About: I’ve had dogs as pets since I was a baby. I have two chihuahuas that are 10 and 11 years old. I’ve had them since they were 8 weeks old and they are my babies. They are so spoiled and loved and my whole world. I’m currently a stay at home mom to my step daughter. We usually have her Wednesday-Thursday, Friday-Monday. My day depends on what I have scheduled, it’s very fluid and open. I start my day by scooping the cat litter box, letting my dogs outside to potty, taking care of and feeding my beta fish, opening windows and watering plants, and then making meals for my two cats and two dogs. Our step daughter loves animals and loves to help care for ours. I am at home majority of my day and spend a lot of time with my animals. I walk my two dogs everyday and make them meals. I have dreamed of working with animals since I was young. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs. I am experienced in providing oral medications for dogs as well. Many friends and family members have relied on me to walk, bathe, feed and take care of their pets. Animals have always had a special place in my heart. I am available everyday of the week to walk, dog sit (daily care or overnight), feed and play with your pets. I am also available during the weekends. My listing states I need two days in advance for a booking, but I understand sometimes things come up that we do not expect and people need services last minute. Please do not ever hesitate to reach out. Safety is my number one priority. We live on two and a half acres and have a lot of room for animals to play and explore. I do not leave my dogs unattended outside and I would not leave your dog alone outside either. I am very cautious with my dogs and I would give the same attention and cautiousness to any dogs under my watch as well. I always leash the dogs I care for when I take them outside, whether that’s to go for walks or just to go potty. I have plenty of toys and I always monitor my dogs when they play with them. I dispose of any toys that they tear into to make sure they do not ingest any parts of the toy. I have many dog beds and room inside for dogs to run and play. I do not mind animals on my furniture, I prefer them to be with me. My hallway is gated off as well, in case your dog has a special diet and needs to be fed separately. I also use this area for dogs to sleep at night if they are not crate trained. I tend to do separate feedings anyways just to be safe. My dogs are like my children and they get treated that way. I would do the same for my clients pets as well. The difference between taking your fur babies to a kennel and me is that I am home almost all day long, meaning your babies will get constant love and attention. Most kennels charge additionally for walks, one on one play time, and even group play. I spend time with my dogs (and those I care for), majority of everyday, until the late hours at night. I do have a baby, he is almost a year old. I do not leave him unattended with any dogs, not even my own. I do ask for you to let me know if your dogs are kid friendly. Even for dogs that are kid friendly, I am still extra cautious around children. It is better to be safe than sorry. This being said, that does not mean I will not give your fur babies the care and attention they need. I still do with my three fur babies everyday.

My dog Kaiya loves to play and get exercise, its the foundation of her breed to work hard and get rewarded doing so. Some of our favorite exercise includes walking, jogging, tug of war, and her favorite, longboarding! Kai and I longboard in the mornings before the heat comes in, she usually wakes up anywhere around 6:45-8 to let me know she needs to relive herself outside and we go then if its not too hot. We also like to frequent the new dog park here in Los Banos. My home is fenced and has a gate in front of the driveway that keeps larger dogs from getting out. No need to worry because there is a suitable backyard with a secured fence that keeps the medium to small breeds from getting out. There are two main sections inside the house where the dogs play; the main room which is a Livingroom/kitchen combo, and the garage that has been converted to another living space that I call the workroom. The workroom is air conditioned and insulated so it keeps cool and shares a door with the main room. Kaiya likes to hang out usually where I am and I'm most often in the workroom but when she needs her space I'll find her on the dog-allowed couch in the living room. Food and water bowls stay in the living room while treats are given anywhere a good boy or girl is to be found :)
About: I rescued a litter of kittens at the age of 9. Since then, I have rescued and found families for 16 dogs, 21 cats, and 4 ducklings. Taking care of animals gives me a sense of purpose. I work from home, so taking care of a dog and/or cat is manageable with my schedule. Weekends may be a bit challenging, but it can be worked out. I have a big yard, and it is fenced to keep your furbaby safe when outside. I also have two cats that tolerate dogs. I have a lab myself, and my two cats stare at my dog when it is sleeping. Typical cat behavior. My dog would love another canine to play with. She is spayed and only 3 years old, so she has so much love and energy to offer. Additionally, my four children (ages: 9, 6, 6, 4) have been raised to be gentle with animals. Also, if needed, I have a large metal crate that your furbaby can sleep in or stay in whenever I need to step away or do school pick-ups.

My dog is treated like a princess and so will your dog. If you decide to do boarding your dog will be sleeping inside. I have a huge backyard where it can exercise and a near by park is less than 5 minutes away. I am willing to pick up if you are near my location. I can assure you your dog will be well taken care of. Also, if your dog is not dog friendly I can make arrangements. I have a big front yard where you dogs can exercise and active- it is not fenced, however your dog will never be unattended.. Please let me know if that is a problem. There is always someone home. Either my husband or my self. We have opposite schedules, so your fur baby will never be alone in the house. I have experience sitting extremely vocal dogs who most people would think are aggressive, but really they just like to bark. Please disclose if your dog is not good around children when booking! I welcome and respect all people and dogs Stay at home mom with a dog of my own, this allows me to adjust my daily schedule to your pets needs. I go on daily walks when it isn’t too hot. I have a fenced yard and a dog for your dog to socialize, but also have room to keep them separate if preferred. Dogs are fed as much and as often as requested by owner along with the amount of potty breaks. If the pet is house trained they are also allowed to be in the home. I love to give dogs treats so they can expect treats when they are over if approved by you!
