“We couldn't be happier with the care that my senior pughuahua, Goldie Hawn, received from Isao and Rezairyl. They are truly "animal people," and they treated her like part of their "pack" and sent us photos/updates that assured us she was in good hands. They even made Goldie special treats and washed her little sweater once, since she stayed for over a week during the holidays. When we picked her up she was very calm and happy. Goldie and I couldn't recommend these amazing hoomans more!”

She took such great care of her and made sure she was happy, well-fed, comfortable, and got lots of love and attention. I could tell Nibbles was in really good hands, as I received consistent updates/pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. “Armando was terrific! My 35 lb 2-year-old had stitches and needed to be kept calm and supervised for a couple days that we were unable to stay home with him. Armando was available on short notice and asked the right questions about what sort of care was needed (one of his dogs had just gone through a similar experience). His dogs were very sweet and he took terrific care of my boy both days, lots of play and socialization while keeping it nice and easy. Stitches came out on schedule after and he's healing up nicely. About: Hi! I'm a dog lover of all sizes. I'll run with your dog, teach them tricks (taught our former dog how to use the clicker and various commands), throw the ball with them, take them on walks and feed them. I'm located in PV by the PV reservoir so I'm always out and about in the neighborhood on runs, etc. I grew up with a Scottish Terrier and have watched German Shepherds, Cattle Dogs, Dashunds, Shiba Inu’s and other Terrier breeds. I've got many books on how to deal with various dog behaviors and it's taught me a lot over the years. Would love to help during the week or if you need someone to assist on the weekends too, that can be arranged. Hope to meet your pooch soon! I’ll be able to balance time as I’m at home most days of the week. I’m pretty flexible with my schedule and can typically make it work. I have a fenced yard and can take care of your pooch inside or outside. If your dog likes to run, I love running with em.
About: I’ve taken care of primarily neighbors dogs, as well as one cat. One of the dogs I cared for lived to be almost 21 years old. I work part time, so I am usually able to fit dog and cat sitting into my schedule, and can watch them for up to a month. I have usually watched pets in my own home, though one of my most recent clients has had me watch her dog in her own home. My dog is usually friendly toward other dogs, and my cat is friendly as well.

About: I've taken care of dogs for over 10 years and would love to host small to medium-sized friendly, mellow dogs. I am an artist and writer who lives in San Pedro, CA, by the waterfront. About: New to Rover, but not new to caring for pets: I am an empty nester who loves dogs and cats. I’m easy-going and have cared for both puppies and older dogs, and I look forward to keeping your pet safe and happy while you’re away. When I pet sit, I’ll send you lots of photos and videos to reassure you that all is well. I won’t list myself as available on weekends when I know I will be in and out too much to give your pet the attention s/he deserves. I have a small fenced/gated area, and the gate is tall. We have a dog door we can utilize or lock depending on your preference. There is a small section of artificial grass outside. Indoors, dogs are allowed on the couch with me unless you prefer I not allow it. I can walk them in the morning early, usually between 7:00-7:30 am. Afternoon walks are typically between 2:30-4:00. I am flexible with when evening walks happen. Dogs don’t ever have to be crated here, but I can do so if you provide the crate. On the weekends, I can certainly let them out more often than the 4-8 hours indicated on the app. Some weekdays, however, fall within that window depending on my work schedule. I require proof or rabies and other vaccines at the meet and greet, please.

About: Are you the kind of dog parent who crosses the street if other dogs are in sight or purposely walking at off hours to protect your (and your babies) peace? I know the feeling. As a dog parent to one reactive nervous nelly and one perfectly social senior I know what it is like to balance both and how different both of their needs are in order for both to be happy and comfortable. Wether it be administering meds, special walk considerations or just a little extra tlc I’d love to give your pup the same special treatment I give my own. I frequently volunteer with rescue and have experience caring for dogs with medical needs. I am an elementary school occupational therapist working with students with special needs so my days start a little earlier but are more open in the afternoon. I live in an apartment with my two friendly senior dogs who are both on daily medication themselves. We go on minimum four walks a day emphasizing a slow sniff for all the leisure goodness. With seniors myself I know that energy can vary so I am used to monitoring for fatigue to adjust and taking their lead.

He also gets itchy skin especially when he is nervous so she got him coconut oil to rub on his fur. She also took him on so many fun beach adventures and concerts in the park which I really appreciated. I was really happy with Christa! Would trust her again to take care of my Toby!”
