care before my dog, Lucifur, was diagnosed with some limiting orthopedic issues that will soon require surgery. That means he now has to have his movement someone restricted to protect him from injury. When I gave Mel this update and asked if he would still be able to care for Lucifur, he was enthusiastic to watch him. In fact, when I arrived on the first day, Mel had thoughtfully set up a secure area for Lucifur to relax in AND had a plan to keep our dogs separated so Lucifur wouldn't get over excited and run/jump around. Mel was really thoughtful in ensuring that Lucifur had an environment that was safe and he put me at ease. Lucifur enjoys hanging out with Mel and Roxy and I feel confident that he's in great hands. At 5pm pups will be let out and enjoy the freshness of the night. 6pm is when they will have dinner and a walk. We also have cameras around our home for safety purposes. Our backyard is large with two fences and a gate where pups will be when cleaning the yard. How I care for the pets that stay in my home is we keep and eye on them throughout the house. In the front we have security cams along with some baby cams throughout our home. Someone is always home with the dogs.
